Big thank you to Mike, Eugene, Lamont, Charlie and Norman! My car broke down in a difficult spot deep in a parking garage with low ceilings. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable in diagnosing my issue, explaining things clearly, and the laughter and jokes from Mike and Lamont especially really brightened my mood! Thank you very much to Norman for your kindness and for saving me money! I was very impressed with everyone! Thank you all!!

First impression was good, they are one of the only automotive related businesses that answers the phone with the company name. They seem friendly and professional on the phone and the rates were acceptable.The called to say that the driver was on his way, which was nice. I was a non-emergency, so the two hour wait was fine. (They informed me when I called earlier that it would be a couple hours.)The driver was friendly. He got the job done. He provided direction on what to do next (call the towing company to let them know it was done and pay- as opposed to expect them to call me; and call the shop to let them know he was on the way)- I appreciate the guidance in best practices and expectations. Additionally, he called me to let me know he dropped of the car and the keys, which I also appreciated. He was a joy.Service: Car towing

My daughter ran over some train tracks in the strip district and flattened 3 out of 4 of her tires. I called AAA and they dispatched a driver named Josh from Kendall Towing . Josh was amazing! Best tow truck driver I've ever encountered. Very hospitable and honest even told me where I can get the parts to fix the vehicle. More than satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

If I could give them 20 stars I would! The driver was awesome and fast. Dispatch helped me figure out where to take the vehicle. I was worried this would take me all day and it took me 15 minutes.

Wow. My tow truck driver Norm Charlton was an absolute pro. He helped me out of a bad situation when I ran my EV out of charge. Made a bad day much better and did so with humor and grace. Thank you, sir.

Had to call AAA for a punctured tire at a VERY busy intersection during rush hour. Kendall Towing responded quickly and the driver Zach got me out of there and to a safe location to do the tire change. Awesome service!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Excellent job with highly customized wheelchair accessible vehicle. Got the same flatbed tow truck driver for a previous tow. He remembered may of the quirks of my adapted system. This put my mind at ease and greatly simplified the towing process especially as I was at home across town and could not easily get back to my vehicle, so a friend met the tow truck .

Our driver, Norm, was great! He helped us out of a tricky situation. We were in a parking garage and he was able to get us out and towed to our garage for repairs. Kendall s towing was great! I would recommend them to anyone!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

The folks at Kendall showed up on my daughter's college campus to rescue our minivan which had a dead starter. The technician and the tow truck driver both did an excellent and professional job. The tech called in my diagnosis to the shop before the tow truck even showed up. As a result, I had a new starter in just few hours and was able to drive back to Allentown, PA that night. We definitely recommend to anyone in the community. As a follow up, Oct. 2023 they towed my daughter's 2008 Honda Fit from the North Side for a very reasonable fee and replaced two drive axles and had her on the road home for a family event in just 5 to 6 hrs! You folks are amazing. Can't say enough about Kendall...Service: Car towing

I am from out of town and I called here for help. I didn t end up using their services (I am on such a time crunch and my car is foreign so the parts tend to take a while)but they were a phenomenal help and were able to point me towards someone who could help in my time of need! Phenomenal customer care!

Had a flat on my way to work due to poorly maintained roads in Pittsburgh. I called my roadside first and they said it would be 3 hours. While waiting, I called around to nearby towing companies and this shop responded in 20 minutes. I got my car towed across the river 9 times faster than waiting for roadside. Considering I was paying out of pocket, the rate was decent as well. Thanks!Service: Car towing

Used this service via AAA membership. The person who I assume was handling dispatch called and with the most flagrant and disrespectful attitude and then hung up after relaying his message but not giving enough time for confirm details or ask questions. Upon calling the culprit back and seeking to clarify and confirm details was only met with the same flagrant disregard to which I then expressed that was unacceptable and completely inappropriate. The matter is only made worse by the character having been so unprofessional that they acted as if the service vehicle was near which never showed up and sought to slande our two decade long reputation with said serivce provider.

Used remote start and locked my keys in the car while scraping off ice, called here and a truck arrived in ~20 minutes to unlock my car. The service person had it unlocked in under 2 minutes. Great and prompt service

I ve been having consistent car issues for the past several months with no answers. My car refused to turn on after recently buying a new battery.AAA dispatched Kendall towing and I m so grateful Aaron came to help! He responded very quickly, and provided some of the best side road service I ve had. (I ve had quite a bit given my old car). He tested my battery ensuring it was in good condition, and was even able to adjust the battery terminals to start my car.He provided great insight about the problems he saw once he adjusted the terminals, and what I should do going forward to fix it.I would highly recommend him to anyone!Services: Battery service, Battery

Had an issue with a flat tire, and AAA dispatched Kendall Towing to help. The employee, Dan, was prompt and very courteous. He exceeded my expectations in every way, and easily provided some of the best roadside assistance I have ever received. I was having a pretty rough week, and there simply couldn't have been a better person to help. I hope he realizes how awesome he is.

AAA sent Kendall Towing, and specifically Joe, to assist my sister with her flat tire. My husband asked why Joe why his identification needed to be scanned and Joe's immediate answer was that he did not have to explain anything to him. He genuinely just wanted to understand the process. Joe referred to my sister as "...this lady". He then walked away after my husband asked that he not refer to her that way. I'm not sure if Joe is a rude person, Joe doesn't understand professionalism , or if he just represents the culture of the company.

They don't know how to show up in a reasonable time and the driver refused to tow a vehicle of mine because it's out of inspection. Useless company and waste of my time. Will not ever use again. Don't recommend.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Kendall towing is contracted by AAA. Neighborhood had to move cars off the street because of PWSA alert.Guy they sent via AAA was honest and great. Unfortunately this car is another story. A couple of other Kendall AAA guys came and also helped me greatly. Highly recommend Kendall Towing. Was broke down in Oakland, called 3 other towing services and received 4-7 hours of a wait. Some couldn't tow my AWD Subaru because it needs a flat bed. Paid $125 for a 12mile tow. (Had a quote for $140 with a 2wheel dolly for reference)Driver Dennis was out to the car in literally 15 minutes, just as they told me on the phone.Dennis was awesome. In a situation of stress and vulnerability he was professional, helpful, and got me set up quickly. Awesome experience!On my way into work today I ran over a large rock and popped my front driver's side tire. I continued driving the 1/2 mile to the garage by work and then signed up for AAA.I called AAA, and they dispatched Kendall Towing. Nick himself (owner) showed up in about 15 minutes. I was very impressed. When he realized I had just joined AAA and how expensive for me it would be to have the car taken to Dean Honda from Downtown he suggested I just let Kendall do the work. I accepted and am glad I did.Nick called me once to give me a rough cost estimate, and I agreed. He called me at 3:05 PM to let me know the car was ready. I left work just before 4 PM and walked about a mile from Downtown to Kendall. When I checked out at the office one of the tow operators/mechanics had attached an MV-46 PennDOT form for me to fill out to get a free replacement license plate since my plate was peeling off. I asked for that form specifically at the Honda dealer a few months ago, and they had no idea what I was talking about. That is totally going ABOVE and BEYOND in my eyes!Since Kendall is only a 20-minute walk from work I will now be considering them for future repairs and tows! Great job!
