It was absolutely the best towing experience I ve ever experienced in my life if there is such a thing.The gentleman, by the name of John, was courteous, friendly, willing to do anything that I asked him to do or needed him to do. Not only did he toe me to the dealership I wanted to go to, but he had me sitting in the truck with the heat on in this cold weather and asked me if I needed anything and it was just 100% perfect. I m from the cranberry Township area, And I wasn t sure if I had a ride home, And this gentleman offered to ride me home all the way from Etna, Pa. Fortunately, I was able to find a way home with a Rent-A-Car using his advice. I would recommend Ferra s 1000% to anyone who is looking for a professional, honest garage or towing company.

My Mazda 3's serpentine belt was catching on my tensioner pulley, which led to the serpentine belt snapping. I had the car towed to another repair shop prior to Ferra's, where I was quoted $800. I am by no means a mechanic, but I knew that price was more than a bit inflated. I had the car brought to Ferra's, where the same repair cost me less than half as much as the original bid.Brian, the service advisor, was very friendly an helpful, and so was Bruce, the technician assigned to repair my car. Brian was very communicative and Bruce went the extra mile to show me some additional repairs that I should really start thinking about.I really value honesty and professionalism, and in both of those categories, Ferra's is a 5-star business. I will be using their services regularly from now on.Thanks guys!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We called them roadside to diagnose and repair a 2020 Freightliner M2. The mechanic failed to notice a cracked turbo (the housing split and intake hose disconnected) and oil all over the passenger side of the motor.. this is noticeable at a glance when opening the hood. Furthermore, he said the intake sensor was original which is not true and apparent by looking at it.. it was replaced 20 days ago. This is mechanic 101 stuff. They must employ entry level mechanics and charge top dollar. We sent our mechanic from out of state to try and repair and ultimately had to tow the truck from 4 hours away. Ferra's cost us a lot money and didn't help us out or have a concern for our displeasure when reaching out to them afterwards. Save your money and DON'T CALL THEM. We will be spreading the word!

On January 5th 2021, I was heading to the VA Hospital to take my dad for surgery. After being pushed off the road into a sidewalk by another vehicle, I busted both passenger side tires. I was stranded in the rain at 6 am, completely dark. After finding a ride for my dad, I located Ferra's through Google reviews! One call and the driver arrived quickly. They had me back on the road and I was able to be at the hospital before my dad got out of surgery. The kindness of the owner, the driver and staff was incredible. I can't thank them enough. Had a very bad experience with these people , an the police accused me of a wreck , they ended up towing my vehicle and when i went down there to the next day to the ferras auto service It s came out to like 495 for a half a night. ridiculous added on stuff to make it more expensive, I highly recommend NOT TO GO to these folks or Get tow services because they will definitely take your arm and a leg no doubt that s how disgusting they are over money they take your soul if they could.. I m serious about that

We had to get a tow for a work truck. The price of the tow was ridiculous. The woman in the office was not very pleasant and quite rude. Experience was awful with this tow company. We use Tomei's in Mckees Rocks normally which are great guys and reasonable. Ferra's was highway robbery, $6400 for a tow and two/three days of storage. Not sure how they sleep at night.

Helped a lot with time, came in below the rough estimate given, and in my case he was able to do the repair by himself and lifted the entire dry van door, which most repairers would get two extra people and bill you for it.

After AAA would not service the PA turnpike, the Highway Patrol called Ferra's. We could not get a lugnut off the tire to swap the spare, and were thinking we'd need towed. Ferra's was able to do their magic and get us back on the road to CLE.The total was just over $100.Thank you!Services: Car towing, Tire change

I got in quickly, they gave me upfront pricing too. I live in the next neighborhood from them (Etna) and they gave me a courtesey drive to and from my home. Very pleasant folks. Shout out to the mechanics and to Brian who helped me with my payment. I almost forgot the young man who drove me to and from my home in a wrecker. This is the worst service from a professional scamer I never had. Guys please trust me never call this company for road assistance you will be disappointed and they will force you to pay 50% of the amount before to come, to make sure they scam you well, and you can't back out the deal. All road assistance I had before never requested 50% advance before to show up because they trust the quality of their work. But those one will take your money come over and now say: oh we can't do this here but will bill you . Please I'm owner operator and trust me, I know how it's difficult for us to make money nowadays so don't even try to give them a chance, you will be for sure disappointed.

I have a green Kia soul and had to have repairs completed. Brian was patient and helpful! I am beyond excited with the results! My car had this extreme stench of gas they found & fixed this issue quickly & made working with a repair shop easy! I would recommend anyone with any issues to use their repair services and don t forget to leave a good review about the gentleman working so hard to keep our vehicles safe & reliable!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Ferra's get 5 stars from me! Quick service, repairs done thoroughly and properly, professional automotive staff. After they replaced the fuel pump, instead of towing my truck to the dealership to have the command module reprogrammed and then having to charge me for a tow as well, they explained to me exactly what needed done, what it would cost, and recommended a dealership for me. Ferra's provides great service a a reasonable labor rate. And they use OEM instead of aftermarket junk. Its worth the extra money for OEM; Ferra's guarantees their work too. I know I can confidently take my truck there for repairs.

My son, a Pitt student, had a minor accident. His car was in need of a tow and repairs. Being from Philadelphia, I was unable to have the car towed to my trusted mechanic. By good fortune, we had the car towed and repaired by Ferra's. They repaired the car quicker than expected and at a reasonable cost. Ferra's exceeded my expectations. They aren't the cheapest... But they are the best. I took my car for an oil change and inspection... Had Brian and his mechanics not correctly inspected my car, there is a 80% chance I'd be getting a new engine. Great service, I was ridden home and picked up when my car was done and the price was reasonable... But the service was superior. I highly recommend.

Had to schedule an appointment due to my car breaking down at 1:30am. They arrived on time and were very courteous. I ran into issue with my roadside assistance company, but Ferra's was able to resolve it and even went the extra mile for me.

On the way from WI to NJ, our car battery quit during a stop at the Oakmont Plum service plaza on PA turnpike, during a torrential thunderstorm. Samm came 20 minutes after we called the turnpike emergency number, jump-started the car, and led us through the service gates to the AutoZone on Freeport Road, where Eric installed a new battery (in the rain!). Samm's friendly and knowledgeable help, especially guiding us through the gates to the AutoZone, felt like a miracle! My SUV broke down on the PA turnpike 2 hours from my house and 6 hours from my destination. Ferra s towed and repaired my car. I can t say enough positive things about the service and people. Tow truck driver was helpful and quick. Everyone at the shop was great and informative. They really helped me during a bad and frankly scary situation. I cannot recommend this place enough!! I was stranded driving through PA a few weeks ago and the people at Ferra's were so wonderful. The tow service was super quick, and their services were incredibly reasonably priced. They got my car back to me as soon as possible since I was from out of town, and the whole time they took care of me! Seriously, this crew saved the day when I broke down. They made sure I had a place to stay and literally picked me up and brought me to the shop. I could not have had a better experience. Thank you so, so much guys. I was alone and stressed, and you didn't take advantage of a stressed out young woman away from home (which could have easily happened). Shout out to Ricky (I believe) for being a great tow driver and nice person! You guys are seriously the best. Service above and beyond what's expected. Thank you again!!

Amazing service! Brought in my Honda for new brakes. I was able to call at 9:30pm and book an appointment for 8am the next day. The quality of work was fantastic. I asked if my car could be ready by 12:30pm so I could get to work on time and they had it done by 12:15pm. What really stands out about this business is not just a great quality of work but great character of people. They honor their quotes and commitments. I cannot recommend this business enough. I will gladly trust my vehicle with this business again.

Brian took care of my vehicle's needs whenever I booked an appointment. He was very knowledgeable and treated me with respect and guided me all throughout the way. At a very fair price they serviced my Nissan Titan! He ordered the parts and in 2 days the least my vehicle was in and out the shop in more than perfect condition.
