Today s service was horrible - almost 4 hours for inspection and tire rotation, and if I hadn t asked what was taking so long after 3.75 hours, I m sure I would have waited longer. No excuse.

Im a woman who likes to handle her own car issues and made service appt to have the AC looked at for not blowing cold air. The young tech at the desk started mansplainig the different AC settings- defrost, face vent only, floor and face vents, etc. and let me know it won't blow cold air on my feet if it's on the defrost or face vent only setting (uh, yeah, that's how those settings work). Dont think this would have happened if my husband were with me

Very helpful and friendly. Found a difficult to find small thin finishing nail in my tire and were very happy to be helpful. Saved and showed me the nail for my peace of mind. A very positive experience and I am very grateful because I will be driving to New Jersey for Christmas.

I made my appointment a month in advance for emissions, inspections, and oil change. Instead of a day they took two weeks and I called five times across six days all I got were evasive answers.If I didn't check the before and after odometer I would have thought they were renting it out.

Bought two cars, and traded one in here. Great people, service (sales and car work), and prices. Only good things to day about Rohrich Honda.

Bad as bad gets. Brought my car for inspection and emissions, they call me to say that I need new rear brakes, but they can t do it that day because they close at 1pm on Saturdays.Wasted half a Saturday for nothing. They left my car parked outside for me to pickup whenever.Will be going to Dean Honda because it s night and day compared to these lazy folks at Rohrich, and Dean closes at 5pm on Saturdays.My advice: Don t buy or service cars at Rohrich. Not worth the horrible experiences.

Too much expensiveI did tire rotation oil change and differential fluid changes. Which cost me 200$ for labor and 120$ for material .. honda service shouldn t like this

Although this facility was quick to schedule appointment, not as successful as getting the actual work done. Disorganized and unable to communicate.
