If you need your truck repaired by someone who is honest (yes, I said honest!)and will do you a quality job for a good price, (yes, I said a good price!) then this is who you had better call unless you want what you ve been getting from the criminals who are looking to steal from all of us hard working drivers. If you re in the area where this man s business pops up on your phone you re making a mistake if you don t call him first! Call Mark Drum. Don t waste your hard-earned dollars elsewhere!

They charged us 400 dollars and didn t even touch the truck afterwards, we needed to replace a starter, we got the starter brand new all the tools, everything he needed, he didn t wanna help becuase we got the part ourself from the dealership. The guy said the starter was going to Cuase 600 and something, over priced!!!! We got the starter brand new for 300 hundred and got another road service to change it

My Mom and I were recently stranded in our Volvo SUV with a damaged tire, and Drum Fleet was the only company willing to come to our rescue. It was Sunday night, pouring rain, freezing cold, and we were 300 miles from home. We didn't want to get towed to a repair shop and stay in a hotel overnight due to COVID. Mark of Drum Fleet offered to send help when no one else would. I would highly recommend Drum Fleet because of their responsiveness and, well, kindness.

Excellent service. Polite people. They were at our truck in no time, fixed the problem for a very fair, flat rate price. First rate operations. Thank you! Will definitely use you again!

Incredibly rude over the phone, couldnt even get an estimate because the phone jockey wouldnt stop talking. Even claimed that hes smarter than everyone, i doubt it. Doesnt take much to be a good person, clearly it does to them. Wouldnt recommend their service

My truck broke down in Pittsburgh, I read Marks reviews, called him and he was at my truck within an hour! Unfortunately my problem was a compressor needed to go to a shop Mark refered me to Oak Towing and Repair I hope Oak is as nice and as fair as Mark was. If you guys need help call this guy best mobile repait I've run across in my 10 years in buisness!Thanks Mark!

Had new tires put on at Pepboys only to find out they broke the valve stem and then didnt have one in stock. Called multiple places and nobody had a high pressure stem. I decided to call Drum fleet service in which had my valve stem I needed for my F450. I was told if I could get a way out to him I could have it free of charge. Couldn't be more thankful that a shop lile this still exists that's willing to help out and not Always about money. This goes a long ways with me and will highly recommend DMS to anyone. Thanks again from the help!

I had a breakdown and I called Mark he get me right back on the road very knowledgeable honest and good person. If any breakdown happen to me again around there all I'm going to call is DFS. They do great service.

Was in a bind, and they fabricated me a part to get me out of Pittsburgh and headed home at midnight, fair price and good conversation while he fabricated the part from stock steel!
