I cannot give enough praise to Frank Schrim Auto Body. My car needed front fenders replaced along with body work and paint on the tailgate. They did an excellent job and it was completed ahead of time. They even washed the entire car. Their work is top quality and I highly recommend them. Five stars!

Frank and his crew do a fantastic job on auto repairs. Never notice where the repair was and they always do a fantastic paint job I would never go anywhere else.

I took my wife's mercedes to Frank's to have some front end damage repaired and had a fantastic experience all around. Parts are hard to come by right now and even after the parts distributor sent the wrong part, Frank tracked down the piece needed and I have to say, you can't even tell there was any damage on the vehicle. Frank's works with most major insurance companies (to my knowledge at least - we have Progressive) and the process was quick, easy and painless. The adjuster looked at my vehicle at Frank's location, set everything up with Frank, and he called me when it was time to pick up the car. Overall, excellent service and craftsmanship. I'd recommend Frank to anyone who wants their vehicle looking like you just drove it off the lot. They even cleaned the vehicle for us!

Franks was amazing! I had some hail damage to my brand new car and they made the whole process of the estimate and auto body work so easy and quick! I got my car back in a day looking and smelling brand new! Would give 10 stars if I could!

I went there because they re a state farm approved auto body shop and they took pictures of my truck and said they would order the parts and then led me to believe the parts were on the way. But really they never ordered the parts and 10 weeks later they say it s gonna be another 5 weeks before they can work on it. If you can t fix someone s vehicle for 4 months that should be the first thing you tell them when they come for the estimate.

Thank you for the fantastic no nonsense work. My vehicle was worked on and finished in the time frame needed. Work is pristine and shop itself also pristine. My car is gorgeous! I took it to Schrim's yesterday to have body work done where someone had deeply keyed my door. It's done and beautiful today. One day! Not only is the work perfect, my car was detailed inside and out..even the tires. Just astounding customer service and care.

I was absolutely blown away by their service. They are so friendly & professional. Not only were they 100% more helpful than Progressive in explaining the process to me & what I needed to do, they repaired my car perfectly making the exterior look brand new! As if that wasn't enough -- they even returned my car to me sparkling clean inside and out. I could not believe it when I got in the car that they had cleaned the interior! After all the winter dirt & salt that it had in there when I dropped it off, there was not a single remnant of that when I picked it up. I'm extremely happy & will recommend them highly to anyone needing repairs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a fantastic experience here. They fixed my vehicle quickly, communicated well and are just a great group of people! They also went the extra mile and totally vacuumed out and wiped down the interior of my car as well, so it was looking WAY better than when I brought it in all the way around. Would definitely recommend!

First time going to them but I was very impressed! Not only did they fix the damage from the minor accident but I had a few random rub out scuffs that they took the time to rub out as well! They also detailed the inside & outside of my suv which I wasn t expecting. I was extremely satisfied with their work, friendliness & professionalism. The dog in the office was a bonus :) I will go back to them for any future body work!

Very professional service, they are super nice and do great work! I needed a lot body work done due to an accident (t-boned) and they did a great job, it looks like it never happened. It looks like they cleaned my car too as it was extremely shiny when I picked it up. I dropped it off November 23rd and they had it done on December 24th. I had body work done due to another vehicle hitting me and let me say they did a awesome job you cannot tell it s ever been hit. Been here twice and each time it was a great experience. Very friendly and professional people. They work hard to get you back in your vehicle as soon as possible without effecting quality of work. My car has always came back looking as good as when I purchased it. Highly recommend Frank Schrim.

Fantastic work! They were able to bring my Jeep back to showroom condition. My only complaint was the amount of time it took to get on their schedule. Absolutely worth the wait! They even detailed it inside and out!

Was very pleased with the quality of the work, the customer service, and that the car was back to me in 2 days. Not only that, the car was cleaned on the inside as well. They exceeded my expectations. Would definitely come back, and would recommend their services.

Enjoyed having Frank work on my Hyundai Sonata, but their was a problem with the door after he fixed it. Therefore the job was not done correctly. Frank told me that he would fix the problem, yet never called me back. I think in general he has a fine shop, nevertheless their is still problem with the door that needs attention and for a customer that is important even if he thinks it not. I noticed that their is another post claiming a door was not correctly. FYI.

I called today to see about taking my truck to them for some work that is backed by my insurance company. The gentleman I talked to on the phone blew me off telling me they were booked solid for the next 2-3 weeks. I should state the work I need done is not priority, it just needs done. The level of rudeness was enough to spark me to write this review. You don't treat any customer this way let alone one who is telling you this is an insurance backed job.

Cant even fix a simple passenger door had to go back a few times and still isnt fixed right. Strongly recommend a real body shop elsewhere.

SCHRIMS REPAIRED MY WIFE'S MKX REAR END DAMAGE CAUSED BY AN ACCIDENT. I HAD THEM GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR OTHER DAMAGED AREAS THAT I WANTED REPAIRED WHILE IN THE SHOP AND WHILE WE WERE AWAY ON VACATION. THEY ASSESSED ALL DAMAGED AREAS AND GAVE ME A PRICE THAT I FELT WAS VERY REASONABLE AND FAIR. THE WORK THEY DID WAS FANOMINAL, THE VEHICLE LOOKED LIKE NEW. THEY EVEN DETAILED THE INTERIOR! GREAT JOB!
