Horrible experience. My car was there over a month to fix a dent and a cracked headlight. When I went to pick it up six weeks later, my windshield was cracked, my oil and coolant were leaking, the knob to open my hood was snapped off, and my back left brake light/turn signals are out. I truly don t know what they did to my car. Ive tried calling, I ve left my number, I can t get in touch with anyone at this place. Run for the hills!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They do great body work. But if you want your car to be good for the road stay away from here!! Less than a week getting my car back it broke down and they did nothing to help with it. I have a car sitting outside my home that looks great but is totally undriveable. If I could give them a negative 100 I would.

Brought my car in for damage repair Gerber took a look at it and said it would be fixed so I left my vehicle with them later on I come back the car looks amazing like new again I was excited to have my baby back they did an amazing work damage fixed and paint looks great so if I have any other accidents or issues I'll be here back at Gerber collision &Glass and the staff was nice to work with so thank you Gerber staff you guys are awesome I give them a 10/10. A quality repair when I needed it. They set up a rental car for me as well. The employees there were respectful and very considerate, and always kept me informed. I highly recommend them for your car repair needs.

Update 7/26/23: After 2 days the check engine light went out and it has not come back on. The odor coming into the car, went away when the light went off. I have added a star to my review.I have taken my car here twice. In May 2020 and in June 2023. May 2020 was a pleasureable experience and my car was done in 2.5 weeks. I had a few more fender benders where someone side swiped me and backed into Me. I hand my front bumper, fender, dent on my hood and alignment. A few other parts connected to that as well and paint. I dropped off June 16 and was given July 5 to be finished. It was delayed another 2 weeks and I was not able to pick up my car until July 18. When I picked it up there was a check engine light on and I had to leave the car to be calibrated. There has never been a check engine light on in my car. There was no check engine light during the prescan and nothing noted on July 18th. On July 20, I went back and they handed me the attached picture and said it was an intake manifold and they cleared the light but it would probably come back on and to call them. They may make this rigt and I hope they do. I have to schedule an appointment with my mechanic to run tests and see what happened while in their car. I'm not saying don't take your car here because your experience may not be mine but this is my story and hopefully its resolved without lawyers getting involved. I should not have to be dealing with a problem that wasn't a problem before I brought my car in. There is also a burning smell entering the car and alot of erk erk sound coming from the left tire as Im driving.-Customer service was good and I was treated fairly as a person. The bumper looks great.* car left dirty with oily hand prints in the front driver and paasenger doors & panels and back driver door. Charger unpluged in back seat, umbrella taken out of front passenger door and thrown in backseat. Front passenger seat leaned as far back at it will go (why anyone would be joy riding is beyond Me and there is a 35 mile difference from the estimate from dropoff until when I picked it up*

Customer service is terrible - I don t think I have even been treated as bad by any other shop. I had to make an appointment for a claims adjuster, and after driving 45 mins through traffic I was told they would not be able to see me. Even after I explained the situation with an accident that had backed up traffic I was told I would need to reschedule. There were no other appointments after me and it was only 3:15. Their manager and adjuster refused to even talk to me. I don t know how they became an official shop for insurance adjustment with their horrible service - they do not care about the customer. If you are not within 15mins of their shop I would say avoid them at all costs - you ll only be disappointed by their apathy and poor people skills.

After some initial difficulties with my warranty claim, Gerber did a great job on my car. Damage was fixed, paint job looks great, and car was cleaned and detailed.

After an accident, I selected this shop from a list of options my insurance provider recommended. I could not be happier with my choice and their service. Naturally, repairs are taking longer these days as it is difficult to get parts, but they were in constant communication about the progress. Valerie was extremely responsive to answering emails and reached out to provide updates without having to ask. The repairs are perfect as well. I'd recommend this shop to anyone and would certainly go back (but, hopefully will never have to!).Service: Body & Trim

All I have to say is that, from beginning to end I have had the pleaseure of working with Val and the (forgive me) receptionist at the desk. They gave an all out fantastic service and I wouldn't have chaged my experience for nothing. I didn't deal with the crew that fixed my car, but they did a phenomenal job on my car. I had a good experience with Gerber Collision and Glass when I was involved in an accident several months ago. The staff were friendly, helpful, polite and professional. My vehicle was finished being serviced promptly and properly. And was returned before the day they originally gave me to pick it up. I would recommend their services.

I had my vehicle repaired after being rear ended. They reached out biweekly to update me on progress. Vehicle looked great after repair. Shout out to Valerie for guiding us through the process,and keeping us updated. If you are looking for excellent collision work and communication, look no further! I recently brought my Ford 500 into this location. Upon entry I was greeted by Kelly. She was very friendly, efficient, and provided prompt scheduling for the dropoff. Coffee and tea are available while u wait, which was not more than 15 min if that. They updated me every other day on where they were at on the job and when to expect completion. I just picked up my car today, and she looks soooo nice! Looks better than new. Thanks Gerber Collision and Glass staff. Excellent work and service. Paint is pristine.

They have done an excellent job on my car within a reasonable amount of time (I had a big dent on driver s door). Everyone there was so polite and helpful. They did everything to make sure that the repair is done with quality.

I took my Kia Sedona to this place to have the whole driver side of the vehicle worked on and I could not be happier about the way it turned out. The service was excellent, people are very friendly there, and they were real good about keeping me posted the whole time they had my van. I would recommend anyone who needs auto body repair done to go to Gerber Collision. This was my first time having to have my vehicle worked on like this so I was very nervous but they did an awesome job! Thank you Gerber Collision.Becky Adams

Being one who expects nothing but the best from professionals, I have to say I have not experienced this level of customer satisfaction from many other places I've worked with in the past. Firstly, this place offered the most reasonable price repairing my van's scratch. $350 vs $800 at alternative repair shops. Secondly, they were very gracious in accommodating my need of picking up my car as well as dropping it back off since I couldn't get out with my three little kids. They were so flexible with billing me too-- just paid over the phone. Truly impressed with the high standard of customer service this place offers. If I had to have body work again it would be a pleasure to return...but hopefully I won't have to :) Recommended with confidence.

The next time I need body work, Gerber's will be my first call! Friendly office staff and mechanics. The repair to my back bumper after being rear-ended looks perfect! Very easy to work with, Gerber's makes dealing with insurance a breeze.

Amazing job from start to finish! My car was repaired in under a week, they detailed it so nicely and made other minor fixes about the car. Been recommending since I got my car back!

The insurance company of the person who rear-ended my car wanted me to take it to a Progressive garage, assuring me I'd be happy with the result. We've taken vehicles to Liotus Collision Center, and have always been more than satisfied, so Liotus was my choice. Mike repaired my car to like-new condition, faster than I expected!! I have only great things to say about George and his team!!

You won't meet a nicer more caring group of people than the folks at Gerber Collision & Glass, their mechanical skills and insurance knowledge takes the sting and stress out of dealing with adjustors and your repairs. I highly recommend you give them a call.

Excellent work done to fix the vehicle... They kept in constant contact with you as to the progress of fixing vehicle via phone and text message... Finished the work in a reasonable amount of time... And they work with your insurance company... Reasonably priced too

I'm sure this establishment gets alot of business due to the fact that the 3 men that work here love to speed and drive all over the road everyday. At least if you're going to sideswipe my car trying to speed around me and swerve into the oncoming lane, don't speed directly to your place of work. Everyday, it's one of the same 3 vehicles. Would never bring my vehicle here, especially after experiencing Erich's firsthand treatment of drivers on the road.

They were fantastic! And that's not hyperbole. From the time I had first contact with their team, they were helpful and professional, especially in a stressful circumstance. They did a great job on the car, and were prompt in getting it repaired.

Nice office with friendly, professional staff. I'm giving 4 Stars because I didn't end up having any work done here, so I can't speak to that, but everyone I dealt with during my trip there for an estimate on some damage to my vehicle was very helpful & considerate.

Nice people they worked very well with my insurance company (Usaa). Troy was patient and easy to work with. They stand by their guaranty if there are any issues.
