My car was being repaired for an insurance claim. I got it back. I don't know if they were training somebody. But it was horrible to the point where I had to reschedule to get it back in. After all that I get my car back and something didn't quite look, right. They never painted inside of the bumper after replacing the grill so now I'm going to have to spray paint it black on the inside.. What should be black is silver. Just no attention to detail. Also I'm missing drain/seal plugs now.

Another driver caused a collision, and Diehl was an in-network shop for the insurance.When they said the tire needed replaced, I told them there was a road hazard warranty on it, which they ignored. When I came in to pick up the vehicle, they hadn't dealt with Firestone and wanted to charge me a betterment fee. We went back and forth until they let me speak with the appraiser from my insurance. He asked me when I told them about the warranty, I told him, and he waived the fee because, shockingly, they should have gone through the warranty first (it only would have decreased the betterment fee by $40, but that's still a difference). Then it turns out they never even changed the tire! So it was still just sitting there with the damaged tire after they called me to come get my car, so I waited for them to do that.When they showed me my car, the plastic on the fender around the wheel well wasn't adhered properly. Jonathan tried telling me that's how it was supposed to be, but I showed him the others, which were not like that. I also pointed out that the damage on the door was not fixed. They took it back and brought it back out after a while. The plastic was not fixed (turns out they took it out into the rain before it was fully adhered), so they needed to order a new one, and they just painted over the door damage without evening it out. I said I wanted it fixed properly, and they said to take my car until they could get their loaner to me to fix it.When I brought my car home, I found out that they installed a clip wrong, causing damage to the door everytime it was opened fully and closed, and didn't align the fender properly, causing further damage to the door, among other things. There was also damage to the door on the other side, which both my husband and I noticed separately, and white paint on the back of the car (my car is not white).I called them the next week after not hearing from them, and I went in to switch vehicles out. When I went to pick it up, the fender was now aligned, and the plastic around the outside of the wheel well was attached, but the door was not fixed properly where the clip caused damage, and another plastic piece was not adhered properly, so I left again so they can (hopefully) fix it properly this time. Keith didn't look thrilled with me.They have in multiple places to call and text management about thoughts and concerns, but I was admittedly already frustrated with the one, so I contacted the general manager multiple times with no response.On the plus side, the receptionists have been lovely.

I bought my vehicle from this place and my promaster was acting up so I went there directly before it broke down while driving it. I directly drove it there with a flashing service engine soon light on and they refused to help me in any way and said the soonest they could look at it would be a few days. It s a commercial working vehicle which I needed to use the next day and I was in shock how ignorant they were to me. I said please and begged and it was brought into service dept around 12/1230 pm. I took it to a few other garages and finally found one to fix my issues later that day by 3 pm and it was fixed and completed by 6 pm. Tbh I watch the mechanics give my car a tune up and it has a misfire number 2 spark plug job took only 2 hours tbh if that but the mechanic at the place I found stretched out the service so he could charge me more cost was 780 bucks the dealership wanted to charge me more and didn t even want to help me or said they were extremely booked couldn t help me for a few days so sad how they treated me.

My vehicle was involved in a accident with a person running a red light. Which caused minor damage on front bumper on passenger side. Took my vehicle to Diehl Collision Center and they did an amazing job and Tim was awesome very pleasant. Diehl definitely has a great team. Thank you for taking such great care of my car.

I am thabkful for the dedication we get anytime we go to Diehl.Oil changes tire rotation and just recently with the collision center.We have purchased 4 vehicles from here on route 60. Never disappointed. Always great customer service and very time efficient.Especially when I took my jeep after someone hit my jeep. It was done RIGHT, AND quickly.UT WAS SERIOUSLY PAINLESS.I AM THANKFUL!!!Both customer service reps at the dealership and at the collision center were exceptionally nice.That's exactly why we continue to get our vehicles with Diehl!Thanks to your entire team!!

I rear ended someone back in July and brought my vehicle in on the 22nd and received my car back in less than 2 weeks!! I was shocked that it was as quick as it was. Tim was straight forward from the beginning about the repairs that would need to be done and the estimated time of completion. He gave me a follow-up call once the parts came in to update me on the completion time to install and paint. I am very pleased with how everything turned out. It looks like a brand new vehicle. I had a minor fender bender and needed the front of my car repaired and painted. The whole repair process went very good. They kept me well informed on the repair progress. The car was done on time. Everyone at the facility was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. The car looked excellent and the paint matched up very good. Rear ended someone and had some minor damage done to the front of my car. Read the reviews and was recommended to take it here. I can not say at all that my experience was the same. Got an appointment relatively fast and was happy. Dropped my car off on 9/7. From then for the next 15 days, I was contacted one time by the manager Tim. I had to reach out on my own several times only to be given a different timeline for the completion of my car every time. Whether it was a paint delay or a parts delay. I had to actually reach out to my insurance company to have then get in contact with the business just to get a call back. As of writing this, I still do not have my vehicle. I understand things happen; but the brazen lack of communication was very unprofessional. I have had to take time off of work simply because of how long this process has taken. Overall, my experience with Diehl wasn t good. Their work, communication, attention to detail, and business operations are mediocre at best. First, my car took longer than expected to be completed. This wouldn t have been an issue if this was communicated to me within a timely manner. I had to call and seek updates about my car multiple times. I would have to also call back to follow-up on voicemails I left because some employees wouldn t call back. The big issue about my car taking longer than expected is that it can back to me damaged. There were chips of paint taken out of my brand new bumper. When looking over my car I pointed it out and they acted like it wasn t their fault. Eventually, they were able to repair that. I was also unhappy with the paint. I don t think they blended it well with my car and I can definitely see a transition difference. After two attempts apparently that s the best that can be done. Also, when I got my car back the first time it was filthy inside and the belt buckle was jammed, the door panel needed popped back in and I now hear vibration of loose parts. In addition to getting paint on my rear tire. The second time I received my car back the paint match still wasn t good and there was a chrome piece on my trunk that wasn t placed back correctly. So, I had to take it back to them again to fix. As mentioned earlier their attention to detail is bad. I have no confidence in this location and won t ever bring work back to them in the future. Had I not checked my car from top to bottom there would have been so many issues overlooked by Diehl.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot more enthusiastically recommend Deihl Collision PGH. After having been hit by another vehicle we were on a very tight timeline to have our car repaired as it was, and not only was the original repair completed on time, but the more extensive damage discovered once the repair process was started was handled on time as well. Brandon and the team and Diehl moved heaven, earth, and supply chains to get our car repaired (and detailed, I might add) in time, and we genuinely appreciate it. A small accident required me to have my rear bumper replaced. Diehl collision replaced the bumper and touched up a couple of small issues in a timely manner. I took my car here because it was making a funny noise, and the people here are just wonderful!!! They are super professional and very friendly and helpful! They explained things to me in a way so that I would be able to understand what was being done to my car. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! They worked fast and efficiently and I had my car back really quickly. I used Diehl collision a few years ago when my car was in a bad wreck. My experience was not a good one. They repainted the front of the car and back of the car after all of the body work was redone. When I went to pick it up, the paint job was filled with bubbles. The manager at the time insisted this was normal. Somebody else who knew more about cars than I did got involved, spoke to the manager and they (Deihl) repainted the car. Fast forward a few years to 2022, the inside of the door panels that they had replaced are now no longer flush with the door sills and you can see them lifting. I had to take my car to another body shop due to damage caused by a neighbor. The adjuster informed me that Deihl used the wrong materials on my car that were very low quality and that there is a ton of paint chipping, bubbling, and peeling off the vehicle as a result of the poor quality work and materials used by this body shop. They were unable to fix some areas on the bumper due to Deihl s subpar work and informed me that the work done would cause a reaction in the paint. So, I would never use this body shop again. Not only is my car left with a paint job that is chipping, bubbling, and peeling off, but now my door inserts are lifting above the door sills. Poor quality.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was involved in an accident on 12/17/19 in my 2019 Jeep GC Summit. Immediately I had decided that I wanted it towed to Diehl for the repairs and bodywork as I have had nothing but great experiences at Diehl Jeep of Robinson for service maintenance. I can now say the same about Diehl Collision as well. I had the pleasure of working with Brandon M. and Tony K. throughout the repair process. These two gentlemen went above and beyond the call of duty for me. They treated my Jeep as if it were their own, ensuring that it was not only repaired but repaired correctly and to my high standards. Any time that I would call, they were available or would quickly return my call, always keeping me up-to-date on the status. When the repair took longer than my covered 30 day rental car policy due to some parts being delayed, they put me into a rental at their own expense. Brandon even drove in on a Saturday (his day off) to ensure that I got into a rental, as I was not returning from a business trip until that day, and he did not want to see me go without having a vehicle. After the work was completed and I was able to pick up the Jeep, I had noticed a few issues (missing clips, overspray, etc.) and those concerns were addressed and fixed promptly without question. I am now very happy with the outcome. I give Diehl Collision and these two gentlemen an A+++ review. I greatly appreciate your hard work and business. Thank you!

Diehl Collison center saved me!! I was rear ended on I-376 at a high speed (the other car was traveling at least 60 mph), and my car needed to be repaired at Diehl.Unfortunately for me, I was packing up and moving to a different state soon after the accident. My insurance company would only pay for a sedan rental car, but I needed an SUV to move all my belongings. On top of that, no rental car agency in the Pittsburgh area even had an SUV available for me!Brandon was a huge help, and Diehl Collision ended up loaning me one of their own SUVs so I could successfully move while my car was still in the shop. I couldn t have done it without them. I highly recommend this collision center - they went above and beyond for me! :)Service: Body & Trim

Auto insurance recommended these guys since I'm not from the area. They were quick with my repairs. (front fender, hood, grill and headlights) Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Cody kept me updated and went the extra mile taking my truck to GM for diagnostics to get me back home faster. The repairs look great and seamless. No evidence the accident ever happened . I was in a small accident on Christmas Day and I took my car to Diehl to get it repaired in the body shop. I picked my car up and it looked brand new! Everything was spotless and the repairs were amazing. Greg made sure I was updated throughout the process and called me as soon as my car was finished in the body shop. Amazing work and management.

Drove 90 minutes one way to get an estimate for a Jeep warranty claim on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler on April 12. I waited until June 22 to call them to see what was going on. I was told I had to talk to Keith and he was at lunch and he would call me back in an hour. He never did. Called again on June 24 and was told he was at a meeting and that he would call me back. It's July 26th and still nothing. I purchased my Wrangler from Diehl Dodge in Salem brand new. I was told I had to contact the collision center to fix my Jeep. If they don't want to do the work then just say so and find someone closer to do it!!!!!!

"The Butchers of Robinson" is what my brother nicknamed Diehl...and quite a fitting name indeed. Crooks and scam artists work also.Long story short, I hit a deer on the 4th of July weekend in my brand new 2020 Lexus with less than 1500 miles on it :( My insurance company said I had to use a "Geico" preferred partner, which was lie/false but I was unaware. So they sent my practically new car to Diehl (which I had never heard of, nor had anyone I spoke with).I should have been worried when I went to pick it up the FIRST time. The car was outside jammed between 2 beaters. "Sandy" tried to pitch me on how good a job they did, etc. I had specifically asked for extra detailing. I was just happy to get my car back...but on the way home I noticed numerous issues. Glass everywhere on the inside and in the engine. The headliner was hanging and not even close to being done properly. There were scratches all over the roof still. There were greasy hand marks all over the interior of the car from their grubby paws. Gaps in the fender. Paint bubbles. "Sandy" even picked a large shard of glass out off the passenger seat, and blamed the detailer/glass guy? A total fiasco. This was after 7500$ worth of claims...so we took it back. Diehl finds the car needs ANOTHER 2500$ worth of work...we are up to 10 supplements now on the claim.So Diehl finally calls and says the car is REALLY done and was inspected by the manager, etc. So finally we go to pick it up again for a scheduled a 3pm pickup. They have had my car for almost 2 months. "Sandy" calls my cell at 2:53pm while we are sitting in rush hour parkway traffic saying they just found more issues and the car wasn't ready. That was the last straw. My brother went in and looked at the car, it was so parked in there was NO WAY they were going to return it.I had to file a complaint with my insurance company, we demanded they tow the car to the dealer (a certified repair shop) to fix up Diehl's hack job. Over THREE months later and I just got my car back yesterday.Be especially wary of their gutless manager Keith (who was supposed to contact me numerous times per my insurance agent but didn't once) and his crony "Sandy". They are NOT Toyota (Lexus) certified and I wouldn't trust them to work on a go-kart...employees must be padding all these Google reviews.
