This has been the best experience I've had buying a car. Joseph was amazing, down to earth, funny and provided outstanding customer service and was able to recommend a car I absolutely love just by getting some info about what MY needs were. The actual car buying process only took like an hour MAYBE hour n a half. I highly recommend and if I need another vehicle I will definitely be back.

Jeff, Joe, Tim and Larry were all amazing it was like a true team effort. They were all amazing really nice extremely informative I felt absolutely no pressure I went in looking for a mini van but found my dream car. Hands down the best experience! I ll be honest I thought they were like JD Byrider THEY ARE NOT! I was hesitant. Their cars are top notch! Newer clean well taken car of! I highly recommend stopping in! You will not regret it!

I want to be brutally honest. This was the best experience I ve ever had when it comes to getting a vehicle. Timothy, Joi and Jeffrey no matter what made sure my husband and I were going to leave with a car. After three days of waiting for paystubs, money to come in etc they still had the upmost patience and respect for us and never once disregarded what we needed. They answered all of our questions, even if they were silly or were asked multiple times. We got an amazing vehicle and DEFINITELY will be recommending anyone who s looking for something like this. Thank you so much to the whole team for being amazing !

Everyone was so helpful. It's so excited to hear that. I could build up a down payment for 60 days and just give it in one big chunk. Yeah still have the car. Both of the people that assisted to help me find a car with my specifications, which I'm sure was a hard task. But they both did it with smiles on their faces and were so kind.

Joe was amazing! My mom came to buy her 1st car . He walked us through the process as if we were family! Joe let my mother look at several car, he didn t rush her or let her leave with something she wouldn t be satisfied with. We had issues with the key and the manager Isaac handled it swiftly, he wouldn t let us leave until he could resolve the issue or at lest give us information about what was going on. Thanks Drive time!

I had a great experience today at DriveTime. Larry was an excellent specialist. He stayed with me the whole time even though he had multiple customers. He explained everything thoroughly and was overall a nice guy to speak with. Will be make purchases from here in the future.

I came into this with low exceptions but Larry Martin made my buying experience seamless very helpful and fast.UpdateA month in and found out I was misled in the selling process I only made the post cause Larry asked me to do it before I even left but they pray on the fact that you're trying to get a vehicle and cause they make it easy you play along and then find out that you agreed to a payment you would of never of agreed to if Larry Martin wouldn't of told me that it was only for the first month and then it would go to the regular payments which was a lie idk how to handle this all but I will never tell anyone to buy a car from this place or I would never come back unless it's for this car I guess I'm stuck with now

Go see Larry Martin!!! He is the absolute best! He took his time to find every which way to make sure I left out with a vehicle & with a good price at that. He will listen to your wants & needs & will leave you very happy! He made sure to do everything he could to make it work for me & for him I am very grateful!

Great people and place! Jeff got us to our car salesman, Joe, as soon as we came through the door. Joe helped us find a car that was just right for our liking and budget. He let us test drive as many cars as we wanted until we found the right one. We had a problem with insurance and Joe got that handled for us quick and easy. Highly recommend Drivetime for any buyers! Definitely will be telling friends and family about this place.

Visited this place just out of curiosity. I've had good and bad experiences with Buy Here/Pay Here places. Drivetime South Pittsburgh gave me an *EXCELLENT* experience with choosing the right vehicle for me, and I am now even able to keep my car I was going to sell and have two cars again! Joseph is an absolute GEM to work with. He is patient and very understanding of customer wants and needs. I'm happy to have stopped in here basically on a whim and walk away with a car for $95 down. Thank you!

After going to multiple car dealers we found drive time. We didn't think it would be what they said online for a down payment. But low and behold Larry from the Pittsburgh South location got us into a vehicle! Thank you so much for helping us!
