Piss poor customer service, they called me to inform me that the battery i had scheduled at 7:09 AM is no longer in stock. They decided to inform me of this at 3:42PM from a no caller ID number. When I called back the phone call failed then the second time someone picked up and AGGRESSIVELY hung up. I decided after this and NUMEROUS ISSUES with firestone that I am not even going to that appointment. I would call to cancel but seeing as they dont like to answer RETURNED CALLS I will not waste my time or their time canceling the appointment. Customer service seems to have disappeared now and no one cares to do their job RIGHT.

I used to use this location every year for state inspection but recently they started getting shady. They must be hurting for business. I'm so glad I do my own work so I'm not getting ripped off from these chain garages.

My technician Bill went above and beyond to assist me in getting my vehicle back on the road safely. He was highly knowledgeable about what was wrong and provided superb service.Kevin was friendly and knew how to properly advise the technician what was wrong with my vehicle.

Please do not make the mistake I did; AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am still dealing with issues resulting from this Firestone back in May 2023. I had my car towed here after it would not accelerate. After they had my car for about a week, I went to pick it up and paid almost 3k. I BROKE DOWN ON THE WAY HOME, AND IT NEEDED TO BE TOWED RIGHT BACK. At first, the store manager stated my car must have been in such bad shape that it broke down again, but then he later admitted that one of his mechanics made a mistake when fixing the car. I was put in a seriously dangerous situation. The store manager, Derek, admitted that they do not test drive their cars, except for around the parking lot. The best part was that when we went to pick up the car, all of my dashboard lights were still on. Derek and his team couldn't figure out how to get them off, and we had to leave the car there AGAIN. Additionally, they told me my battery tested bad and charged me for a new one. When I received my service breakdown with my tests, it said the battery was good. I confronted Derek about this and he was unwilling to reverse the charge, but when I went to get my car for the second time, the service manager did. I did end up getting a few hundred dollars off of the whole service after much back and forth with Derek. My car is still stalling about once a month, but I have no trust in this place so I won't go back there to get it checked out. I called corporate about this whole experience, but they never followed up. I would not describe this provider as trustworthy, kind, helpful, or knowledgeable. 0/10.

They fixed my tire when nobody else would even look at it! I will be returning in the spring to get 4 new tires. Fantastic service on a day I needed a win. Thanks, Big Chuck!

Came to this location to have my vehicle inspected, as soon as I pulled my vehicle into the parking lot and walking inside I was immediately told by the manager- Kevin that they were going to fail my car no matter what due to an aftermarket exhaust sound that the inspector- Chris heard when I pulled into the parking lot. Everything on my car is brand new and stock besides an aftermarket exhaust which does not fail STATE inspection. On top of this my vehicle is emissions exempt because it has barely been driven over the last few years. They did not want to work and do their jobs so they are making up their own laws not going by the book. This vehicle has been inspected at the dealership with the same exhaust many times before with no issue but at this Firestone location it is illegal. The only reason I was even there is because I have had a Firestone credit card for years and have not made any purchases with it recently so I received a letter saying if I didn t make a purchase they would close my account. Otherwise I have many other cheaper options for inspection that will not make any issue about my vehicles exhaust. Terrible customer service and experience from both Kevin and Chris. Highly recommended staying away from this location.

Reason being I took my car into Firestone Robinson township in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania I did not have any service lights on except for the tire light they kept my car for a whole week they put brakes rotors sensors tension belt struts brand new tires cost me $4,000 and now I have my vehicle with all the service lights on and they're telling me to take it to a Volkswagen dealership I don't feel that's responsibility to do so.. they had me pick the car up pay $4,000 in cash and all my service lights are still on now I'm on my way to Volkswagen dealership to find out what happened and I will be back in touch with Firestone corporate office to get this matter taken care of I should have never received my car back with all my service lights on they're saying they don't know what the problem is they should have took it to Volkswagen and found out what the problem was and then charged me $4,000

After a bad expirence with the moon Firestone I've avoided these places like the plague. I blew out a tire and the tow truck took me here. They were able to replace both tires for a decent price almost right away everyone was friendly and the service was great.

Honestly, We had a great experience! They were friendly, didn t make me wait long at all. I was in an out pretty quickly. I was very thankful because I was in a bit of a hurry. We take all five of our cars there to be inspected and they re really good about getting us in and out so I thank them and I love, the manager he s always willing to help out ! Thanks Fellas!K. Amos

Kevin is rude and very unprofessional. Tried to call to ask questions after service would just yep than hung up on me.When called right back nobody would answer the phone. They just throw parts at the car and it didn't fix the problem said it needs to go to the dealership. Refused to give that information to the warranty company. Left greasy hand prints, on the hood front bumper, also didn't clean up the coolant they spilled in the engine bay, so now it smells like coolant when you drive. Not a good place to take your car unless you like to waste money and have them just throw parts at it. Why do the chage to look at and tell u what's wrong when they just guessSay away and avoid Kevin rude and unprofessionalService: Auto engine diagnostic

Went for oil change and tire rotation, left the shop and car pulled to the right, returned immediately. Manager personally looked at it, stated I had a bad tire, rotated tired back to original positions. Ordered new tires, made appointment to put them on tomorrow. Overall all good service and excellent customer service.

Took my car there to do a check cause it wouldn't start without a jump. They did a diagnostic and said it was fine. Next time I tried starting it didn't. Had a friend look at it found out it had corrosion on the connector cleaned it and need fine since. Not sure I would use them again since they didn't catch it. The staff were very nice though.

I've tried twice now to get them to help me with tire issues. The first time, they wouldn't because I "didn't buy the parts (TPMS Sensors) from them", and the 2nd time, they told me that they're not able to work on the OEM tires for my truck because they don't have a machine that will do them. What kind of tire shop can't work on OEM tires?

I had made an appointment with a different company; and got told my order was cancelled, 20 minutes already into the appointment time .. The new manager at Firestone, I believe his name was Derek, listened to exactly what I needed, helped me efficiently and professionally, didn't give a run around and even got me a great deal! He made a new customer for sure!Services: Tires, Oil change

I have been coming to this location for many years now. Place has changed hands management wise, I think, but over the entire time, recommendations given and work performed have nearly always been of the highest quality (I can recall only one subpar experience a few years back). Desk personnel are informed and helpful. Mechanics/techs know there stuff. Wait times are low, IMO. Prices are within reason. My car is currently riding/driving like a dream I recommend this Firestone Review UTD as of June 2022.

This place is the worst!!! My boyfriend took his car in for service and when he went to pick it up he wanted to apply for a credit card, but he had to run home to gwt his ID. Well the guy said he was leaving at 6:30. So that was fine. Bu the next day, we go to pick it up the next day at 6 p.m. They're closed. when the sign says 7 p.m.... PLUS... they leave his car unlocked... the worse place ever.

In the area from out of town and noticed a tire down 10 pounds of pressure. Stopped by another "branded" tire center closer per Google, and they didn't even know where the air hose was located in the shop. So I traveled a few miles out of my way to this Firestone. Pulled up to the door and asked the technician if I could use the air hose. He immediately stopped what he was doing and filled the tire to the correct pressure. All in all, it took 2 minutes tops. The tech was friendly, competent and most of all, he knew where the air hose was located!! Superb service Firestone! Thank you.Easy 5 rating!

This was the worst experience ever do not come here and avoid yourself the aggravation and waste of time. Rude unprofessional and condescendingI brought the car in for brake inspection and service because I had lost the brakes Brakes were serviced and replaced at a Firestone two months ago. I also asked the shop to drain and replace the steering fluid because it was contaminated. I also asked the shop to do an alignment since I have a lifer time alignment.Left the car at 9am on a Saturday morning spoke with the manager Jared who took the car in I did not get a call back at any time Saturday. I called Sunday spoke to a clerk who said that nothing had been done yet on the car. I went over the list of things I had requested and asked him to please start and check things off the list He said he would get on it and call me back with a progress report. I never got a call back so I called near closing time. Clerk said nothing had been done and that nothing would be done till the next day as per the managers instructions. I asked to speak with the manager Jared but was told that Sunday was his day off.I went today Monday at opening time to be admonished by Jared for harassing his employee to contact him on his day off. He said he had called a tow truck to remove my car from his shop and was sending it somewhere else to be serviced. This was something that was not communicated to me nor I had agreed to.I said no and that I would drive my car away myself. Which was exactly what I did . I limped my car away and drove it to bother auto repair facility that was recommended to me by localsI am happy I took my car out of there.For two days they did absolutely nothing that I asked them to and the shop never called me at any time while it was there. No diagnosis no service just lies and the worst treatment of a customer with a long history as a Firestone customer. How sad.....:(

Not bad. Went there for an inspection and alignment. It was finished within a couple hours. They tried to squeeze me for windshield wipers I had just changed 2 months prior. Also, not personally a fan of their prices for other recommended repairs. $800 for rotor replacement is a bit steep when I can change them myself for $200

I had a bad/questionable experience in taking my car to the dealership for emissions/inspection and failing, and was upset, worried, and anxious about what would happen with being re-inspected at Firestone. However, Chris, the service manager at Firestone was amazingly helpful with the process, and put me at ease with his knowledge and expertise and his keeping me apprised of what was happening with my vehicle. That, combined with the reasonable Firestone prices, coupons, and items I had under warranty, and I ended up getting more things completed and still saving hundreds of dollars over what the dealership tried to gouge me for. I'm super happy. My car is inspected and drives like a new vehicle! Definitely will continue to patronize Firestone for my vehicles' needs, and am letting others know about my awesome experience!

There's, only one reason I'm giving this any stars, and that's because I thought the dude at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. Well, my service experience was to say the least very bad. I made an appointment at 9 am. Showed up, 15 minutes prior to that. The mechanic didn't pull my car into the bay until 9:30. My car,sat there until 10 am until someone started working on it. Keep in mind now, that I only went there to have two tires and an oil change . Two hours later.. my car was serviced. 3 hours for an oil change and two tires changed. Totally unacceptable, will not be doing business with this Firestone location again.

Actually open on Christmas Eve and were able to get a tire close enough to the correct size on my old 2001 Chevy S-10 so we weren't stranded out of town.

Upon arrival, there was no one at the counter. They were inside the garage gathered talking and laughing. I had to call the store to tell them I was at the counter! I took my car here in May for an inspection. They said I need almost $1,500 worth of work on my car for it to pass inspection but it passed my emissions test. They told me I needed all my lights replaced because they didn't work. When I told the manager Jared that the lights were working, he became rude and told me they were not working. When he goes outside to look, they were all working and he said that the technician probably couldn't see that they were working because of the lighting in the garage! I told him I felt that they were scamming me and he said and I quote "why would I scam you about lights that cost barely anything and I wouldn't make any money from"! The labor to replace the lights was $284! The front side running lights didn't work and they never listed them as needing to be replaced! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS FIRESTONE!

I went in with no appointment and had to wait a little because a customer was running their mouth. Once I was seen I was told 30 minutes, it was about that and I didn't wait long for my tire rim to be fixed. The rim was causing a slow leak in my tire. Overall it was quick being I had no appointment.
