Economy Automotive Services is the BEST place hands down. Anthony was who I mostly dealt with, and he is knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything to me in great detail. I felt confident with his decisions of what was needed to fix my car. He went right at fixing it as soon as I gave him the green light to proceed. And I have to mention this too - not only is Anthony knowledgeable & professional and has great customer service, he also is very well mannered and a pleasure to talk with - a very nice young man. For a brief interim conversation, I also spoke with Tim, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm so happy with this business all around. I highly recommend them.

Got in a pretty good fender bender, Economy Auto did an AMAZING job restoring and repairing all body damage done to my car. They went above and beyond. They even looked out for me when Progressive was stingy and wouldn t cover all of the damage, they gave me a great deal on the rest of the work I had to pay out of pocket. I ll be coming back to them for all of my work from here on out!

Best automotive service shop in the area. Over the years, I have used several different garages in the area. Economy is by far the best. They were able to diagnose and fix my vehicle when other shops couldn't. This place is the best in the city! They've done everything from fix a gas cap to basically rebuilding the entire transmission on our car, and we've never had a bad experience. Excellent customer service, high quality work, and reasonable pricing every time make Economy a 10 star shop!

These guys are legit. They schedule you fast, get you in and out, it's reasonable money, and your car works at the end of the day. Super friendly, super great. 10/10

One of the best mechanics in the city! This place if filled with people who are knowledgeable about cars and are fairly priced. Once it's fixed... it's fixed. No more issues. I have been a customer of Economy for years. This visit was the first time I strictly delt with Anthony instead of Tim. You can tell Tim has taught Anthony very well!!! Anthony knew his stuff, spoke the truth and kept me in the loop on what my warranty company said!!! Could not have better service anywhere else!!! Would not dream of going to another auto shop!!! Anthony was the nicest and most accommodating individual I ve ever dealt with at a garage. They put my replacement tire on the same day it arrived, and fixed the balancing issues I had from a custom shop that didn t do the work properly. My Jeep drives better than it has in years, after the previous shop blamed the issue on the tire manufacturer. Everything was great from the price to the people. Absolutely using this place again. If anyone ever deserved a 5 star rating it s this place! I ve been taking my cars to Tim for over 5 years. This shop is honest, reliable, and fairly priced. I always walk out of there feeling like they took care of my vehicle as if I were family. They have fixed my flat tires with no appointment in less than 10 minutes. They ve spent hours tracking down a leak in the power steering so I wouldn t have to replace the pump. Diagnosed check engine lights for free and recommended repairs. All the staff is kind and professional and it s a locally owned and operated business. You really can t go wrong.

Lovely and honest people. It s sometimes hard to get an appt with them because they are busy- but busy means they do good work and everyone wants to use them. I ve never minded waiting a week to get on the schedule because I trust their work.

These guys are the real deal! Honest, knowledgeable, skilled and their services are reasonably priced. They won't rip you off with unnecessary repairs. Maybe that's why they are so busy! There are not so many mechanics like this in Pittsburgh and believe me, I have tried lots of places!

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Economy for several years now, and they are great. Great people, great service. Always honest and of the highest integrity, Tim takes great care of us and is a pleasure to deal with. We have 2 Jeeps, a Honda, and a Nissan; it doesn't matter, they know what to do. I would recommend Economy to everyone, great work, at a fair and honest price!! Tim is third generation, you can feel it; he's old school; work hard and treat people fairly!. Thank you Economy!!!

Just want to give this garage the best review possible. They are absolutely amazing! So personable, they talk to you like a human being and not just a car owner. The service and prices are the best I have found in the area. I trust them with my car and trust the work that they do. They even stayed late to finish work and let me come get my car after hours. What other garage does that? NO ONE. Thank you so much Economy for being my go to garage and for being AWESOME!!!!

Tim & Rose at Economy have been really helpful through the entire experience. Tim spoke to me and told me exactly what was wrong with my car, and why it happened. They even saved the bad parts to show me and explain to me what was wrong. The price was reasonable and their services were excellent. To top it off Tim & Rose are super nice people.

Such a wonderful place. I have found my car s forever repair site! A great personal atmosphere where they listen to your concerns and help you with major repair decisions. Courteous and professional. I highly recommend Economy Auto!

What a great group of mechanics. Everyone is so friendly and very professional. Their pricing is fair and they don t try and pick your pocket for every dollar. I will be returning for any future problems to my vehicle.

I stopped into economy auto today because let's face it, what wasn't wrong with my car. I was referred by a friend who has taken a few of their own cars there and said they had received excellent service. My experience was no different. Tim was a huge help for a person like me who had no idea what anything means. He was fair and honest about pricing and what was really wrong with my car. He explained everything before hand and honestly i couldn't of ask for anything more straight forward. Anytime someone has anything wrong with their car i'd refer them here in a heartbeat.

in a desperate time of need, not being able to turn my car off because it wouldn't turn back on if I did, Economy took me in immediately & was so fair & honest. the owner stated "I could easily tell you that you needed a new alternator but I have a girl your age at home & I would really like to sleep at night." you never know with garages what you're going to get, but economy truly just wanted to fix my problem! already recommended many people.

I must say that I have maintained all of my vehicles for nearly ten years now due to the unprofessional and downright dishonest nature of many mechanics that I ve dealt with over the years. So, now I m faced with the job of restoring a total loss vehicle to road worthy operation, and I didn't know who to turn to. A quick google search for enhanced inspection Pittsburgh put this shop at the top of the list, and so I called them up. I ve received only excellent service from Tim over the phone. He was patient enough to answer all of my questions thoroughly, responded promptly to my emails detailing the problems with my car, and gave me the confidence to schedule the work to be done there. I haven t even gotten the car over to them yet, but I wanted to write this and congratulate Tim and his shop for doing a great job so far, as I m seeing mostly great reviews, and I noticed that Tim has responded to every single review that was put on google. Nice touch!

I caught a flat tire this Monday morning, and I called to see if I could come in to get it fixed. They got me in on a Monday morning, and I was out in less than an hour. They didn't try to sell me new tires. My tire was good, and they fixed it. I was there with a nice young lady who had nothing but great things to say about Tim. I'll be taking me and my daughter's cars there from now on!!!

This is honestly the best experience I've ever had at a garage, period. It was refreshing to deal with people who appear to truly be honest and hard-working individuals who really care about the customer. Shout out to these guys and thanks for getting me fixed up!

I have been taking my car to them for 14 years now. Never had a problem with any of the guys or the bill. They do A+ work for a fair price. I have no intention on finding another shop .

Busy place, but very accommodating. And they know their stuff. In fact it's one of only a few garages in my area that is licenced to do enhanced vehicle inspections. Highly recommend!

THEY ARE CROOKS CHARGED 90.00 to LOSEN 2 bolts!!!!!I wouldn't trust to go there and have them put air in my tire!!! Would probably come out being charged $75 for the air and their labor of putting the air in. That was by far worst I ever got beat at a garage 90.00 to losen 2 bolts!!!!!!!!!!! Still shocked!!!!!
