Needed scratches filled and rear bumper panel painted, ended up with so much overspray, the next day I had to Clay Bar the entire car. The hood is at the opposite end of the bumper painted and it was buried with over spray, worse by far. How does that happen? The hood still has overspray beads after using the Clay Bar twice. I'll still need to pay to have it professionally waxed and polished, hopefully removing the rest of the overspray.I picked the car up on a Friday, he told me he was getting ready to close early or I would have taken the car back for him to see his lousy work.The paint job on the bumper panel itself was terrible. Too heavy in spots too light in others. Completely uneven coat, and even that was over sprayed(?) There literally wasn't a panel that didn't have overspray on it. The roof, door panels, all windows and especially the hood. He charged over a grand and I spent more time trying to clean up just the hood than he would have spent taking the bumper panel off the car and painting it. He's a huge cost and time cutter. Not a cheap repair at over 1k. He reduced the value of my car by thousand's. He's to be avoided at all costs. No second chances.Guy was proud to tell me that it was his 74th birthday. I ve been taking my car to Guy s auto since I started driving. He has always been honest it may not have been what I wanted to hear but it was the truth. I ve never had to take my carBack for the same thing to be repaired. Would definitely recommend calling Guys Auto for mechanical and body work on your vehicle.

Took my car here to get a quote to have the whole left side repaired and repainted after it was side swiped. When I walked in the man behind the counters demeanor clearly said I don't want you here. I asked if I could get a quote to which he replied "oh on that thing" this was the first point when I felt like he didn't take me seriously and didn't care for the business I was trying to bring him. We went out side and I told him the car needed work on the front bumper,fender,driver door, driver side mirror, rear door and quarter panel. The entire left side. He stared at it for a minuet then looks at me and tells me there will be a $35 fee to get a quote. At this point I felt like he added the fee because he didn't want to do it. Every other place I called or stopped by didn't have a fee for a quote. I thought about it and understood that he wan't making anything off of giving me a quote which is probably why he added the fee. I agreed to pay the $35 and asked if he accepted cards. He said yes but the fee would now be $65. I asked why and he said that it costs him money to run cards. I get that part I've worked for various small businesses and know how that system works. However $30 to run a credit card is outrageous nobody in their right mind would pay that. This was the point where I believe he added the outrageous fee to make me go away and I did. I took my vehicle to Pinnacle Auto Service on Brownsville rd and they quoted the work at over $2000 and explained to me my options to work with the insurance company. I highly recommend Pinnacle Auto Service because they treated me with respect and took my business seriously. Do not go to Guy's Auto Body they clearly don't need your business and don't respect you as a customer.

First off Guy is very fair on prices, he doesn t charge more because I m a female he charges exactly for what the part costs & also he is very professional & is fast which I appreciate very much.
