I ve been dealing with this body shop for decades. Dan the manager is awesome. His staff if friendly and nice. They do great work. Easy process. Smooth experience. Highly recommend this body shop. They also do maintenance under the hood and underneath as well!

I hit a deer back in July and needed my 2016 Altima fixed. I first called two other shops and they couldn't see me for almost two months. Then I called Wokutch and Dan had me bring my car in that same day for an estimate. He was able to get me in for repairs in about 2 weeks when all the parts arrived. In all I needed a new bumper, fender, headlight, and coincidentally needed my inspection as well as a tire rotation. Everything got done and with a nice hookup on the inspection and tire rotation. This was my first time going to Jeff Wokutch Auto Body and they made a lifelong fan for sure!Services: Tires, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I took my car there for repair estimates for allstaate due to someone hitting my parked car at my home.All was good until I was told my brand new powerstearing gear that we just paid over 2000 dollars was going to be replaced by a used part and I would lose my 4 year warrenty with Ford.If your looking for business you should help your customers..Mindy

Great experience with the team at Wokutch Auto Body. My car was stolen and recovered with extensive external damage and the interior was in rough shape. I worked with Dan, who was incredibly responsive and helpful in providing me all the information I needed. They must have started taking action immediately after I called, because by the next day the car was already at their shop and parts had arrived!! Dan left regular messages updating me on the progress and expected timing. The quality of work is as excellent as the service- they returned my car looking better than brand new. A whitetail hit my work truck, a 2021 Colorado, and did a fair amount of damage to the front end. The fleet company was not the easiest to deal with and actually had me drop the vehicle at a different garage. These guys were GREAT. They got the vehicle to their shop on their own.The truck looks great! No drips, no runs, no overspray. The spacing is perfect - honestly, better than before!I hope I don't need their service again, but if ever I should, I know the job will be done right.

I took my car in after a hit and run (it was hit when parked) that caused a decent amount of damage. The service was great, repairs were done quickly, and done well. At the advice of the individuals insurance company that hit my truck they requested that I take my truck to Jeff Wokutch Collision Center. This shop has to be the best in Pittsburgh.They are professional, courteous, trusting, remarkable customer service, timely turnaround, reasonable pricing, and most importantly, exceptional quality repairs. Forgot to mention thatJeff's shop keeps you informed/updated about your vehicle by phone and various social media outlets. I highly recommend this shop.Service: Body & Trim

Estimates for body work are extremely fair, very friendly service, great turnaround time, does inspection, alignment, body work and more. Lobby is clean, Keurig for hot chocolate, tea and coffee. Check this place out if you need service!

Dan and the crew took care of me. I had the misfortune of being stuck without my beloved car for over 4 months and throughout all the time, there was no lacking of communication, and all of the work was meticulously done well. They took away all of my stress. My experience with Jeff Wokutch Auto Shop could not have been better. Staff is friendly and informative. Used them after a car accident as my insurances preferred provider. Their repairs were impeccable, my entire rear end needed to be replaced and it looks brand new. Hopefully I never have to use their service again for the same reasons, but I would rest assured that they are the definition of professional. Wasted two days of work because their website doesn't book appointments properly and the second time they took my diesel truck in and their lifts couldn't handle it (something you should know) and the woman I spoke to at the desk didn't know what a fuel filter was, should of known from the start.

Edit from 2023: I have been with these guys for more than 6 years now! Anytime my car needs anything I go to them. They remain trustworthy, reliable, and really nice! A lot of the staff has stayed the same over the years and they make an effort to remember their clients which is very nice too.Previous review: I am so happy with these guys. I've had two accidents this year and they were quick, efficient, and did good work, getting the car back to me really quickly! The second time, after a few weeks, I noticed a problem, took it back, and they took care of it promptly. They also dropped me off at work and drove the car back, and then dropped the car off at work for me as well, which was incredibly helpful. I got side swiped by someone a few weeks ago and I've never had someone do damages to my car that I needed to go through someone else's insurance so I was dreading the process. I needed work done to the back quarter panel. These guys made the process so easy!!!! I just had to file my claim and they dealt with the rest. They helped set me up with a rental car as well. I thought the work was going to take at least 2 weeks they had it back to my in like 4 days. I was really pleased with they way everything turned out, and how communicative they were. Jeff Wokutch is the best. My wife and I have been loyal customers for the past few years. Dan has been absolutely amazing. We just got our car back after having repairs done from an accident, it looks beautiful. They did a perfect job. We have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and it looks better than it did before the accident. Took my car in after I hit a deer. Car was a mess. The guys in shop did an amazing job putting it back together. Turn around time was nice and quick. Dan in the office set up my rental, kept me informed of every step in the process and explained everything that was done. Great experience. If I hit another deer, I will definitely get repairs done here again.

Super glad that I chose Jeff's! I hit a deer causing significant damage to the car but Dan and everyone at Jeff Auto made it super easy to get the car fixed in a timely manner. When I got the car back, the exterior was spotless and they also went above and beyond by doing a a full detailing of the interior! These guys are full service and Dan at the front is personable, communicative and professional. The rear right passenger side of my car got sideswiped in a garage several months ago and these guys gave me a quick estimate, worked with my car insurance quickly so that I could have it in the shop. Quick turnaround time with great quality, looks like brand new again (and this car is my baby).My car handles have built-in light and sensors on them, I noticed last week that the light on the handle they replaced got completely painted over, so the other handles would be bright at night except for that one. I never look at that side of the car at night so I didn't notice until recently. I brought it in today expecting that I would have to come back a different time since I didn't make an appointment. They were friendly/prompt - told me to just leave my car - fixed it by the end of the day, and even washed/vacuumed my car! I was so impressed. Could not recommend them enough; very thankful to them.

I ve always had a good experience taking my cars to Jeff Wokutch Auto Body. They re good at communicating, honest in their pricing, and great at pointing out potential issues that my vehicles may have in the future (with no pressure to buy something to fix it then and there).

These guys do awesome work, always are able to squeeze a repair in, and the turnaround time is also speedy. FYI they have a partnership with enterprise on Babcock Blvd so if you choose to get a rental thru them they meet you at the shop which is an added benefit

AMAZING almost does justice in words to describe my experience at Jeff Wokutch Auto Body. Dan was extremely helpful and knowledgeably from explaining each part of the process, to staying in contact with multiple updates while they had my vehicle, to even answering some questions I had outside of the reason why my vehicle was there. Everyone I spoke to was extremely courteous and professional throughout my entire experience. It was honestly a breath of fresh air compared to any other experience I've had with any maintenance shop of any kind. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for work of any kind, I know personally this will be on the shop I use for any maintenance in the future.Service: Body & Trim

I recently had to have my car repaired after being in an accident. I was sent there through my insurance company and when I went to have my car looked at. I was told exactly what the process was and how long it would take. They ever sent parts back because they didn't like how they looked. They are a top notch group who guarantees the work they do for as long as you own your vehicle and when I picked up my vehicle it looked brand new. Thanks for treating me with such great respect and showing you care and take pride in your work. If anyone ever needs their vechile repaired this is the place that I would recommend without a doubt. Tell everyone in your shop I said thank you for everything. Your group is awesome.

I was involved in an accident and the insurance company coordinating all of the repairs suggested this auto body shop. From start to finish they were very helpful with their explanations and communications. They contacted me to set up times for the estimate and helped get the rental car set up. From the estimate to the actual repairs I had no problems - they thought it would take about 3-4 days and they finished within that timeframe. The work they did looks fantastic and you wouldn t be able to tell that my bumper was cracked. Would be happy to use them for body work again.

My poor car got backed into by someone and my car is leased, so I needed to have it fixed. Dan at the counter was the one who worked with me and they were nothing short of amazing! Afterwards, you couldn't even tell that there was a dent! Awesome place, fast turnaround, and exceptional quality. Will be recommending to everyone!

After getting rear-ended, I read the other rave reviews about Jeff Wokutch Auto Body & Service Center Inc. and knew this would be a great place to take my car for repairs. The other reviews couldn't be more right- this place is full of people who work hard, are extremely polite, and communicate effectively. The prices are reasonable and the work gets done in a timely manner. I will certainly be bringing my car here again for any future needs.
