Unfortunately it makes you select a star so 1 star it is ...my mom bought a car from this place and in the past 2 months of her having this vehicle it has been in the shop more then it has been driven. My brothers and I have had to pick our mother up constantly due to this car constantly breaking down . Absolutely ridiculous and knight motors hasn't done anything to rectify the situation except "well have it towed here because it's covered under warranty" no I'm sorry but after the 3rd 4th 5th 6th problem at any point they should have said Hey bring the car back and we will give you something different that's around the same price but nope they have yet to do anything

I have really good credit and went to look at a car on the lot. I looked at it and asked some questions about some problems I saw, and the guy showing me the car said that those things I saw aren't problems. I told him I'm a mechanic, I work on cars all the time. Then he told me it could be problems and offered me a better price on the car, and when i went inside to put the down payment on the car and sign a contract he told me that they could charge me 27% interest without checking my credit score. I told him to check my credit score and he came back and said how does 24% sound and I walked out. 3 days later I got a car the same type of car, the only difference was the mileage. The car I got 3 days later had a lot less mileage on it for a better price, and 7% interest from another small used car lot.

Bought a 2013 Toyota Highlander with low miles. Chris told me nothing was wrong with the car. Found out the dvd players in the headrests were broken after he said they worked. He replaced those and was going to replace a switch. I also realized the steering wheel was crooked and the car was not starting correctly. Asked him to fix it while doing the dvd players and switch. Never did. I called him after just a few days. He went on to say it s operator error I was doing something wrong. Emailed and Called back to present my problem again after being stuck for over half a day and got no response. Left me and my young son with an unreliable vehicle that starts at will. He was also condescending to my mother. Awful experience. Wish I would ve read the reviews before hand.

Of course these guys are nice to you people. They specialize in selling you a lemon car. The amount of issues I've had after buying a vehicle from them is disgusting. Not too mention the multiple pieces they glued back onto the vehicle without fixing anything, both bumpers, quarter panels and that's just the start. Honestly ill probably just contact a lawyer and the appropriate state agencies to report them. I have all the pictures to prove it as well. Make sure you have any vehicle looked at by a shop ( PPP) inspection.

The best car buying experience I ever had. no pressure and they held on to the car I wanted until I found financing. I bought the car as is and the next day when I went to use the CD player it did not function. I emailed chris and he ordered me another and installed it himself. Chris is a great salesman and customer service rep. The CRV I bought is fantastic. Two thumbs up for these folks.

Omgoodness!!!! If you need a car come see Chris at knight motors and tell him Beth sent you!!! Chris is amazing he got me 3000 more back from my insurance company after an auto accident and put me in the same car as the one that was totaled. The new car had engine issues! Chris got Kia to put a new engine in I didn t pay a dime all cost were on Kia. All I m saying is Chris is a stand up guy and I m grateful to know him for my car needs. Final story Chris said being a single mom is the 2nd hardest job in the world. Lol I forgot to ask him the first! Lol anyway if your in the market for a reputable buy here pay here Chris at knight motors is it! Thanks Chris and god bless you were there for me and i appreciate you for that!

I recently purchased a 2014 Kia Sorento from Chris. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous. Just today, Chris contacted me to ensure we were happy with our purchase. He knows the car is for my daughter that is in college and wants to make certain she is happy and safe! Needless to say, we are very happy with the car and the customer service! We will absolutely shop at Knight Motors again and will refer friends and family there as well.

I had the pleasure of working with Chris when I say amazing he definitely got the job done. Chris was honest and straight up good guy to work with whenever it s time for a new car I know I can go to him. Thanks again Chris I appreciate all you did to help.

Knight Motors is a great place to buy good used cars within your budget. Chris is an honest and decent guy. He did not overcharge me on my car's worth. He worked with me on the down payment and monthly payments to fit within my limited income. I bought my car 5 months ago and two things went wrong but Chris was determined to provide me with reliable transportation and fixed both issues free of charge. Everyone knows when you buy a used car as-is, you are stuck with the repairs but not with Chris. He's a stand up dude with quality cars and service. Everyone in the office provides quality service as well. Always nice and polite. I have recommended Knight Motors to a few people and if they decide to buy a car from Chris, I'm sure they will be happy.

Bought my Subaru here about a year ago now (wow I can't believe I have been back for almost a year now, time flies). i knew which vehicle I wanted, and the staff was wonderful, and helped me walk through all of the paperwork super easily. I haven't had an issue once with any of my monthly payments not going through or not being processed on time. They are doing a wonderful job there, always happy to take my calls!

My wife and were both surprised by the pricing on the 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage we ended up purchasing, it was a great deal. The car was clean and in great condition exactly as listed by the dealer; Knight Motors. Upon arriving at the dealership, you are presented with a clean professional atmosphere. While there, we dealt with Chris, who was friendly and knowledgeable. He made our experience a positive one and helped make signing the paperwork an easy process. We would definitely purchase another vehicle from Knight Motors and we would gladly work with Chris again!

Chris at Knight Motors sold me a 2014 Kia Sorento, I Love It. Chris is Honest, took his time with me, very Helpful and made for a Very Enjoyable Experience buying from Him. The best part is there was only 1 Key Fob. He showed me how to order it, once it came in, I took 2 key fobs to him, he programmed them both and cut them there for me. That's Above and Beyond Service. I Would Recommend Chris to Anyone.

This place is a joke. 3 yrs ago I bought a $8,000 2012 Chevy traverse and the engine blew in 3 weeks on route 28 in pgh and they didnt help at all. I Replaced the battery..alternator and starter for $500 myself before i found out the real issue. Lost all my money and the car during covid..to add this was 1 month after my daughter had neck surgery for a cyst removal and i worked a hospital and could not miss work. Just search Knight Motors lawsuit and you'll see yourself.

So after going to multiple car lots and not being pleased, I came across Knight Motors. Let me just say Chris is the only sales person that didn t talk to me like a sales person . He spoke to me like a person who cares about the car he sells a person & me being a female he even gave me a couple pointers on things I should always look at and check out when financing or purchasing. Last but not least I left his lot the owner of a beautiful 2008 Ford Focus exactly the size & price I was looking for 3 MONTH WARRANTY INCLUDED ! Go check them out ASAP

I recently purchased a new/used trailblazer at Knight Motors. The salesman Chris went above and beyond to make sure all the needs my husband and I had were met. The office staff was very efficient and always displayed a good friendly environment. After we had the car for a period of time the battery would not hold a charge. I contacted Chris to find out what the engine was so I could purchase the battery. He told me to take the car to advance auto and they would replace the battery at no charge. Not only did they replace the battery, they replaced it with a high end battery. I would strongly recommend Knight Motors and specifically the car salesman Chris to anyone. They help people from great credit--no credit-poor credit. They are consumer focussed and I thank them for the positive experience.

I bought a Santa Fe from Knight Auto almost 4 years go and I still am being treated like a valued customer. Chris and his staff treated me with respect from the time I walked on the lot till my last payment. It is 9 months since the last payment and I was having car trouble , when I called his staff remembered me and Chris was able to give me info on what to do to get my car running. Without him I would have been stuck so I know where I will be going when I need to buy another car.

Very real people. Every once in a while you meet the type of car salesman who really cares about his customers. Here, the owner Chris, he doesnt just sell you a car, but he gives you a better lifestyle shaped by car inspected and guaranteed with new car performance. He will try hard to get you back on the road with promise. I bought cars from this dealer and he has always given me the exceptiinal service.....Tanya.

I m usually a very easy going person. I went to knights auto to look at a Toyota Corolla. Well let s just say first of all it smelt like straight up cigarettes. There were cigarette burns in the seat. There was burnt oil in the oil chamber. Chris had said it was recently changed and it wasn t. The only good thing about the car was low miles and even that was bad because when we pulled out to test drive we heard a loud noise on the transmission! And the brakes would squeak. It was horrible. My grandfather was with me and he was completely rude to my grandfather. We asked for a better deal and he went on and on about how he was from a different time period and they don t sell cars that cheap anymore. Not only did we change our mind about the car, but we will never recommend or go to this place again. To sum it all up this guy will tell you ANYTHING to sell a car. He doesn t care about anything else. If I could post a zero I would.

Deceptive , sold me a car and they knew it had a bad transmission. Said it was good then said I didn t k ow how to drive . Chris is a stereotype used car salesman . Stay far away .

Chris is one of the nicest, honest, thorough, kind man who helped me get into the suv of my choice. He went above and beyond. The SUV is perfect in everyway. I have had bad experiences with other car lots over the years, but this was a god send, the dealership and Chris. I can not thank Chris and Knight Motors of Pgh enough for all they did to help get me into a fantastic SUV. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and I will definately buy my next vehicle from here and I have already referred friends and family to go and see Chris at Knight Motors.

I can't say enough good things about Knight Motors. Chris sets you at ease, and works with you on buying a car that's within your budget. Most important, you get a vehicle that you really want. Chris is upfront, and responds quickly to your questions. This is my second time with this dealership and I doubt I'll go anywhere else. Thank you Chris and Knight Motors!

I'm not sure how this place could get a bad review. In short, Chris went over an above my expectations. I bought a used vehicle two weeks ago and when you buy used, you buy "as is". First, When I got home my wife told me it was previously owned by a smoker. Obviously I have no sense of smell. I also heard a small "creaking" sound in the rear. Chris offered to take the vehicle back, shampoo the inside and treat it with a product that gets rid of all smells. He also diagnosed the "creak" and fixed it. The smell is gone and the "creak" is gone. He did so at no cost. I could not be more pleased with the price and service I received.

Please NEVER buy from this dealership, there are SO many better options out there.They made it seem like they had fixed our car while it was still under warranty; but, they instead just fake fixed it to make sure it would 'run' but not fix the actually problem with the car. So once we needed the car looked at again, they could no longer fix it as it was no longer under warranty; do not fall for their shady tactics, you will get screwed over and then have to pay thousands out of your own pocket to fix your car!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!bought a kia from them and as soon as i drove it into my driveway the check engine light went on. I explained this to them and all they said was that I didn t buy the warranty. They did nothing. I now have a car that I bought 6 months ago that s just turned into a money pit.

Our search took us on a rambling tour of too many used car lots. Fortunately, our search ended at Knight Motors. First, the facilities are a big step up from the traditional used car lot. The sales office is a newer building with plenty of space, comfortable clean furniture and a clean rest room. Second, the cars are in good working order and are very clean (at least compared to the other lots we visited). Even the engine compartments were clean. The online inventory is accurate and Chris was helpful, low pressure and willing to negotiate.If you're shopping for a used car I would strongly recommend putting Knight Motors on your list.

If you are shopping for a used vehicle and are having a difficult time obtaining traditional bank financing, I would recommended Knight Motors.I recently purchased my second vehicle from this dealership, and have had nothing but a positive experience.Yes, you will need a down payment, and yes, you will have to make your payments on time. Go to a mega dealership and guess what..you will need a down payment and you need to make your payments on time. The difference is these guys will actually finance you.When you visit the dealership, ask for Chris. He will do everything possible to get you driving.

Went to look at a Silver 2006 Honda Ridgeline with fresh inspection. When I got there the I noticed the wheel wells were spray painted black, so I looked underneath and it was all rusted. They were obviously trying to hide all the underside rust from buyer. Not sure how it had a fresh inspection with hole in rocker? Very disappointed in seller, truck looked clean from outside and inside, but as soon as you crawled on your back it was a whole different story. So be aware! Anyone who is not familiar what to look for might have some serious $ to spend if they buy this truck.
