Dale and Vickie want your car fixed as much as you do!!! I was looking around for a good place for self-pay and what a breath of fresh air! Other places were scheduling estimates weeks and weeks away or you could do a "picture" estimate. No thanks - I wanted someone to actually look at the car and talk to me. Vickie said I could come in that very day and the estimate was so fair I just left my car and got a ride home. I was kept updated throughout the process, which couldn't have been better. If you want someone you can trust and also hang out with the "salt of the earth", this mom & pop shop is for you! Thank you, Dale and Vickie (for the car wash too :).

I would definitely recommend everyone to go to Dale & Vicki's!! They are wonderful. Had my car fixed in a couple of days. And the job was great! Called today to get an estimate for a repair and spoke with Vicki who was very nice over the phone. Arrived at the store and walked into the empty front office, so I figured I d walk over to the garage and see if anyone was there. Dale comes out of the office and rudely asks why I didn t wait. I have zero issues taking my money to a different shop that treats customers with some level of respect.Edit: Only sharing my experiences I ve dealt with over the years but I appreciate the analysis. Not trying to ruin your reputation, I m sure you do fine work. Just not going to give my also hard earned money to someone who can t somewhat politely greet someone.

Dale and Vicki did an awesome job on my daughters car. She was driving back to college and rear ended someone and had a lot of damage and I called them (I have used them in the past because I have other kids that drive) and each time my car came out looking BRAND NEW!! They got her car in 3 days after she wrecked it and it was fixed in 5 days!! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good and honest job! We recently hit a deer and banged our car up pretty well. I called numerous other collision shops and none could even get my car in to take a look at it for a month.Then I called Dale and Vicki s. Our car was looked at, estimate was done, insurance dealt with, parts ordered, and repairs scheduled and finished with my car back to me in about the same time any of the other places I called would have even been able to look at the car initially.My car looks great, and Vicki was so personable and helpful (I haven t had an accident or had to deal with insurance in many, many years, so I wasn t really familiar with the process).Next time, we will call Dale & Vicki s first!

Fixed my Nissan Rogue back to its original beauty after someone hit me and pulled my front end off. Their customer service is out of this world. Vicki worked with me while being out of state and Dale had my car back to me in pristine condition when I returned to pittsburgh. That man is very rude and whoever that is posting on his behalf is a complete liar trying to defend his rudeness, Eric S. was right! I always write the best reviews when I m treated with respect and when I receive great customer service but this place ain t it! I m not a scammer and you are in denial! You read your reviews awfully fast with the need to defend the rude man, I d hate to run my business and do nothing but watch for reviews!

I have been going to Dale and Vicki s collision center for about 30 years. Dale is by far the BEST AUTO REPAIR I ve ever been to in Pittsburgh. He s very thorough, polite and down right knows his stuff ! I never saw anyone work as hard as he. He won t cheat you. And his rates are reasonable. And no I m not a personal friend of his. The best work-every time! I have always left with my car looking like new and I have relied on them for years. Dale and Vicki are good people, which is hard to find, especially in a business. They have the best prices, best quality and they love their work.

My vehicle sideswiped hit & run front in front of my house and I was devastated. From the minute I walked into Dale & Vicki's I was immediately put at ease Vicky gave me a big hug sat me down and assured me "she" my Honda Pilot would be all better soon. And she was right! Dale and the crew performed a miracle!! "Pink" was damaged from bumper to bumper and I couldn't tell she had ever been hit! Vicki is the easiest person to talk to. She really understood how I felt about my Pilot. We got along instantly like old friends. And we still are! She even offered to fix something unrelated for free when I mentioned it. Take your baby to them like I did and it'll be in great hands! You'll be glad you did!!

I recently had my truck repaired at Dale and Vicki's and I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the work!! They fixed multiple areas of body damage,(door, side of bed and front fender). It looked brand new again, Dale kept true to his estimate with no surprises and a great price. Vicki kept me informed of progress and even scheduled work so I could drop off during vacation. Truck was even washed before pick up!! I will definitely refer them and use again if needed!! Thank You

Dale & Vicki took great of my college student daughter's vehicle. The fully explained everything to her and keep their work on delivery which was an instant turnaround! First and foremost Dale and Vicki are professionals. Secondly , they are two of the kindest and most compassionate people I have met. Without going into all of the details I got myself into a real mess with my car. I had just bought it and I needed help fast. The dealership quoted me a ridiculous price and wanted to keep my car for a week. I would have also needed to rent a car for a week. I stayed up all night Googling places to take my car for repair. I liked what I read about Dale & Vicki's. I called them and Vicki was so kind to me. She said since it wasn't a huge job to bring it right in and have Dale look at it. He not only beat the dealership's price but he had it done the next day. Now keep in mind they were very very busy. But they had large jobs they were doing. He took the time out of his day to personally fix my car because he knew I had gotten myself into some trouble! Afterwards, we sat and talked for a while and I can tell these were good people. Dale started doing this work when he was a teenager and I can tell you he knows what he's doing. He told me what happened to my car would be just a bad memory and it is. It looks wonderful!. And I couldn't beat the price! I would recommend Dale and Vicki's to anyone. Good people.

Dale and Vicki's was a great body shop for me. They were much more affordable and much faster than the other shop I got an estimate at. Even better than that they were both very friendly. And they stand behind their work and care if you are happy with the results.

Dale and Vicki s is the place to go if you need any body work done on your car in the Pittsburgh area. Not only are they incredibly kind people, but the work that they do is absolutely phenomenal. Both times that we have taken our car to Dale, he s made it look brand new again! From losing a bumper on part of your driveway to repairing your vehicle after a wreck, Dale and Vicki s is the place to go. On top of that, their prices are reasonable, and they won t charge you an arm and a leg for top-notch quality.

My car, Squealy Dan, took a pittsburgh pothole to the front bumper and for two years I'd been holding it together with gorilla tape. Dale got me a new bumper and installed it for an amazing price. Vicki was super friendly and attentive when I was in, even helped me score a rental. I dropped the car off after work on Monday and by Wednesday I was rolling in Squealy Dan again.Absolutely going to go back the next time I need work doneService: Body & Trim

Vicki was top notch and friendly, very sympathetic to our situation. They fixed my vehicle after the deer mangled it and it looked better than it ever did. They had my car detailed as an extra surprise no charge and they were fast and efficient and dealt very well with our insurance company. These two are amazing! They fixed my baby up and it looked better than new! Dale really knows what he's doing and Vicki is a really great person. If you need your car looking great again definitely go here.

I originally took my car to Diehl Collision for autobody work, and the estimate they gave me for a few scrapes and a dent in the door was $4,200. My mom- who has taken her car to Dale and Vicki before- quickly suggested that I contact them ASAP. I was nervous, because I assumed that a spiffy looking place like Diehl HAD to do A1 work, and nowhere else could compare. I was so wrong.Dale and Vicki are the most kindhearted, genuinely caring, professional, and prompt individuals I have ever met in the car service industry. The time and effort that they put in to fix up our car is astounding. I would never suggest you take your vehicle to anybody- but to Dale and Vicki's. They are very seasoned autobody detailers, and know EXACTLY what they are doing.They are also very amazing on a personal level. They have helped my family time and time again, with no ifs, ands, or buts about it. 1000% recommended. Thank you all again!

Exceptional customer service and great people. My car is 5 years old and looks brand new after they finished the work on my car. It was back when I expected it and I have no complaints. I would give them more stars if I could. Vicki and Dale you both are awesome! I hope I never have to come back but if I do I wouldn t go anywhere else.

I loved the look of my car when it was finished. Dale does an excellent job! When I was so upset about paying a large deductible, Vicki calmed me down( stopped me from crying) and helped me save my deductible! Such a great experience and such wonderful people. I will always bring my car to them to get repaired. That's saying alot because I live in the North Hills area. Thanks Dale and Vicki
