Impact collision center and automotive was a God send! I had an unfortunate experience with a neighborhood mechanic that really damaged my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. It was in dire need of repair! The only shop that was opened in my area at 8am on a Sat was Impact. So I went to the shop and spoke with Jim and told him what happened. He gave me several different scenarios and what the price could be. Once the vehicle was at the shop and Joe really assessed the damage it was more than expected. Joe called and told me what the price would be and my heart sunk! I am a single mother of 3 and did not have that kind of money laying around. I explained to Joe that I could not afford that amount. I asked him if there was something that could get away with not being fixed. He said no. I said then I ll have to call you back. I was going to call AAA and have them tow my van back to where I live. Joe called back and said I m not going to send you out on the road unsafe. I am going to try to work with you and he gave me a new price that I could afford! I know that the shop was taking a loss because of the significant damage to the vehicle. And the cost of parts alone on top of labor! Joe really blessed me! And I m thankful I went to Impact at 8 am that Sat morning. Impact Collision, keep up your hard work! God sees you! And with Him good deeds never go unnoticed! (I ll upload pictures in the AM)

Couldn t be happier with the service from Impact Collision. They were able to work with me and my insurance provider to get details of the estimate and get the repair done right. Joe was in constant contact with me for updates and tips on how to move forward with insurance in a situation that would otherwise be a nightmare.

My 2017 Legacy required repairs to address bumper, fender, and headlight damage. Joe was prompt in scheduling an appointment and provided a reasonable estimate for the necessary repairs. After dropping off my car, I was initially told it would take approximately 5 days, but it ended up taking a couple of extra days as Joe had to source some specific parts.Approaching this collision shop with caution is essential, as the final cost unexpectedly increased by $700 due to the replacement of the air shutter system. I understand that not everything can be foreseen during the initial evaluation when providing an estimate, and I am willing to accept a higher cost when necessary. However, what raised significant concern was the lack of comprehensive information regarding the components that required replacement, resulting in a lack of transparency concerning the additional expenses. This issue became especially problematic because I had initially anticipated and budgeted for a substantially different repair cost. Unfortunately, I was only informed about these additional expenses approximately 30 minutes before picking up my vehicle.Joe mentioned that he was extending this cost price offer to me as a gesture of goodwill, emphasizing that he typically does not make such concessions for other customers. Following my research and communication with various Subaru dealerships, I ascertained that the entire system, consisting of parts alone, is priced at $400.While the initial visual inspection of the bodywork on my car seemed satisfactory, upon closer examination, I noticed some issues. The bumper was not properly aligned with my fender, a chip on my grille had been overlooked and left unrepaired, and I also observed a small dent on the rear left fender that was not present when I initially dropped off the vehicle.

Impact collision is great! We had our car scheduled for a bumper respray. In the meantime our car had gotten dented. Joe was able to work with us to get that fixed as well in a timely, affordable manner! Car turned out perfect and I highly recommend them to anybody!

Joe was responsive and had my car fixed and back in my hands in a week. I had significant damage to my driver side when someone hit me and he made it easy for my car to get fixed and get me back on the road in my own car and out of a rental. He even fixed a dent for free that was not a part of my requests. He made it easy to get my car repair done. I was worried about a paint match in general bc of my pearl flakes and it matches fine. He came recommended from someone I know within the auto industry. Thank you for your help Joe.

Joe and his crew did a awesome job repairing my Honda Accord. The workmanship was professional from beginning to end. Joe dealt with the insurance company and got the parts needed ordered quickly. Absolutely do not recommend!Had my vehicle for hail damage. Joe said he would have it for 3-4 weeks. Ending up having it 8 weeks. Got the vehicle back, half put back together. Paint bubbles, with dirt all through the paint, two different shades of green, scratches in my windows and tint. Sent the car back. Joe stated he would have it for 1 week, got it back 5 weeks later. Went through many lies, and pushed back pick up dates.

Joe took my daughter s car into his shop on short notice, did a great job repairing the damage, and charged a reasonable price. I was more than satisfied with the transaction.

The owner Joe has had my car since June of 2023. l've spent over $3000 in cash to have work done . 1 keep hearing that my car is going to be done. Going back to September of 2023. He avoids my calls or doesn't return them. My car was left outside unlocked with the windows down through several months of storm time. Even though I asked him repeatedly to make sure that the car was locked and the windows were up. When I stopped by, that's when I saw that they were still down. My interior is almost very likely ruined. However 1 haven't seen my car since. Every time I stop at the shop it's closed. Spent over $13,000 in rentals. He doesn't seem to care that he is taking advantage of me. I was told the week before Christmas it would be ready a few days after Christmas. Then a month ago I was told it would be ready that week. Now he's not calling me back at all. This is supposed to be an honest collision center?? The only reason selected this shop was by the reviews so it's only right that 1 share my experience to show you that these reviews are inaccurate. I have begged and pleaded for my car. Explain that I will lose my job I can no longer afford to pay for these rental cars. I'm a single mother. He does not care. I keep avoiding having to take him to court. But now he's left me no choice because he will not return my calls at all and it's been a 3 weeks. I was going to add some photos of my car to see the damage that needed fixed Something that should have only taken a few weeks for any other regular shop. If he would have told me the truth from the start that he never works, I wouldn't have taken my car there. But, because of the reviews and because of the cost I did. He seems sincere and honest. But now he's cost me the price of a brand new vehicle. Save your money and your nightmare. He's had my car for 9 months and $16,000 later. Don't go through what I did.Update 2 months later: he asked me to give him to March 12th after he saw this review. March 12th came and went It wasn't done More excuses. I told him I just want my car back. I'd like to add that I did offer to have it taken somewhere else where the work was going to be done in another shop but every time that he was supposed to meet me and the mechanic at his shop. Coincidentally he was closed. Anyways, then he asked me if I want my car back he wants $3,500 for the body work. Mind you I've already given them close to four grand. Then I found out that he never even did any of that transmission work that was all a lie. He told me he did $12,000 in work. There's still no battery in the car. How would he do all this work without a battery where did all my money go? I mean I call him in the biggest lie of all. He told me to put a new transmission in the car. None of this work was done! None of it!So then I freaked out a little bit and I said fine. Then he said if you give me till next Friday I'll have the car ready to go out the door. As you know it's early April and that never happened. He insisted I go and get the plates for the car. So I put out another $500 for titles etc. Knowingly he did none of the work. Just so I could spend a ton more money. During this time I decided I need you to stop up and get my belongings out of the trunk. You guessed it stuff is missing. He said he'd find it he'd get back to me it's now two weeks later I still never heard back from him. I was forced to go and spend $29,000 on a new car. I shouldn't have had to buy a new car! I had a car! A beautiful car! This is the kind of person he is he doesn't care! Please please don't go here! After putting me in so much debt I'm now forced to take legal action. I thought his intentions were good. But it's clear now that he was just taking all my money and stringing me along. With absolutely no plans on fixing my car. What a disgrace!

Joe and his team were a blessing after my accident that left my car un-drivable. He was able to get me in the same day I called. Joe provided frequent updates regarding my repairs and got the car back to me in a reasonable time. The car now looks like it s brand new! It s clear that ICC care about its customers and their cars. They are all very hard working, flexible, and reliable! I couldn t have asked for a better experience - Joe and his team are amazing!

So, I tried to get my car into the Lexus dealer after hitting a deer. I have a Lexus UX 250. They were booked out 3 months. But the Sales Manager at Lexus led me to Impact Collision.I brought my car to the dealer and Joe, from Impact, came over to do the estimate. He was friendly and professional and did a thorough job. The ball was then in my court to get the insurance adjuster's estimate and deliver the car to Impact.I wasn't sure when we were going to be able to get the car to Joe, but he told me that he would arrange to be at the shop whenever I needed to get there since I am 90 minutes away.The work began immediately and Joe kept texting me to update the progress, which is what I wanted. The job went quickly and it was time to pick up the vehicle.Again, we are 90 minutes out and work full time, so getting there was going to be an issue. Joe worked with us, even offered to deliver it if we were in a jam, and made himself available well into the evening to accommodate us.The car was restored to brand-new condition. I have not discovered anything that I am not pleased with.I could not more highly recommend Impact Collision. Joe will take good care of you!

We unfortunately had an accident with our car but out of that we had the pleasure of meeting Joe from Impact Collision Center who we hired to do the repairs. Joe was wonderful to work with and took care of everything from dealing with the insurance to the completion of the repair. He made our car look brand new, The brand new doors that were installed needed painted which was a red color and the match was perfect! Dealing with Impact Collision Center and Joe was a great experience. My husband and I highly recommend this business.

I loved this place. I took my Audi Q3 here to get looked at for a leak in my sunroof. The guys here were awesome! They helped me understand the issue, walked me through the whole process, and kept me updated. It is extremely hard for me to feel comfortable with a mechanic and I felt extremely comfortable and their work was flawless. This will be my mechanic moving forward. Highly recommend.

If I could give Joe 6 stars out of 5 I would. He was amazing to work with. He helped me navigate insurance - even calling them for me, as well as helping set up a car with a nearby rental for the week. He was always available to help me out or meet me during inconvenient times with my weird schedule. He was great about communication, helping me solve some travel issues, & also my car looks great now. He did what needed to be done for my car to be fixed and to make it last. I couldn t have asked for a better experience getting a scratch on my bumper repaired. My boss scratched my car a week before I was moving out of state. I needed it repaired fast. Impact gave me a quote the day it happened and had it fixed two days after. My bumper looks better than new! The whole experience was hassle and stress free. Everyone at Impact was friendly and reassuring through the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone!! Their level of professional and quality of work are hard to find. You won t regret taking your car here.

Did a real nice HACK JOB on my 2022 vehicle. Guy seemed like a good business but when the insurance company had a lower estimate than he proposed that's when things went south. This guy had the nerve to damage my vehicle and try to blame the paint manufacturer for the less than qualified techs who did not apply the paint or clear coat correctly. When I tried to get my damaged vehicle repainted he just made sure to give me the run around like a crook. Don't trust this fool...Response:More lies. I paid what I owed. You are a lousy business that performed poorly. The fact that you are lieing about payment is typical of your poor business practices and integrity. I have never had bodywork performed on a vehicle as poorly as your shop. Those are facts not excuses something you need to learn about in a business ethics class.

I was and still am very impressed with the major bodywork done by Joe (AJ) and his employees with the work they performed on my 2016 "BigBoy" 2500 Silverado! It was nearly totaled from the insurance company, but Joe brought my investment back to life!I put 16K in mods and insurance would not cover, but Joe was able to make calls and get me my original truck back!I could have taken the check and ran, but Joe assured me it was worth saving! Everybody there was friendly ,professional. I have a new car that had 300 miles. Left trunk open and closed garage door leaving a big deep scratch across trunk. Looks perfect. Great job thanks guys

Horrible experience. Do not trust this guy or the people who work in his shop. They will damage your car and wait to see if you notice before fixing it if they do the work you paid them for at all. Real scandalous crooks. I had a new car until taking it to Impact Collision. When they finished the work my car looked worse than when I gave it to them. No integrity and all talk.

Needed a driver side mirror painted and installed quickly to pass inspection. Joe @ ICC gave me a fair price and got it done to make my inspection date. The work was great and so was the service. He stayed late so I could pick up. I would recommend them to anyone.

Hit a deer and had some damage to my bumper, fender, and drivers door. The guys here were able to get my car and out in a pretty timely manner. My car looks exactly how I pulled it off the lot now! Great work and super friendly people here. They even detailed my car for me.
