I've stopped by Jeffy Lube to have oil changed in my car. The whole process took probably 25 minutes. Also, the staff provided me with comprehensive information about other things that may need attention in my car. They vacuumed the carpets too. Generally, good experience

Jiffy Lube on Baum Boulevard got me in and out in a Friday morning so that I was able to get to work on time. Dave, the service manager, communicated with me the entire time and didn t pressure me when the mechanic identified an issue that needs to be repaired. I definitely plan to take my car to this location in the future.

Used them several times without any issues. Today, went in for an oil change, they didn't do it as the seal from the pan was deteriorated and would leak all around my engine block.Saw it was a frustrating manner but they did right by me and didn't just take my money. Both the young lad who looked over my car and lovely lady at the front were incredible.I'll be back after I get my part situated.

Really nice manager wish I had asked for her name. Helped me pick a new kind of oil that was actually cheaper than what I had been getting. Also very fast service. I was in and out in under an hour and there were 2 people ahead of me.

Came for an oil change, and they failed to put the cap back on after changing the oil! We drove our car around for a week before someone else looked at it and told us why our car suddenly smelled like gas and the engine was so loud. We found the cap just sitting at the bottom of the engine. Incredibly dangerous and could have destroyed our car. Shocking lack of attention to detail, we ll never go back.

I like the Jiffy Lune on Baum Ave the best out of those around me. I don t mind traveling a little further. Everyone is very nice there. I feel confident that my vehicle is being taken care of.

We had a lever fall out from our fuel door and locked it shut. Not exactly within the purview of JiffyLube, but the mechanic came out to us with a few tools and got the fuel door open, the part reinstalled, and had us out on the road in five minutes flat. Extremely helpful, resourceful, and friendly! Excellent experience. Thank you!!

The person working the counter was amazing. She was kind, funny, and explained everything they were doing when I asked. I also recently replaced my headlights and they checked for me that I did it correctly free of charge!

Great service, even though they were extremely busy! I was greeted immediately and told it would be about 45 minutes for the wait. They moved quickly and got me in the door in 30 minutes! They explained everything about my vehicle and what they recommended having done, they were very knowledgeable and so kind! They even vacuumed the inside and washed the windows, they found I had a bad sensor in my tire when they filled all my tires with air!! Overall 10/10 experience, I will be back! I went here to get my brake light changed and they were so kind! Jen was incredibly helpful over the phone as well as service wise. She taught me how to change my brake light and made everything look so easy! I will definitely come back here for any service I might need. Thank you so much Jiffy family!

Told me they replaced my breaks and they only replaced the front not the rear. Scammers work here do not go here they will rip you offEdit: the 500$ they charged me to fix only 2 of my breaks, Bash auto did the other 2 for only 130$. DO NOT spend your money here.

They suck. They messed up and I had to go to the dealer to fix it and they wouldn't reimburse me. I've been corresponding with that martindavis email back and forth and they still havent paid me.

I don t know why this buisness has such a mediocre rating , they are outstanding . The manager Dave took my keys and took it from there, I was in the competent hands of professionals and bonus I didn t feel or get ripped off. Thank you jiffy lube

With a line of two cars ahead of me, it took 1.5 hours to be seen. They put me in the lobby and another 30 minutes went by before an employee spoke to me. Finally, after pushing every other product or service they provide on me (albeit this is to be expected anywhere), they finally charged me $90+ for a simple oil change.Process took 5 times longer than a reasonable oil change should have taken, and cost about twice as much.

The staff at this location were doing their best to be friendly and attentive, five stars there. The corporate model itself is now untenable and I won't be coming back (to any Jiffy Lube). It's no longer cheaper, easier or less invasive than going to a dealer. Change everything about the business.

I ve had very mixed experiences at this Jiffy Lube, which I suspect has high turnover. In the past I ve had a couple of decent jobs done and even a tire plugged and refilled for free when I ran over a nail down the street. The staff are friendly enough, but yesterday I waited over an hour for a simple oil change while they continued to leave my car unattended to address a number of cars that came after me. Perhaps they are short staffed, but I did not feel confident about the quality of the work when they rushed through my car after getting yelled at by the manager to hurry up since I had been waiting so long. The manager apologized to me, which I appreciate, but it seems like a pretty toxic work environment where people are not working as a team. They even billed the work I had to the wrong vehicle/owner and I had to point out the error and have them input the info again. After reading some other reviews, I doubly felt the need to check the quality of their work and make sure they put the oil filter back in correctly, etc. Unless you have a lot of time on your hands, I d recommend going elsewhere- I will be from now on. It s not worth the price. I gave it three stars for previous visits but honestly this visit was a 1 star experience.

If I could give zero stars I would...I go to get my inspection and an oil change. The wait staff advised me that the state revoked their ability to perform inspections; should have been my first clue. I decided to stay for the oil because I didn't have time to drive to the Aspinwall location.I get the oil changed. Pull my car back on Baum and immediately feel my car vibrating and can hear a clicking. I drive around the block and back to Jiffy to let them know something wasn't right. The manager spots the bolt and says "there is no way to say that came from here". A brand new torx screw and washer just magically appears in my tire, but he is clueless. He offered the suggestion of where I could go for a new tire and I politely called him on his bs.P&W MINI (also on Baum) plugged my tire in 30 min. . .Bcz they are both capable and competent.I wrote a nice post about my experience on FB and horror stories of this location came flooding in with each person who shared. Mike Skidmore of Jiffy Lube Greentree reached out to me on the post and after calling him, he offered to plug my tire free of charge. He didnt have to offer anything, and even though it was already plugged, I appreciate a real manager with a staff who appreciates the value of happy customers and repeat business.While the wait staff and cashiers were friendly, the gross inability to take care of the damage they caused and deflecting responsibility are reasons why I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this Jiffy Lube.

Super impressed with the service. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and I left with far more confidence in my vehicle than I went in with. Everyone was extremely friendly and kind. Avoid at all cost. Corporate too big to sue. Over worked Workers were frenetic and rushing around. They left bolts off of my undercarriage protector leading it to blow off completely once I hit the highway. Irretrievable. Company had nothing to say. (Update: I followed up with the regional manager and after presenting receipts and screenshots of customer survey receipts to corporate I have heard nothing.)

The customer service technician broke the key to the vehicle, informed me of the dammage, then told me to have a nice day. No offer to contact a manager of offer to help with the issue. I spent hours and more money than I spent on the oil change to resolve the issue and get a duplicate key. This is a business that does not take responsibility for the quality of their work.Service: Oil change

While there weren't any issues with the work, I had a simple oil change, I waited almost an hour. There was just one vehicle in front of me when I arrived. The employees were friendly enough but they seemed to be short staffed. A simple warning about the delay would have been helpful. The cost was also much higher than other quick oil change places, even with a coupon. I realize you're paying for the convenience but in this instance that was not the case.

Fantastic service! Would recommend this place to anyone! Staff is respectful and do excellent work! Justin specifically is a very nice guy and a hard worker. 10/10
