Dropped my car off a week ago and just picked it up today. it looks brand new! They did a wonderful job and the staff was super courteous. I would recommend them to everybody. Great job!

This review is long overdue but I had to make sure that I reviewed this auto shop.In 2021 my truck got hit by a salt truck and was un-driveable. Eazors came up, it helped that it was close to my home.They helped me, even was willing to set up my rental but that was covered already. Communication was great when it came to parts and what was happening with my truck.I got my truck back as good as new. I was very pleased with the work and everything overall.

I'm absolutely overwhelmed with gratitude for Eazor's Auto Salon and the owner, Angie's, extraordinary service throughout this entire process. No one wants to have their vehicle damaged in an accident, but if they do, they could not be in better hands than with Eazor's.Eazor's team showed empathy and genuine concern for our family's unique situation, which involved no rental coverage and the daily challenge of transporting four kids, and it truly made all the difference. They not only fast-tracked the repairs big time, getting my vehicle in way sooner than I thought they could, but they astonished me by completing repairs in half the time I expected. I can't tell you how much stress they alleviated, and how relieved I am to have my vehicle back, restoring a sense of normalcy to our family life.What's truly remarkable is that they didn't stop at repairing the exterior my car looked and felt brand new, and then they went the extra mile by meticulously cleaning the interior. If you've ever taken car seats out of a vehicle, you know there are enough crumbs to feed a small nation... but upon pick up, it was like no kid had ever been in the vehicle, it was so clean! Moreover, the shop kept me in the loop with regular text messages so I knew what to expect.Their unparalleled dedication and care made us feel cherished and valued, not like just another job to them. I cannot express enough how deeply touched and grateful we are for their outstanding service. We WILL recommend Angie and Eazor's to everyone we know.

I have used Eazor's in the past when Ted was the owner, he was an awesome guy, he is missed. However, I stopped in because I had just purchased a new Audi and someone put a ding in my door, could not believe it, "people"!!!!!!! but I stopped to see if anything could be done to not make unnoticable and the new owners went above and beyond to assist and did magic on making the ugly mark disappear. Just awesome, to know that you are still in good hands at Eazor's Auto Salon with the same great customer service and over 30 years of experience. Very nice people. Made me feel like I hade been going there for years. First time costomer. Had a small area on a wheel well starting to bubble, and had been to many places as Im not from Pittsburgh. Very good work at a very reasonable price. I recomend them 100% and will go back when needed.

Jeda was looking awful with a dent in-between the driver side door and the fender. Eazor's made her pretty again! They did a great job, customer service was amazing and they are very communicative with timely service! I'm so happy my insurance company works with them!

I recently needed my 2019 Range Rover repaired after being hit in an accident. I could not be more pleased with the service and attention to detail I received at Eazors. My car looks absolutely beautiful and brand new. Great work guys! The entire staff was knowledgeable and friendly and Angie at the front desk was amazing! I wish I could give Ted and Eazor's 6 stars. One of the most welcoming, genuinely nice body shop owners I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Met with me on the same day to do my estimate, walked through the entire process with me, scheduled my rent-a-car, and even drove me down to pick it up when I dropped my car off!My car came out better than anticipated, and the detailing job they do with each car they work on is impeccable! Easily a $150 detail job that they just throw in for being a customer! I hope I never have to deal with Eazor's again, but if I ever find myself in another accident, you better believe this is where I'm going --- Thanks Ted!

Absolutely pathetic service, if you re not an insurance company they don t care. I m stuck with a 500 dollar key fob they had a dealership program for my Jeep that doesn t work. Was told it s not their problem when I asked them to clarify with the dealership they took it to. This was all after I waited a year for a them to order a 20 dollar reflector I could have had overnighted on Amazon. Zero stars.Service: Body & Trim

They were great to work with! Being a business owner myself, I always prefer to use family owned businesses. They made my Jeep look new again after a tree fell on it. Mind-blowing. That's the only word I have to describe the experience I had at Eazor's Auto Salon. The work done was not only impeccable, but it was fast too. I came in with bumper cover and Hood damage and got quoted for a 5 day wait, with a rental onsite....boom!!! Done in 3 DAYS!!!! Appointment made, parts ordered, rental car provided, all in the same 45 minutes. All this with an impeccable finish job that didn't break the bank.There's something called the quality triangle. "Good, fast, cheap. But you can only pick 2"Not the case With Eazor's my friends. All three are provided in spades. All with a smile and a detailed car interior to boot.I don't care where you are in Western PA I can't recommend this place enough. Please bring your body work problems here.

One of the best experiences I have had with any car situation. Everything was booked the same day and Eazor himself made sure to call and see if I was ok and if I needed a tow and or a rental while the damage was to be fixed. All repairs to the vehicle were done in record time and I was notified immediately with updates including estimates. No hesitation, choose this body shop for any damage or repair.

My first experience a year ago 5 stars. This year there were a few hiccups in getting a rental car there, hours of operation and availability, etc but I got my car back completely cleaned, like new and no one can touch the quality of their work. They do their best to answer not only car questions, but how to cotact insurances and handle all rental car details. One stop shop in the best way, I will certainly continue to use them and recommend it to anyone, quality work from a family owned business! Thank you!

Ted is awesome! He is down to earth, friendly and easy to talk with. I felt very comfortable leaving my "my baby" (my car) with Ted and his hard working crew. I had rust to beat the band and when I picked up my car, WOW! Rust no more!! This guy is honest and very reasonable on the wallet.They did a Great job on my car. What more can you ask for? Thanks Ted!!!!!

Ted and his staff are as good as it gets. They care about their customers. I've had several repairs done at Eazor's and they are always friendly, professional, courteous and the quality work is completed on time. Highly recommended.

Came for a paint job and results were out of this world. Car looked brand new..Some of the friendliest staff I ve ever met in my life! They even threw in a detail job. Couldn t be more pleased. Excellent service! The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They provided a quote for the work very fast and were able to schedule the work to be done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Well haven't had work done at this shop but, I'm from Cleveland and we were at T.G.I.F and the owner Ted came up to me and a group of guys I was with and was generous and paid for our dinner after talking to him come to find out he is fighting brain cancer Ted we want to say Thanks an we will keep you in our prayers and the wife and family as well you really touched our hearts
