What a hidden gem right in Pittsburgh s back yard. To preface, I had a tire gouge from a pothole I hit in the city. I called DK to see if they would replace and mount with a new tire and they were beyond helpful. From my initial call with Barb, to forgetting my rim lock, they provided 10-star service. I am so happy to have come across a local shop with incredible owners and a wonderful team. This will be my one stop shop for tires and tire repair. Barb and Don run a clean, well organized, and very cost efficient business. They are eager to answer your questions and provide realistic advice. I m glad to say I have found my life-long tire professionals. If you are in the pittsburgh or surrounding area, I highly recommend Barb and Don at DK for all of your tire needs.

Called Thursday almost time to quit, Barb answered asked how they can help. I asked about 2 new tires she said they ll have them next day after 11. Went today to get tires .. in and out in about a half hour all set he said. Thanks a million! Great job and even answered a few questions I had. Would recommend to anyone! Great service, low cost !

I know I'm not the only one that panics or gets a sudden rush of anxiety when it comes to car issues. One of my tires kept being low after 3 days even when I filled up with air so I ended finding the nail and called this place today and the wait was not terrible at all. They are very prompt, pay attention to detail and do repairs in a short time frame. 110 percent recommend this place if you ever have tire issues like I did.

This place is a hidden gem. Been going here for years. They never disappoint me. No matter the make or the model of the car, they have always been able to fix the issue or replace the tire at an affordable and honest price. The lady in the office, Barb, is professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. Ryan was a great help and expertly repaired my issue. Highly recommend. They truly saved My day!

In and out within half an hour. Pulled up with an almost flat and they promptly had the tire plugged ready to go. Prices are very reasonable and will be coming in for many years to come. They have a good crew, willing to explain things, and treat customers right.

Had a NAIL in my tire, stopped by, no appointment. The squeezed me right in and pulled the nail and patched the tire. All in a matter of 15 mins. They NAILED iT! It's good that there is good out there.

Always great service. Not my first time and not the last time here either. Being a roofer we always get flat tires, nails, screws, e.t.c. DK Tires is always here to help!

I highly recommend these folks. I needed 5 new tires for my 48 foot spread axle Flatbed trailer. They provided prompt professional service at a fair price. Plus they had a great shop dog!

Excellent customer service. Emailed DK for a price on tires and had a response within 1 hour (on a Sunday night). Called the shop on Monday morning to order the tires and to get a price for tires for my second vehicle. Sara made several suggestions on which tires I should purchase for my vehicles. She actually suggested the less expensive tires, she said they were better then big name tires, but she could give me a price on the big name tires. I ordered 8 tires, the less expensive tires (4 for each vehicle) and they were installed that day. We are very happy with the service at DK and the tires on our vehicles. The office staff was very friendly and fun to talk with while I waited for my tires to be installed. Will definitely return to DK when I need new tires.

Haven t been to this shop in a while (because thankfully I haven t needed to!) but I remember them being helpful last time I needed tires. Wanted to support a local business due to the pandemic and wow I made the right choice!I had a flat tire and the AAA repairman said 2 of my other tires were bad so I called DK. They worked with my budget and found me 4 new tires in my price range. I couldn t be happier with the service! They also have a cute little dog that sits in the office! Bonus puppers!

Excellent, friendly, and quick service! After finding a nail in one of my tires and dealing with a small leak in another, I was looking for a closeby tire shop. Stumbled upon DK Tires on Google, and since it was close and had great reviews, I figured I'd give them a call. Was pleased that they didn't require an appointment, and said I could just drop in whenever. As soon as I arrived, a technician promptly inspected my tires, I was told that one needed replaced and the other could be repaired. I was extremely pleased when they quoted me an VERY fair price and didn't try to sell me into getting two new tires like other tire shops typically do. I ended up being in and out in about an hour. I believe it would have taken significantly less time, except my tire size isn't very common and they actually sent someone out on-the-spot to bring one back in my size. All the meanwhile, I got to sit in the office and chit chat with the friendly ladies who were running the place, their cute dogs, and even got some cuddles from the sweet kitty that wanders nearby the shop. Will come back and would recommend DK to anyone!

The woman on the phone was friendly and searched for the best deal, as they also carry used tires. When they had to order new tires for me, they were in that same afternoon. I waited in the car while they replaced my flat tire. The man was honest and told me only one of the front tires needed to be replaced so they ll return the other one. Fast, reasonably priced and honest... can t beat that!

Fast and friendly service! I thought I needed a new tire but they told me that they were able to fix my tire which saved me some money. The women in the office were so sweet and made me feel "at home". I will definitely be back and they will be hearing from me in a month or 2 when I need new tires. A+++ Highly Recommend.

I haven't been there in a while so I'm not sure if it's still like this. The service itself was good regarding my tire. They were polite, efficient, and fast. But, the small office section was completely saturated with cigarette smoke and people working there were actively smoking. On top of that they had dogs in there, breathing that in which puts them at a huge risk for health problems just like people.It was raining outside and I stood outside in the rain so that I wasn't stuck standing in more smoke than you would find in a cheap 1980s dive bar. I had to go in and pay so of course, I stood in that environment and it was so bad that I had a migraine by the time I left. I'm not sure why any business would allow something like this when all people have to do is smoke outside rather than create a cancer box you're forced into. So, I won't return for that reason. And I have worried about those dogs ever since.It's a shame because they were great otherwise.

I called at 9 am looking for a used tire. After talking with Sara for a few minutes (and her being very patient while I read info off of my tire), she said they didn't have any used, but could get a new one in that afternoon. I asked her to price a mid-grade tire, and she said that for my vehicle the cheapest was actually the best. Rarely do you get a tire place NOT trying to up-sell! I decided for that price I would get four new ones. It took less than an hour for all four tires to be put on, and I got to hang out and chat with the ladies inside. Overall great service on the vehicle, and great customer service! Definitely my go to tire place!

Just rolled in with a tire losing air and tired of re-inflating it. They easily and promptly found a nail stuck in my front passenger side tire and had it patched within minutes. I didn't even have an appointment and the whole experience took maybe 20 minutes! Will be going here again if I ever have the need. Good place, very friendly, 5 stars

Had ordered 4 new tires the night before and had them installed by 2pm the very next day. I was in and out of there in a half hour. Prices can't be beat and the staff is very professional. Would recommend them to everyone and anyone looking for winter, summer, and all-season tires.

Absolutely the BEST price in town!!!Speedy service, no hassle, no hard sell.Just plain, simple, HONEST family business.So rare these days with the "big box", up-sale EVERYTHING environment out there!I'll NEVER waste my time again "price-shopping"...DK Tire will be my first and last call!

I went to a Mr. Tire to get a quick oil change a few days ago. They told me that I had a nail in my tire and it needed to be replaced and since I have an AWD vehicle I have to buy 4 new tires. Well I didn't have the $500 to shell out on new tires so I check around to see what other places fixed tires. I found DK Tires on Google and gave them a call to schedule an appointment and was delighted to find out that I didn't need one and I could just stop by. They fixed my tire and it cost me under $25. They said something about the nail being in the middle of the tread(?) which was, basically, the best spot it could have picked to take up residence. The office staff was very friendly, the tire guy was nice and helpful and I was in and out in 15 minutes! I highly recommend!!

Could not have been more impressed with the service I received and the speed at which they did my work. I came to this company for a patch on one tire and liked them so much, I came back for 4 new tires when I needed them. The price could not be beat (and believe me, I'm a penny pincher - they came in at the lowest price.) I continue to recommend friends and family to this business because I really liked the service they offered!!

Friendly service and my tires were ordered and came in the next day. Unfortunately, I left there in the morning after my tires were installed and had to take my car to my mechanic the same day because of a mysterious thumping noise. It turns out 4 of my 5 lug nuts were so lose they could be taken off by hand. I recommend going to Rick's Auto instead. They will take care of you there. DK was filthy which I was willing to over look but putting myself and my kids in danger is something I'm not willing to risk. I won't be going back.

Woke up to a flat tire this morning and was 100% sure that I needed a repl but I also don't know "squat" about tires or cars in general. I called AAA to put my spare on for me and asked if they knew of anybody near me that could help (I live on MT. Washington). The AAA driver told me about DK so I called them to make an appointment. They said that no appointment was needed and that I could just come on down. They took a look at my tire and found a bolt in it. They told me that it could easily be repaired and it would save me the cost of a tire. So, instead of spending a lot more money on a tire, I was in and out in about 15 mins and it only cost me $25. I just moved here so it's great to know that there is an honest business that it right down the street. They could have easily told me that my tire couldn't be fixed sold me a new one. They have earned themselves a customer for life (or as long as I live here) because of their kindness, honesty and affordability. My Monday started off pretty crappy but it seems to have taken a turn. Thank you!

The prices are very good and they got me out of a critical situation in which I was stuck. They can come off as a bit brash that's why I gave 4 stars but truthfully they are honest and hard working people. My car was repaired quickly and I wasn't stuck in the city because of their work and dedication.

I have purchased new and used tires for years at DK Tires & Service. Yes, I am a repeat customer. The service is excellent (FAST) and friendly. Most important the price fits my budget and the quality of tire purchased is outstanding.
