Came to this location for a wheel alignment that was desperately needed as my car was in an accident a half a year ago and needed the entire steering system, pump and all replaced - which left my steering wheel way off center and my performance WAY below what it is or should be. I came here very close to closing - so I didn't expect to even be taken in but I was, and the staff although they seemed pretty busy and pressed for time, were still more than helpful and took me up on the job. The overall experience was more than satisfactory the only issue I experienced was the waiting time as the staff hadn't communicated as to who was there waiting and who was not which led to me waiting over 1 1/2 hours until I had asked about what was taking so long to which they informed me that they didn't know I was here waiting .... Otherwise they did an EXCELLENT job on my alignment and my.car is driving even better than it did before the accident, and my MPG is back in factory ranges. The only thing I feel that needs to be worked on is customer awareness , and the one key factor - communication! As a business owner - communication is key to the success or failure of any business of any field !

I got my oil changed in November and was charged for a $3 donation. I was not asked if I wanted to donate, just charged for it. I make my own donations and do not wish to contribute to tax write-offs for corporations. This is extremely off-putting, not to mention theft. I will never visit this location again. I'll also be sure to mention this to anyone I know intending to visit this location. So gross!!

We've been coming to this Firestone location for years. We have been through 2 cars with almost 400,000 miles between them, and have always purchased our tires from them. We enjoy the free tire rotations and alignment on our tires with the purchase. Staff is always friendly, keeps us posted and explains the bill.

Quick friendly service by very knowledgeable people! Got the most amazing tires for my jeep for a price that couldn't be beat!! Thank yinz at Firestone on banksville rd!! Tires are so sexy I definitely need new rims now

I'm crying while writing this. My sister works for Autozone as a commercial sales manager who happens to deliver to this shop. On Valentine's Day, she was injured in a hit-n-run in front of the shop. Matt came out and saw it was her. Calling her by name while she was still stunned and hurt.He didn't leave her alone until her boyfriend got there. He made sure she was safe and not alone. He even called her store to make sure someone knew where she was. This is the kind of gentleman you have working there.I'm extremely grateful.

I brought it to check the battery light issue. When I did picked it up the light was showing and was told that components are functioning correctly. And you can t take it back next day because you are busy. Plus other isses

Brian was awesome. I ended up needing new stems installed but he tried to remove the caps without having to replace. That said the cost was more than fair. He represents the company well. FYI don't buy after market stem caps...ones I got on Amazon essentially welded to the threads

So on 6/13/2020, Firestone Complete Auto Care Banksville Road Pittsburgh PA charged me $36.98 for new wiper blades and didn t even replace them. I have pictures to prove it . Hey Firestone, I m glad you think that in a pandemic I have money to waste. I also paid for new parts, this make me wonder if new parts were even purchased and put into my car because I asked for a receipt of the purchase of the new parts and you denied me that right. I don t know if you just don t care or you super unfocused but I m highly disappointed.

After replacing the old tires with new ones, I did the wheel alignment. The repairman did not fix the obvious problem with the right rear wheel, as can be seen in the picture. Unfortunately, because of this, the rubber deteriorated and became unusable.

In addition to the Oil change and Tire installation, the office manager Matt and the rest of his Team took excellent care of my vehicle when performing my PA inspection. ( Which are all competitively priced.) I would highly recommend this location to anyone I speak too. They have a very straight forward approach when explaining what will be or what has been done to your vehicle while in their care. In addition, if you do chose to book an appointment online and arrive on time you will be pleased to know your wait times will not be nearly as long as if you were to go elsewhere or to a dealership service center. In my book these guys are levels above anywhere else. For reference the Car I had work being performed on was a 2021 Kia sportage LX, again thank you to the entire staff and I will be back for any automotive repair/service needs I have in the future!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Excellent service by Andy and his crew. My battery was in bad shape and needed to be replaced immediately. They were able to locate and retrieve the best battery for my car and install it in less than an hour.

Fire stone employees are putting old parts on customers cars and charging them as if the parts are new...I have had my car at fire stone for 6 months straight for a check engine light..I had multiple receipts in my glove box from doing business with Fire Stone in Pittsburgh PA..on Banksville road. I have witness a employee put $ 500 dollars in his pocket for another check engine light that has came on in my car for the 4th time in a matter of 4 months.i had my receipts removed out if my glove box by a employee that shows the work that was done on my car .They are crooks in action. I WILL warn everybody about what's happening.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment

My car was towed in. They tried to help me the same day but were just too busy. However, my tire was REPAIRED early the next morning. Joe and Craig were so nice! The repair was only $25! Honest and Great customer service! So Appreciated!

I've worked with a lot of different Firestone locations over the years. The workers at this location have always been very accommodating quick with their service and honest and trustworthy. I will continue to bring my cars here for as long as I live in the area.

I had a nail in my tire on a Friday evening and could not find a place to get it out. I really needed it out quickly and I called the spire stone and their general manager said I could come right away to get the nail out. When I came they were so friendly to me and took great care of me. I was very impressed even with the fact that there was another customer ahead of me I was still there for a very short period of time. The guys at this Firestone were my heroes yesterday and I cannot thank them enough!

Made an appointment for tire replacement after getting a flat. I was advised due to my AWD it was possible I'd have to replace all four. However, after inspection, I was assured the other 3 tires were still in good condition, and only the one flat tire would have to be replaced - that kind of honesty in a business is so appreciated. Overall great experience and service, friendly staff - I was in & out in ~30 minutes. Highly recommend!

I was visiting PA and about to drive home to MD when I found I had a flat tire. On a Sunday! AAA put some air in so I could drive to Firestone which thankfully is open on Sunday. They were nice, helpful and gave me all the info I needed. I was lucky that it was something that could be plugged and I was on my way home. I thought the cost was super low considering how they saved the day!

They can t make alignment for all cars, only easy cars like Camry or etc, if u have Mercedes BMW Audi, don t go there

Firstly I schedule after noon Appointment before one week before , when I tried to drop of car and appointment scheduled for morning timeSecondly i dropped car for emission and state inspection . When they are checking they told to replace rear breakers and pads .. I feel too costly don t have time to check with other auto repair it costed me more then front break repairs I repaired front ones cost of 250$ at monro muffler ,But in Firestone costed me 400$ looks so expensive Disappointed with Firestone prices.Never want to go Firestone again in future and no recommendations too !Disappointed with prices!

This is a very busy Firestone Center, I had the pleasure to work with Matt who was the general manager. The way to have faster service is to make an appointment on their web site and call to schedule a PA state vehicle inspection. I am very satisfied with their sales promotions and auto repairs.

I went for tires I felt safe going here because one day I had a screw in my tire and they repaired it and did not try to sell me new tires. I trusted them. I didn't read the reviews before going only saw the first one now I wish I would have read them all. They told me I only needed two tires BUT then told me how my spark plugs needed changed and I needed aligned and they would tune it up. That tune up and new plugs has my van hesitating at red lights and idling rough. I called two days later which was a Friday and was told to bring it in on Saturday at 2:00. I brought it in at 2:00 and was told they were very busy could I come back another day. I asked if it was hurting my van and was told if the engine light was not on it was fine. By the time I returned home the check engine light did come on I called to see if I could bring it in and was told no one was there that could work on it. This is very upsetting to me the van was running just fine before the "tuned it" and they really are not in a big hurry to right their wrong. Tomorrow I am taking it back to be repaired I will do another review and decide how many stars to give this business. So far all of the negative reviews are coming true in my association with Firestone.I am going to update my review it this is now Monday and I have my van back and running fine again. Firestone has credited me back some of the cost from changing the spark plugs. It was a cracked new spark plug that was causing all of the commotion. I don't think I will be in any hurry to ever return there again but I did want to change my review. They are a very busy business if all of their dealings went as wrong as mine they would not have as many customers so I am going to think I am one of the few cases that went wrong. I never was shown any disrespect of any kind by any of the employees and Chris went above and beyond to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. He did offer to get me a rental car since my van was still not ready on Sunday and he picked me up on Monday when the van was ready. So to be fair I am going to give them three stars.

Refused to align my rough country lifted f150 after I missed work for the apt. Said they didn't know how. Called another shop and they said no problem, just have to look up alignment specs online. Firestone wants the easy money, can only do basic work, and won't go the extra mile for the customer. Pass on this shop.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

We were customers with this location for years. I took both my wife's car and my van. For the first few years service was good and if they messed up with a repair I was always told to bring it back in and they fixed the problem. It took 4 visits for them to get a new radiator installed correctly! Replaced the old radiator but the new one leaked. Brought it back and they installed a new one. Van overheated then they installed a new thermostat but didn't tighten up a screw meaning I had to come back again. The van still smells of antifreeze but they never could find the leak. The last straw was with a life-time alignment I took my van in last year and asked them to rotate the tires. One tire had a small mark on it and the tire was in the same location after the rotation. Feeling they just forgot to rotate the tires I decided to give them another try. 6 months later I marked the tires, went back in and asked for an alignment and tire rotation. None of the tires were moved. I called to complain and was questioned by one of the desk attendants how I knew the tires weren't moved. They replaced the exhaust system and 2 years later I needed to have it done again. But this time I took it to another company that has high reviews (one of the reviews is ours) and I was given a year guarantee and the owner said most of our replacements parts will last at least 5 or more years. We have given Firestone thousands of dollars over the years buying tires that never lasted and having all our repairs and inspections done by them. Most of the time I made my way into the service area to give the mechanic a tip for his work. We were on a first name basis with them and I thought I could trust them. I was wrong.
