It's no wonder they always seem busy; this place is great. Their auto services are trustworthy and reliable, and the people there are polite and friendly. I was surprised at how quickly they handled my walk-in tire emergency, but their estimated time was spot on. When I call in, they seem eager to be helpful, they have a nice little waiting area with a coffee machine, it all adds up to the feeling that they really value their customers. I've consistently been satisfied with the prices here, and I plan to be a repeat customer in the future.

They are a very busy place. For good reason. They are honest and have very reasonable pricing. They took the time to fully explain the issue with my vehicle, what it was going to cost to fix it and how long it would take. And much to my surprise, when I dropped my car off, they gave me a ride home and also picked me up when it was finished. I will be taking my vehicle to them for any future service needs. Amazing group of people!

Our sons car broke down unexpectedly and was not drivable. Luckily, we found Factory Tire open the day after Christmas. It is a very well established family run, small business. Alex, our mechanic, stayed late to fix our son's car, gave us straight forward and detailed updates as needed. It was a great kindness in what would have been an otherwise really frustrating, complicated event because we aren't local to Pittsburgh.The front desk customer service was great! It was even a pleasant experience while waiting in the lobby for our car. The environment while busy and full of people coming and going was still relaxed and it was a joy to watch a family run business in action! And, yes, our car is fixed!Thank you Alex and thank you Factory Tire :)

Not a bad business to make your next tire purchase. Prices are reasonable and about 15% below the average cost for tires. A little busy and confusing with employees constantly in/out and hanging about. However, this business/service did it's best to satisfy customers and get the work done. I recommend making purchases mid week at opening time (8:00am).

I went to get brand new tires. There was a guy named Alex he had the best customer service out of all the tire shops I ve been to. He sold me 4 tires that he recommended for me. They have the best prices in town and I highly recommend them. That s my new tire place from now on.

I was VERY impressed and would give them an 11/10 if I could! My car s alternator randomly failed while in town from out of state and I pulled over here literally unable to drive any further. The owner took the time to come out to my car with a few of his employees to quickly look things over and help get me situated. They even gave my wife and I a ride to our family s house we were visiting! Within two hours the car was repaired and I was very happy with the price. I would highly recommend this business to anybody!

Very satisfied customer. I called about putting 4 tires on my car. They helped me find a good tire and the prices are extremely reasonable. Employees are very professional and nice. I also got my car inspected here. Highly recommend!!

I ve been going to factory tires now for almost a year I believe. Starting with the oil change, it was great service at an affordable price. I drive my truck as a hobby anywhere from 2k-5k Miles a month. They ve done work on my front end that improved my driving dramatically again at an affordable price. But even more importantly, a reasonable wait time. Recently, I was having trouble with vibration at highway speeds, and through a course of re-balancing tires, troubleshooting to find the problem, they were able to fix it. Compared to other shops at the time versus money. Value was well worth it. No one s job is easy. But for as busy as they are, they make it look good and deliver! For as long as I m living in Pittsburgh, this is where I will be going for any work on my 2013 Toyota tundra

I was referred to Alex at this place and I have to say it was the best experience I had dealing with a shop. I had a lot of different work done and from Bob and the front desk to dealing with Alex was awesome! It is hard to trust people working on your vehicles today but this place is Outstanding! I don't know who specifically did what but I had mechanical and body work done! All top notch work and all professionals.Thank You too all who work there! It's even nicer knowing I can drop my vehicle(s) off and walk home knowing they are in great hands! Thank You All! Highly, highly recommend!

This is definitely old school takin' care of business and customers tire place. Bob, who I dealt with was an extremely nice person and provided the best price for four tires out the door for my Honda Ridgeline. Then to boot...I unfortunately got a screw in my new tire ( UGH) I was unaware of but noticed It was leaking air. Took my vehicle back to have the tire checked out and lo and behold... screwed by a screw. Bob and his team fix it and didn't even change me for the fix. I tell ya, if you are not purchasing tires here, you are not getting the best ftom the best. Thanks Bob and your team. YOU GUYS ROCK!

Let me just start by saying, I STRONGLY recommend this establishment! They were polite, detail oriented and got the job done righ, and in a timely and affordable way. I was in a predicament-- having an issue crop up on my Christmas trip from Chicago to Pittsburgh and being on a time constraint to get back home after the holiday. Lucky for me Factory Tire Outlet came through for me!

Was visiting family in Pittsburg for Thanksgiving and I damaged two wheels and tires I limped my car to Factory tires and full service and it was very busy.The owner Alex met me and immediately started working on finding me a set of four wheels and tires he sent a worker 40 miles to pick up the wheels and tires he quickly installed them and aligned my vehicle.I am grateful for the quick prompt and professional service,this is rare in todays world. Alex saved the day ! Thank you Alex for the great personal service! Highly recommend if you want honest and professional service!!! I would give ten stars!!!!!

Best place to take your car.I took my car there for inspection but needed some work done to pass.They were naturally pretty booked for the day but said they could get my car done in around 6 hours.The owner offered to drive me back to me house and pick me up once the work was done so I didn t have to sit there all day.They also took fantastic care of my car while they had it and it feels better than ever.I cannot recommend them enough, I won t take my care anywhere else from now on.

Bob called me back in couple min. Gave me great quote over phone on 4 studded tires. Price didn't change when I went in for the tires and mounting. Good honest ppl, fast work.*EDIT* After such a good experience getting tires few months b4 i went back for my car inspection. Alex took care of my inspection like a boss! Showed me what was wrong with it. I already knew there was an issue with left front cv axel. Quoted price to fix & I said, I really can't do that much today. He said I can probably find a cheaper part and I'll take care of you, but it will take longer to fix cause I gotta source the part and get it delivered; Because I couldn't afford new part they had in stock. Gave me new price quote and estimated time. I was able to afford it. Took just about as long as he estimated. Thanks again, Alex & everyone there! This is definitely the shop I will keep going to.

I bought a used car that needed a state inspection.They got me in the next morning.My usual mechanic cannot tend to me in such a quick fashion. It s typically a four week wait.This time I could not wait four weeks.They worked all day, suggested the water pump and timing belt get changed.They did that the next day.Fantastic.Now my regretful car purchase has turned into a grateful one!I do not know much about cars.I have finally found a place that will fill in all the gaps I have to keep them running beyond the 400,000 mile mark.Alex was wonderful in attitude, generous in resources, and kind in all interactions.Since moving here, six years ago, I ve rarely experienced exceptional customer service.This team delivers exceptional customer service.I ve got three more cars at home. They will all be brought here.Further, as a woman not from this state, I was treated with respect, kindness, and consideration.If you are a woman, not from the area, not white, and unfamiliar with the mechanics of cars, you will be treated well here.I walked in with doubt and trepidation.I walked out with relief and reassurance that I was driving a solid car.Thank you.More please.

Wonderful experience! Very friendly and helpful! Great tires and put on very quickly! I will be going only here for any of my car service needs from now on! The staff here will take the time to go over and explain anything needing done before doing it. Highly recommend this place!

The guys at this shop are great, always fair and do great work. Alex put a new clutch system in my car and it feels like new. After several calls to other mechanics his price was very fair for the work.. if you don't want to get ripped off in this city, this is the place to go. Thank you for giving me back the wheels to my "Betty"

I was traveling for Christmas to see family in Pittsburgh from Maryland and my car literally broke down and this shop literally took me in and treated me like family and made sure they fixed my car so I could get back home safe I highly recommend this place these people are professionals and also super friendly thanks alot I really appreciate everything man no joke

I don't ever do reviews however this time I had to. You all know hard it is to find a mechanic to trust, well we found one!! They are fast, affordable and a bonus they have Saturday hours! Also they work with a finance company that no credit/bad credit doesn't matter. Highly recommend these guys!!!

Had a flat on my truck and no spare. Made a dozen calls and they were the only tire shop in the area which had the right size in stock, who could get me in right away, and who didn't try to gouge me on the price for mounting and balancing. They got the truck fixed up and on the road quickly. That alone is worth 5-stars. But in addition the front staff was friendly, the place was clean and well lit, and they had free wifi, coffee, and donuts. Not sure I could have asked for a better experience.

This tire place is awesome! As soon as I came in the door Bob was so kind and accommodating. I was able to get 4 new tires in about an hour and the price was reasonable. Friendly, affordable, and fast service. I really recommend Whitehall Factory Tire Outlet!

If I could give no stars I would!!! John whoever he is is so ignorant and needs fired! NEVER COME HERE EVER NO MATTER HOW URGENT IT IS THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!
