By far the best customer service I have ever received at a dealership. I never feel like I m being upsold for maintenance. I ve leased and owned from BMW and Honda in the past, and Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi in North Hills is by far my favorite experience. The service staff is friendly and considerate, and they even sent a mini video to show why I needed new tires and a new filter. I look forward to taking my car there and consider it a place to relax and catch up on things why my vehicle gets some expert attention!

All in all, A1 service today. Bobby from sales and Isaac in financing were very knowledgeable and friendly. I knew what amenities I wanted and they found me the best vehicle and pricing. Hands down the best and fastest experience I've ever had when purchasing a new vehicle! Thank You!

Proud owner of a 24 mitsubishi outlander! Corey the manager and my sales rep Jessica were phenomenal! Super polite, informative and helpful! Then Tristan making the paper signing process an absolute breeze! I've never had such a smooth and positive buying experience! Highly recommend switching to a mitsubishi!

I was here on May 15th to buy a pre-owned vehicle. Bobby was my salesman and he was a good man. Patient, polite and respectful. Crystal in financing was very good. Great sense of humor and friendly.Unfortunately less than 2 weeks later, today May 30th I had to bring the Nissan Rogue I purchased in for service on the power lift gate that doesn't work. The repair is pending..... To be continued.....

Conveniently located on the outskirts of the Ross Park Mall parking lot, check out Shorkey's Mitsubishi service center if you need anything done on your vehicle. In just over 75 minutes, I got an oil change and tire rotation on my Honda while I was having lunch at the food court in the mall. Very convenient indeed.

SLOWEST DEALERSHIP I ve ever been to. They let you sit and wait while they wait on others. Bounce you around to multiple sales people. The wait is unreal.
