Had my car at this place for repairs and at the end I got it back still broken and with scratches on the paint. Had to take it to the dealership where they told me that these mechanics actually have broken down the part without repairing it.( NOTE: Even the mecanic at Emsworth Tire said: he removed a part from the unit and hopes to work now ) Unbelievable how they try to fix the problem. Ultimately I had to purchase and install new part and pay again. Of course Emsworth Tire gave me a bill for screwing up my car!!! JUST BE AWARE WHEN YOU USE THIS PLACE!!!

I broke down on my way to work from Pittsburgh to Beaver this morning, and it's a miracle that I was two blocks from this shop - they are incredible. Despite being swamped with work and appointments, they managed to squeeze me in and get me on my way within 30 minutes. They were kind, thorough, honest, and helpful - I even got a free tutorial on fuel filters and the background to my issue. I can see why they are busy with work - a shop that cares about their customers the way they cared about me deserves everyone's business. Thank you!

We were thrilled to find John and his team when we broke down out of town and couldn t get home. He made every effort to help us. We can t say enough about how wonderful his team was, and we especially enjoyed sharing Veteran stories at checkout. We are so grateful to this shop!

They had my car in for service for a month and they tried to give it back not repaired. UNBELIEVABLE!!! When I went to pick it up the car was in the same condition as when I drop it off, NOT REPAIRED! Not to mention they even manage to scratch the car. I will NEVER recommend or go back to this shop ..I agree they try to do the work at affordable prices but then I wonder, do they really do the work? I am too busy but I think about reporting them to the better business bureau every day.This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!!!

Damaged our vehicle pulling in and out of the garage. Refused to take responsibility. Blamed it on us or someone coming into his lot. Apparently he has no security cameras or insurance for the outside of his shop so take video of your vehicle before you drop off. If you decide to go here. Actually do not come here. The old fella that owns it with charm you to death until there is a problem. Scam shop. He seems to be professional scam artist

John and his crew are fantastic. I recently moved very close to them and decided I d try them for my inspection. John, who owns the place, is such a nice and personable guy.A few weeks later as I was pulling onto my street my car suddenly stopped and every light came on! I didn t know what to do but I called John. He talked me through what he thought was wrong, asked me to walk across the street to him, and gave me the fluid I needed to get it running and get it over to him.With mechanics trust is often difficult. I trust these people implicitly.

John is fantastic. Used to live within walking distance and would take my dog to say hi whenever I dropped off my car for work. Fair and honest people. I now live 40 minutes away but will still drive here for anything I need with my car.

I don't know what I'd do without Emsworth Tire! John, Tommy, and team are completely trustworthy, knowledgeable, and patient. I had a recent problem that was tough to diagnose (first looked at by an out-of-town garage). They explained options to me, gave me coaching about what I could try before spending a bunch of money, and added advice about broader ways to take care of my car. I've had past experiences that were similarly great -- highly recommend them!

John is always honest. He doesn't tell me he can take my vehicle or finish work sooner than what is true, so he gives every customer the attention they need. Safety is his utmost concern. Never upsells us or talks down to me because I am female. Road tests the cars before we get them back. Always inquires after the family. Thankful to have him in our neighborhood.

Met John the owner...told him I was looking to buy tires. He looked at my tires and gave me a mini lesson on what to look for before purchasing new tires. He told me I didn't need new tires, he saved me big $$$$! I will definitely go back to Emsworth Tire!!

I have been using Emsworth Tire & Auto for many years. They charge a fair price and do quality work. I have had issues with finding a trustworthy mechanic since I have been able to drive, but I trust John with all my vehicle needs.

Went in for a basic inspection. They were very personable and did not try to over charge me for anything. They also explained what I may need in the future and how I could save the most amount of money in the process. I would definitely recommend them, if you are looking for an honest, experienced auto repair shop.

I have been going here for years and it is the only place I will ever take my cars. Service is EXCEPTIONAL and they are one of the only HONEST repair shops in the city. Highly recommend!

Overrated and over priced. Went to get some exhaust work and paid $380 for something that was $160. DID VERY SHODDY WELDING. The very next day pipes were banging around under my car and ruined the rest of my exhaust. Go somewhere else that knows what the heck they are doing.
