Ed was a great help with the car, Sam had all the paperwork ready to go, whole transaction took under an hour, and every one there was pleasant and happy to help. They had a young, new salesman there who looked like he genuinely wanted to be there, even on a slow night. They did a great job and I had a great experience.

5/5 stars from me!! If you go here and you're looking for a wonderful salesman, ask for Edward Perry! He was patient, so very nice, & helped me to the best of his ability. He found me the perfect car before I even came into the dealership and as soon as I arrived he got to work. He was thorough when explaining the whole process and all the details of the car. I left very very happy and will definitely be going back again!

5 out of 5 stars for me! Originally I had brought in my older car (2011 VW Jetta) in for service, and ended up purchasing a new vehicle from them the same week! Edward Perry was my sales associate, and he made the process incredibly seamless and pain free! Ended up picking out a 2021 Buick Encore GX on Saturday that wasn't even listed for sale yet, and the sales team was able to hold that vehicle for me until I purchased it the following Monday! (When I was looking at other dealerships in the area, they were not able to hold the vehicle for me.)I ended up pre-paying for the parts needed to fix my Jetta, and the service department was also able to work with me and refund me fully for the parts even though I did not go through with the repairs.Very happy with my experience, and would recommend coming here if you are in the market for a new vehicle! Thanks Hawk Volkswagen!

ALL the folks at HAWK Volkswagen were extremely nice and personable, making efforts to reach out to me via text and introduce themselves in person. Not high-pressure, super-chill and professional. I really liked my salesperson, Jake, and Sam, the Finance Guy. The managers were great, the porter was great; everybody was awesome to deal with. These people made me feel comfortable and valued and got me EXACTLY the car I wanted. I'm proud to have it. I wanted a sexier car and that's what I got. What's not to love about that?

So I initially had my appointment to view the car on the following day but Ed P. was able to get me in to view the car on the same day that I called. He was so helpful in checking out the car features and answering questions that I had. The process was smooth and I felt very satisfied with my decision to purchase at Hawk Volkswagen. Ed calls occasionally to check in and make sure that everything is still going good, which it is. Sam was also a huge help in explaining costs and things that may benefit me as a young adult financing a car. Overall satisfied!

I just leased my second vehicle from Hawk Volkswagen and I cannot recommend them enough. I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the sales manager, Adam Mujezinovic. My salesman, Eric Johnson, was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and really helped me to decide on which one to get. Throughout the entire process with them, I felt valued, respected and very pleased with my lease! The entire team at Hawk will treat you with courtesy and exceptional customer service!

I had reached out to Adam M. in regards to getting into a new Tiguan. He was super motivated to helping me get into one within my price range. First time going to this dealership and everything ran super smooth and quick. Highly recommend and my salesman Eric was awesome as well! Super happy with the entire process!

Had a Great Experience, everything from Scheduling to Pick Up was smooth. I liked the Fact that I was able to get scheduled between 24 hours. With my busy schedule that was very Important. I drove 2 hours to this dealership, passed 3 other VW locations. And it was well worth it. Plenty Options for Lunch around as well.

Wish of these goons would've been honest. I was buying my first car and didn't know much of anything. Bad advice from someone in family to buy a new car first. No one encouraged me to start with something more affordable there and frankly it's kind of ruined my life, they gave me 18% APR and I have to pay $700+ a month. Guy that was supposed to sell me the car wasn't even there day of and in retrospect I see they knew they were cheating me out. Know to watch for getting cheated out, they are not any more honest than anywhere else I suppose.

Best Car Experience of my life! Worked with Ed Perry (Sales) & Dallas (GM). I told Ed what I wanted in a lease and they made it happen with no haggling. Straight shooters, great customer service, and had me out of the dealership in no time at all. I ll definitely buy again from Hawk VW Of Monroeville!!

I originally stopped at the dealership just to window shop and test drive a gti to see if it was something that I would want to buy in the future. After the test drive we were able to sit down and actually come to a number that I was okay paying to my surprise. The dealership worked with me and I actually felt valued. It was especially when I came in a few days later for the ceramic coating and everyone that I had talked to said hi to me and asked how I was liking the car. Truly showed me they cared about the customers.

This was An amazing experience for buying a pre-owned vehicle. From start to finish, it was the easiest most painless car buying experience ever. This dealership has no integrity. I traded in my jeep here for a used truck they had on the lot as any dealer if you have a loan on the vehicle you are trading in. It is the dealerships responsibility to pay off the remaining balance of the loan. They are supposed to Call and get a payoff from your bank and then pay it off in full. Well they were short on paying off my vehicle , I called and let them know this and the sales Manager (Joe) says it is my responsibility to pay the remainder which makes no sense. Also the sales manager (Joe) said to me when I was buying the truck is that they will take care of my loan which is a lie or I wouldn t be in this position. I am in now. It s only about a 50 dollar difference that turned into a 320 dollar difference. it s just about the principal of doing the right thing. And if they can t do this right who knows what else they re doing wrong. THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO BUY A CAR EVEN LIE TO YOUR FACE

This is probably the best and smoothest purchase of a vehicle I have ever made. Jake Rose and Adam made me feel significant and important. I was looking at a lot of different vehicles and talking with several Volkswagen dealerships, their relationship with the buyer made the decision to buy from Hawk easy.

Seems like the service department would know more about the parts the shipping as well as the installation time. These past five weeks i've had to stop at the dealership for the same exact issue. The first visit they did the assessment and informed me that they had to order parts. The second visit was supposed to be the installation date. After 1 hour in the customer lounge, I was in form that they would need to completely remove the seats as well as schedule a loner and there was none available for that day. I was asked to return the following week. Upon arrival I was provided the dirtiest loner ever. I took a complete video of this loner. I found it offensive , which also outline the attention to detail and or consideration four myself the consumer. My service has still not been complete, we are still waiting on a part which was incorrectly ordered we are moving into 6 weeks of ongoing services..

This Management was totally upfront with me regarding what could and could not be done. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Our salesman Shane drove an hour and 15 minutes away from the dealership and picked me up at my front door so I could purchase my car. I love my car it was perfect when I got there. I am very happy with my purchase and would definately buy a car from Hawk Volkswagen again.

The entire team at Hawk was amazing! They were kind, accommodating, informative and knowledgeable. They accommodated me with a loaner car while I was waiting for my car to arrive. Oliver is loving his new Atlas Cross Sport from Hawk VW! We spotted the car while at the Pgh Auto Show, and from the moment we met Jake there til we were driving it off the lot a few days later, the experience was perfect. Jake was knowledgeable, great at communicating, and so kind! Lynn, the finance manager was so efficient and personable! We even met the service manager, and she was great too!We actually tried to buy our VW from Cochran VW of South Hills as it s much closer to our home. We did the test drive, valued our trade, etc., and were very close to purchasing. Unfortunately, the salesman became angry when we asked about color options and completely stopped responding to us. As a result, we will NEVER utilize that dealership for sales or service, and will drive by it to receive the excellent service that Hawk VW provides.

Shane Marek and the rest of the team were very easy to work with. The vehicle I was looking for wasn't on the lot, but no need to start visiting all the other VW dealerships. Shane was able to locate a vehicle to my specs and brought it in for me. Overall a very easy car shopping experience for someone who usually dreads car shopping.
