Typically able to fit me in day of if I m able to be flexible with my drop off and pick up time.I would call the store to set up an appointment if possible over their website to make sure they have enough mechanics that day. When I have used the website they have called me back to verify what I need done and if they can fit me in that day. It seems like their website is run by Goodyear and doesn t accurately allow the shop to account for what it has going on.When in shop the have clean facilities to use and WiFi to wait. They also will take the time to explain what s going on with your car and why they can or can t do things. They also give recommendations on what to do and I ve never felt pressured to do something.I m always nervous as a woman going to a shop and getting taken advantage of but so far the folks here have been great. I will say they are a little more pricey than other shops in the area but their warranties and kind and efficient service will have me come back.

My son is in Pittsburgh for college and had a flat tire. I was able to coordinate with the shop over the phone to make arrangements and they fixed his tire and had him out the same day. Incredible customer service. Highly recommend

Thanks soooo much to Julian for fixing my flat tire within 30 min. I got in at 5:25pm and was out by 5:55pm. Incredible customer service and work time. You saved my evenning (and weekend)!

Came here for a state inspection, they failed the car because of a list of items amounting to $3,900. I took my car to another shop for a second opinion, and they said they were trying to take advantage of me and would have recommended only ONE of the multiple items that Goodyear stated was required.And the one item, was something I would likely need to replace much later down the road.Shops like these give mechanics a bad rep.

Julian provided top notch customer service! He was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to get me in and out of the store before they closed for the night. I m leaving in a better mood than I came with, and my tire is in better shape, too!

Very professional, quick, and helpful. They fit my car in for brakes a day early and honored the price they told me over the phone. All of the service was performed correctly and they went above and beyond to rectify other issues on my car.

They were all very professional from the time I arrived to the time the repair was finished. The team overall has excellent customer service which is rare these days. Julian went above and beyond to handle each customer and their needs.

I had my tire's replaced here. Overall the tire service was good, but when they called me and said my service was done, I arrived 2 hours later and saw that my car was unsecure for that 2 hours. When they parked my car outside, they left my passenger window down with no one monitoring the parking lot. I would give them no stars if I could for this unprofessionalism. I did receive an apology but something could have been stolen from my car. Considering this is in a city, I expected better observations. I would not recommend coming here.

The team at this Goodyear location are spectacular! Incredibly helpful, efficient, professional and kind. As a female, automotive shops at times can be challenging and after being cut off and treated poorly at another garage, these gentlemen quickly answers my questions and serviced my vehicle in under the time projected and a very reasonable price. I highly recommend!

Bernard (George) Sutton saved our trip. We had an unexpected tire blowout going through the Pittsburgh tunnel on a college football game trip. Bernard and his staff did an amazing job and finding the correct tires and changing the tires within a short time frame. We made the game and had a successful trip. The professionalism and willingness to give us some priority was impressive. This service center is a first class operation and we are very satisfied customers!

Not everyone has the oil filters for my car in stock. Julian got me right in, got the filter ordered and delivered quickly, and got me out of there quick'ish...on a Saturday. Not bad for cold walk in. Thanks!

A screw was stuck in my tire, and they were not able to patch it, but they gave me a few options to replace it and got the tire changed quickly. Julian was very helpful and kind.

I came for oil change and the guy on the reception told I needed the different option ( more expensive but it was ok). 3 hours later (when I called to be sure it was ready) I have been said they had none full synthetic oil in stock. So it took 3 hours to realize they had it out of stock? The explanation was they don't know what exact type of oil the car needs until they open a car!!! Seriously??? What the point to put all info about your car in a file? Or every car made with custom oil type??? Very furious by wasting my time and poor service.

Mangi and the team were terrific! They very quickly fixed my tire today! I honestly thought I needed a new tire and was relieved at the news that it was fixed . So much so I immediately made an appointment for an oil change! quick, efficient, reliable and friendly what more could you ask for!

I went here for state safety inspection for 3 times. Inspection itself went well. In the first 2 times, said "extra work needed" for light bulbs, or "to pass the state inspection". They charged me about $60 for it. For the 3rd visit, I checked every lights working just before the inspection morning, and brought car to them. Then they called me "one light bulb needs to replaced to pass inspection". So, I stopped taking car to them anymore.

Came here for an oil change, tire rotation, and headlight replacement on my 2021 Hyundai Kona. The folks seem friendly enough. Called me to tell my they DID have the bulbs but that they would need to take the bumper off to change them (they don't) and it would be $280 (on top of the oil change and tire rotation @ $120). I explained that I previously changed these lights myself and that there are two little doors in front of the front wheels that just pop open and the bulbs are accessible there (I don't have the means to take off my bumper). They told me they can only go by what their system says. Their system said it requires 1.5 hours of labor. If this is company policy it is not the individual's fault but I was disappointed they would not even investigate what I suggested to see you literally pop open a door and take out the bulb and change it. The unwillingness to offer even the respect to look into it wasn't a great feeling but I'm not the mechanic. After all was done I went next door to the auto parts store, bought two bulbs, and changed both of them in under 12 minutes in the parking lot in front of the building... No bumper needed to be removed... In fact I didn't need a single tool. Then why didn't I just do it before? Because it is easier to get everything done at one place when you are already having other work done. This experience suggests one of three things to me (maybe a combo) - 1) Goodyear doesn't value or trust their own employees to make professional judgements on the use of their time, resources, and labor when evaluating a job, 2) The employees I spoke to simply did not want to help me in this scenario (it's fair we all have days like that), or 3) Goodyear legit is scamming folks by charging you $300 for a 10 minute job that really only amounts to the price of the bulbs you are willing to pay. And they aren't willing to possibly investigate if their system might be incorrect or out of date. Super bummed - because this place is convenient - but lost some sesrious trust in this company today. If this is priced so erroneously (or exploitatively) then what else is? 2 stars because it seems too mean to do just 1.

I really appreciate the staff here! Patient and able to communicate what was checked and their recommendations. Explained and fixed items where the website made errors. Double checked items when I asked for clarification. Definitely will come back for future services.

I frequent this shop - they are always able to get me in right away. They explain things thoroughly, and are willing to answer questions. I had a great experience with Charlie today - he explained my options clearly, gave me a fair deal, and helped me not feel so bad about having to get four new tires haha.

Exceptional, friendly service. Came here to get my vehicle inspected. Every interaction was very pleasant and the process was entirely painless. No surprise costs or frustration along the way. If I could, I d give higher than 5 stars.

I want to thank Bernard and Mangi for all their help. These guys at Goodyear EL were extremely kind and patient. My sister is immobile and unable to drive her car. We had to cancel our appt twice and they still got me in and out the same day..They also saved us money by not having to replace her car battery and recommended it only needed just a long recharge....Their customer service was excellent....

I got an oil change, and when it was done they noted to me the other things they had noticed while checking the vehicle. They told me which I should do something about and which I should keep an eye on, and offered to assist me in those they could help with.Did good!
