I'd give this 0 stars if I could. They replaced a part that I needed for inspection and was extremely rough and broke the seal of the new part! So on top of paying them, I went to a very knowledgeable mechanic and had to have that same exact part replaced. Be careful with this place. I was given no receipt or record either so I really can't do much about it, so people please be careful when choosing a mechanic now a days!

Rented a U-Haul and was charged double what the website listed with a $35 refueling fee. I was charged 2 days later for another $27 refueling fee.The U-Haul was rented with half a tank of gas and then returned after an entire trip of less than 17 miles. They even called the next day asking where the truck was when it was dropped off the same night of the purchase, parked parallel to the building, with keys in the dropbox - as instructed. These guys are thieves. They run a lazy business and are out to rob people.

Very unprofessional. Employees were clueless.Also the manager charged my credit card $50 extra for Safe Move despite my reservation showing this as declined.

I have to say I am really surprised at some of the bad reviews that are on here. I have had nothing, but great service from here. Before I started going to Dom's I had a mechanic that did the work on all of our work vans. It got to the point where whatever he said we needed we just told him to go ahead and fix it. I think he started looking at us like we were a blank check.I had a small antifreeze leak that I was putting off getting fixed, but I never drove it without having fluid in the reservoir and I had an eagle eye on the temp gauge and would never let it get hot. One morning I came out and all of my antifreeze was sitting in a puddle under my work van and I knew it was time to get it looked at. I had it towed to the shop that had been doing my company's work for years. They told me that my motor was shot and that I was looking at a huge repair that would cost over $3000. I decided to get a second opinion, because I knew that it was running just fine the night before the major leak. After another tow, this time to Dom's Gulf I got much better news. I did have a major leak that they took care of and they also replaced my water pump. Not to mention my motor was riding on the frame, all of the mounts were completely shot, but the engine was just fine. I was so happy with the diagnosis that I also had him do a full tune up. My van was running great after he was done with it and it only ended up costing a fraction of what I was quoted from the other shop. We ended up bringing two of our other vans down there and he got them running great too! The owner Lou, was great and he made sure we weren't off the road for long. Next time I need a repair I will definitely bring my van to him.

Avoid this place at all cost. Manager overcharges and informs customers that they need repairs when they don't. Charged another customer $35.00 to install a headlight that took 2 minutes to install. A great business shouldn't have to post on the web begging for business. However if you need a lick and stick inspection, then don't hesitate to use them.

This place is a scam. it was referred by my mother n law who has taken her car there before. I had a tire blow in the area on Xmas day, the only place open the next day was this place. I called and spoke with Lou, the owner. He was able to get me a set of tires and offered to do an alignment on the car. The price was fair. I had the work done. A few days later I took my car to my mechanic for some general work and he advised me the alignment wasn't done. I then took the car to another place to get the alignment and they told me the same thing.I called Lou about this and he assured me the work was done. I told him I have 2 other places that told me it wasn't. He said he has been in the business for 43 years and doesn't play those games, no what he does is just lie and scam you. I told him I would be taking this further and he told me to eff off and hung up on me. For a person that has been in business for 43 years, that is not the way to handle the situation.THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE.

Always kind when I go for gas- not too many full-service stations anymore. Our car broke and the dealer had it for 3 weeks to find they fixed a problem we didn't bring it in for. Dom's had it done the next day (control arm, brakes, rotors and inspection). Even showed me the bad parts so I could understand- they were bad and in definite need of repair, no question. Totally will be back!

AVOID. I had my car serviced here by the recommendation of the dealer I got it from. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday and got a call that afternoon with the diagnosis and cost. I was told the part would be in on Tuesday (holiday weekend) and that they would have it installed the same day. Tuesday evening I call after waiting all day and am told the wrong part came in and the correct part would be in the following day. The next day, same thing, I wait for them to call and say it's done. I ended up calling again and was told that they were keeping it another day to make sure there were no leaks present after the repairs (why wasn't this mentioned until now?). It is now Thursday (a week from when I dropped the car off) and still no call. I call again and ask about my car. It's finally ready (why wasn't I notified?) and the cost went up a few bucks from the price I was quoted. I picked the car up and wasn't given a receipt listing the work done (parts and labor). The employee seems hesitant to provide it to me stating that it had to be sent to the warranty company but I could come back tomorrow for a copy. As a consumer you have a right to a receipt, so I insisted he make a copy. He seemed very apprehensive about making it but finally gave me a copy. I looked at it when I got home and found that my SIGNATURE WAS FORGED on it! I did verbally OK the work over the phone but I did NOT sign that work order, nor did I give my consent to have them sign for me. Also, in general the people I dealt with there did not communicate well or come off as trustworthy.EDIT: Spoke to my warranty company who told me they offered to have the part shipped to Dom's for $135 less than Dom's charged me for the part. They put the cheapest par available in to make the largest profit. Here's the math folks: Warranty company quoted $465 shipped. Dom's took the the max cash allowance and charged $600 ($500 paid by warranty, $100 paid by me).The part they put in cost $370 (auto-zone, as of 9/9/16). ***They charged $600 for a $370 part***

Customer for over 40 years. Honest and reliable - notifies you before fixing anything major - explains required work and shows you the wore parts. Offers to drive me home if I can't wait for repairs! Highly recommended.

I ran over a screw which flattened my tire. They had me in and out in less than 20 minutes and cost me $20. I am beyond ecstatic with the service. I'll definitely heading back for any future issues.

Rented a uhaul here, was a quick pickup and drop off. While dropping it off, we accidentally locked our car keys in the car and the owner jimmied the lock for us. Saved the day!

They were able to plug my friends from out of town tire quickly maybe 10 mins, but ended up charging 25$, a bit high for just a plug. I would not recommend this place.

Don't ever take your car here I bought a Chrysler lhs from them they knew the car had bad head gaskets they did not tell me and when I toke it back to them after I bought it because it over heated I seen the short fat owner pouring head gasket sealer into my radiator over flow canister
