These guys were great. Came in to diagnose a slow leak on both driver side tires. Told me I had some corrosion on the rims that was preventing a solid seal. Quick fix, in and out in 20 minutes. Fair price and great service!

Fast, efficient, and very honest. Went in for a tire with a screw close to the edge. Told them I wasn't sure if they could fix it, but they are upstanding people and told me it was fixable and did a repair at a very fair price when I was prepared to shell out for a new tire.

Quick, efficient, friendly. Was in town for a wedding and got a flat. Called Duke's and they took care of the tire right away. I was ready to buy new tires if needed but they said I had more life on the treads. Appreciate not being oversold. Great guys

bought my new winter tires today! great price, and the guys packed up my other tires in bags and placed them neatly in my vehicle. convenient also, only took them 20 minutes. Did I mention lowest price? I shopped around!

My experience with Duke's was awesome. I was visiting Pittsburgh earlier this week to help my daughter move into an apartment and I hit a curb and knocked a chunk out of my tire. I took my car to another auto service in the city and they told me I needed a new tire and it would have to be ordered and would take a day to arrive. They recommended going to a Mr. Tire somewhere in the suburbs. I didn't want to go that far, so I looked on Google and found Duke's in Southside, which had great reviews. It was one of the most old school experiences I've had in a while. Really old building (they told me the building was used for shoeing horses back in the day) and their tire list kept on a legal pad. They had the tires I needed and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Would highly recommend. I felt so grateful that I was able to safely get back on the Turnpike for the drive home to VA.

After noticing a large gash in my tire this morning I was recommended Duke s Tire for a quick service & cost effective price. Mr. Duke himself had people looking through their garages for a used tire to replace my damage one. Unfortunately my tire being a newer model none that were used, but they quickly replaced my front 2 tires with brand new ones. The staff was pleasant and I enjoyed chatting with them while I waited. For any future tire needs I will definitely be returning to Duke s!

Outstanding service. Pulled up with two nails in my Jeep tire (they found a third) that the Jeep dealership couldn t fix . They quickly got me in, plugged all three and were very professional, efficient and friendly. Will definitely be returning here for future needs and new tires when the time comes. A+ all around.

Plugged a tire no one else was willing to fix and saved me 300 bucks. Had me in and out in less then 7 minutes. Super friendly too. If you have a tire issue go here...even if it's not on your side of town. It's worth the drive. HIGHLY recommend.

Dukes really took care of me today. I was told at another shop that my tire couldn t be patched where a nail had punctured it. The guys at Dukes had it done in less than 10 minutes and the price was very reasonable. I ll be going there for all my tire needs from now on!

Went in here out of desperation when my tire suddenly became flat driving to work in the South Side. I brought it in and they were decently quick, but my issue is that they told me I had a nail in my tire and patched it up and charged me $50, when in reality they just filled my tire with air. Upon looking at my tire when I got it back, I could not find a patch anywhere, but just assumed I couldn t see it. Took my car to Firestone for some work, asked them to see if they could find the patch and they couldn t either. So basically I paid $50 to have my tire filled with air. :)

I don't go anywhere else for tires. Dukes is honest, reasonable, and delivers on time. It's not as polished as most other tire shops but what they lack in amenities they more than make up for in price.

Disclaimer: I'm not good with cars. I am completely at the mercy of whoever is working on my car. That being said I came to Duke's to have my tires changed in June 2021 and was very pleased with the experience. Service was quick and the pricing was fair.Except apparently they broke one of my tire pressure monitors and didn't tell me. I only know this because the next person who changed my tires about a month ago pointed it out.I don't want to write this place off entirely because as I said, the price was fair and the service was prompt and quick, and the people there were very courteous which is hard to find in a mechanic.Overall, I say they're worth going to, but check your valves before you leave!

I had a nail in my tire and I went to Duke's not knowing if it could be repaired or if it would need to be replaced. There was no wait time and my tire was repaired within 60 seconds while I sat in my vehicle. Talk about service! I couldn't believe how fast they got me in and out. The staff is friendly and the service is AWESOME! I always hear how great this place is and I am very, very pleased to find that the rumors are true! I highly recommend!

Drive up, fast service, don't have wait more than 6 minutes. They got lots of talented fast employees. Jacked both sides of my car up and pulled both tires off at same time. Price was fair. 25 bux to repair a tire and few extra for a new valve stem. Definitely will be returning if I need them for tire service again.

Extremely efficient, fair price for all services. $16 to fix a flat, I was driving out less than 15 minutes after pulling up (no appointment). Also bought 4 new tires from them, they were on the car within 40 minutes, again without an appointment. Really well run business.

Duke is getting very cranky these days. I ve had several unpleasant experiences in the last few years, and I ve been dealing with him for 40 years. Without getting into all the details, he told me not to come back. I was pretty much at the same point. So I guess we re done with each other. He charge $65 to mountain balance my snow tires, which I had purchased from him originally, and I thought that was a bit high. He used to charge 30 bucks for the same thing. It s a different company with an old business relationship, but that s the way it goes. Is duke said, it is what it is .

I had them replace my donut for a new tire. Excellent place, quick service and very good pricing on a new tire as well. Definitely recommend if you need new tires. Everyone was really nice too!

To the guy crying about getting charged for plugs to put on your tire. What do you think it should cost? They are paying an employee plus using a part that cost them money to fix your tire. You should've just got a used tire. And they didn't even charge you that much. If your not complaining about the quality of the work done then quit whining. Go elsewhere and see how much you get charged.. unreal.. they fixed your tire that is the difference between your life and others on the highway but you won't complain paying 15$ for a sandwich that you throw half away. These guys are one of the good ones.

Had to get to my nieces wedding AND get my flat fixed. Dukes had me in and out in fifteen 15 minutes as well as the 3 customers ahead of me. Courteous fast service at a very fair price.

Fast and somewhat friendly! I was told to wait outside. I went back in because I was cold and asked to wait in the car. The next guy was much more friendly than the first. They plugged my fire, check tire pressure and had me on my way in about 30 minutes. I will keep going to Dukes! I would recommend them to anyone with tire issues!

Let me say I went to this place DUKES TIRES and I can t believe how I was robbed without a gun. I had 2 holes in my tire. They charge 20 dollars a tire. For a second hole they charged me $15 for a plug. I couldn t believe it. You can by a set of plugs for about $7 dollars. I ve gone to places where for one plug they charge like $10 dollars but I decide to go there because I was told they were honest. I told the person who recommended me what happened and they apologized and said they will tell there friends what happened. She felt bad that they charged me so much. It was the same tire with two holes and he made it seem like it was a hassle. They can say whatever excuse but that is robbery without a gun. I will never recommend this place not even to someone I dislike. I don t think that was honest to charge $15 dollars for a small strip of rubber. Hope you can sleep at night. You should call yourself DUKES TIRES & ROBBERY!!!!

I called Dukes for a tire replacement. the gentleman on the phone was pleasant and very helpful in finding what i needed. Their in shop services was great and fast. The replacement tire looked like better than my previous tires and like new. I am pleased with their services and will definitely recommend them.

I needed to get my snow tires put on, and Duke's did it very quickly and cheaply. No appointment needed, I dropped it off and had it done within an hour. And it cost less than I was quoted by a big chain store! Definitely recommend.

I came for buying 4-seasons used tires to replace my aging ones. But they proposed a good price for new ones including the mounting ($ 350). They did it fast and the owner was really welcoming. Better than the other garage I have been in Pittsburgh !

I just recently had 4 tires installed for my vehicles. The services was quick and affordable. I've been to Duke's Tire Service a few times and the service is always good. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for affordable tires.
