I recently bought a new (used) car from Cutuly Auto Sales after my car was totaled. It was the easiest car buying experience I ve ever had. I found my car by Googling used Mini Coopers. The information provided online was great. I requested an appointment for a test drive and was set within a half hour of my email. The info provided was very transparent and thorough since this is a CarFax dealer. Exact info on owners, and service records for just $20 and a detailed outline of pricing from the dealer. I got approved for financing through a credit union at a lower rate in a matter of seconds and got my car less than a week later after my insurance settlement came through. I m glad Google worked in my favor, and I d recommend Cutuly to any of my friends.

My experience with Cutuly auto sales was one of the best, no the best customer service, I was surprised by how clean, and solid. The car I bought was. Also it was the easiest and fastest buying experience, meaning Dominic had everything ready. Unlike any other dealership were your in there for hours. I would definitely recommend Cutuly auto sales to anybody. Also the honesty of the sale, was second to none. Also Dom helped me save money anyway there was a way. Thank you, Chris,Heinz

If I could give no stars, I would. If you purchased a car from here, have a safety inspection completed on it immediately. You must do this to ensure your safety. The owner does not feel that it is his responsibility to ensure the cars he sells are safe based on them being inspected at Walls in SouthSide. He explained that it is on them. They are clearly in business together. It is the responsibility of a dealership to advertise correctly what they are selling or its fraud. I am in the process of turning them into the BBB along with contacting a family attorney after purchasing an Audi from this dealership and while be looked over for a recall at an Audi dealership the car failed 5 safety inspection requirements. I have the videos and write ups from the audi dealership if anyone needs to see the proof. This guy will get karma no doubt but in the meantime you cannot risk the safety of you and your family I implore you to seek a safety inspection at a reputable place and do not let him get away with it if failures in safety are found. Report immediately to the BBB, and if you can afford an attorney, get one. I forgot the car was inspected for cutuly by walls in November less than 1 month ago, and less than 300 miles were placed on the car between then and the inspection at Audi.

We bought (2) vehicles from Dom, and he gave us top dollar for our Lexus GX470, Dom is on the ball, prompt, and goes out of his way to make sure we were happy with his service. Our BMW, was clean, 1-owner, and low miles, its condition and price was exceptional, our Escalade ESV was also clean as hell, well maintained, we were handed car fax for both vehicles, and were reassured of the highest quality of vehicle we could find out there, I would highly recommend Cutuly Auto Sales to purchase a pr-owned vehicle... My wife and I are extremely happy with everything they did for us at Cutuly Auto Sales

Well, I missed the first Jaguar XK8 they had on the market (scooped up quickly) but didn't hesitate on this one. It was a pleasure dealing with Dom, from scheduling a test drive, arranging for my wife to come by and drive the Jag, to closing the deal. All very simple, quick, and fun. Thanks to the Cutuly team!

I submitted a request online for more information on a vehicle at Cutuly Auto. I was fortunate to get a return call the next day from Dominic (in sales). He was kind and informative (not pushy at all). He knew I was having a rough time getting beat out at other dealerships due to lack of call backs (most of the calls were on cars across the country from me- including this one). Dominic knew my situation and answered all of my questions promptly. He was more than willing to help me facilitate the purchase and the transport. He offered to video chat with me to do a virtual walk around to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. Even though I didn t end up buying that specific car, I would not hesitate to work with Dominic at Cutuly Auto if the situation presented itself in the future. He provided excellent service!

So my husband bought a car a 2015 landrover HSE Luxury black. Well. 2 weeks after we bought the car the entire dash board lit up every light problem lit up. So there Moto is don t bring it back to us deal with the warranty company. What a joke that is. We called to set something up. The nearest dealer that is with the warranty company is in Greensboro. That s just upsird!!! Called a local person that the warranty company deals with closer to me. They couldn t fix it. So I proceeded to the landrover dealer. $1100 in what needs to be done. Nothing that the warranty covers. 2-3 weeks after that the dash board lights up again. From the get go out of the used car sales. NOTHING!!! Was fixed!!!! So we have a car that my husband purchased in may. Drive it maybe 5 times has been in several shops. Saying things were fixed and they weren t. To having my mechanic test drive it and it catches in fire!!! Now we have to deal with this. This cutely auto sales shouldn t. Be in business. They just somewhat clean the car and put it on the lot to sell. And boy do I have a lemon!!! Not recommending this person at all. Oh. And to boot. The detailing supposedly whom ever cleaned the car did a horrible job. Very disappointed in this!!! How do u people sleep at nite knowing some of ur cars r bad cars!! U don t stand behind them!!!!! Unbelievable.

Dominic was by far the best salesman I've meet. Family man, makes you feel comfortable. Really fun and nice guy overall. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect with my purchase. Highly recommend!!

Dominic is an absolute saint! He s honest, dependable, doesn t play around, and most of all he made sure I got a car so close to Christmas!I was looking at a Range Rover he had but the bank wasn t for it in my scenario, Dominic gave me a call and said I have a 2016 BMW that s great on gas & has all the bells/whistles. Believe it or not I walked out with a newer car in my price and down payment range & also great on gas a day before Christmas Eve! Thank you so much!! I highly recommend. -Zebadiah, West Virginia

I had a very smooth buying process and was helped a lot through the finance process. I had my car for two years before it s mechanical breakdown so I will not blame that on the dealer but rather bad luck. However I did learn through this process that the warranties that he sells do not offer adequate coverage for the type of car he is selling. Many of the cars on this lot are used luxury models with high repair costs and this warranty companies limit of liability for its greatest repair is only 1k more than you pay for the policy. Save your money and put it towards the repair IF it s needed. They will sell it to you as a no worries protection but the NVP warranty is trash even if it sounds like it s not.

Dominic was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with! I was recently hit by another driver two months ago and my insurance company deemed my S40 Volvo totaled. I have been driving my back-up vehicle, a Lincoln Navigator ever since and came to realize it is not the ideal size vehicle for downtown Pittsburgh parking garages. I missed zipping around in my little Volvo and decided to look around for a used Volvo with lower mileage. I haven't had a car payment for a long time so I decided to go with a used higher end vehicle. This way, I am not stuck with a huge monthly car payment which will allow me to pay off the loan sooner than later. I came across Cutuly Auto Sales online and found they had exactly what I was looking for! Dominic was great and his wife was lovely! You can tell he is a good honest family man! I test drove the vehicle one day, brought my amazing husband (who knows everything about cars/motors) the following day to get his stamp of approval and drove off the lot in my new ride that day. I bought my last Volvo brand new and was sure to maintain with oil changes, alignments and regular check-ups (my hubby). Truth be told, buying a used vehicle made me a little nervous at first. With the guidance of my husband and after Dominic reviewed the extended warranty packages with us at our request, I decided to purchase an extended warranty. Well worth the peace of mind and I am so happy with my purchase! Thank you Dominic for being kind and fair to me and my husband! God bless ~ Sheila

My son had been looking for a very specific Jeep for over a year, so when he located one in Pittsburg, PA I was a little hesitant about pursuing the transaction long distance, but knew it was a rare find. After speaking with Dominic over the phone and reviewing details of the Jeep, my hesitation dissipated! Dominic was not only forthright about the details of our out-of-state transaction, he was extremely polite and proved to be a man of his word. As a result, I wouldn't hesitate to drive 8 hours again to purchase a car from Dominic and Cutuly Auto Sales.

We drove 2 1/2 hours to see this little gem of a car dealer. Dominic had everything ready for us, and we were out the door, in our new car, in less than two hours. If you re looking for a high-end, quality used-car, I highly recommend checking out Cutuly s. His cars are beautiful, and his financing rates can t be beat. We will definitely be repeat buyers.

Dominic was very friendly and helpful. I had been shopping around for a Mini Cooper for quite some time and I called to tell him I was traveling to come look at one of his. When I got there he had it out and detailed for me, showed me around and took me on a test drive. He buys all the vehicles himself and everything on his lot looked spectacular. From what I could tell he only sells top notch vehicles. He worked with me when we started crunching numbers on what I was comfortable with and gave me all the options and was very patient when I kept throwing out more scenarios. He worked with my busy work schedule to make sure I was able to pick the car up soon at MY easiest convenience. I would definitely recommend Cutuly Auto for anyone who is looking for friendly honest respectful and reliable vehicle service.

It was easy and pleasant buying a car from Dominic. I was undecided at first, and he never pressured me at all. I got a fair deal. He took care of financing details with a minimum of fuss. The lot is small so there are not a large number of choices, but I felt the cars were well-chosen and in great shape.I would not hesitate to return or to recommend this place.

I am truly disappointed in Dominic and his way of doing things. My client bought a vehicle on August 2018 and ever since he got it out of the shop it's been nothing but problems. First the car had some issues with coolant leaking $ 250.00, electronic relay $ 352, the exhaust needed completely re-done $ 2500, the car sensors needed replaced. We tried contacting Dominic as soon as my client found the first problem, but Dominic was non-responsive. Truly disappointed, we were not going to write a review, but hopefully this helps others and also the owner to improve his services, along honesty to his customers.

I was excited to purchase from Dominic but the images he posted of the car didn t match the vehicle at all. If there s a way to catfish someone with a car, he figured it out. Photos were edited, video descriptions, intentionally avoided areas of significant damage I wasted money on a rental car, gas, and drove 9 hours round trip for a pice of junk car. I obviously didn t purchase. I ll let you know if he reimburses me for the rental car and gas for a wasted trip. I m not holding my breath though.

I recently purchased an 2008 Audi A4 from Cutuly Auto sales and the whole experience was top notch. I got a really nice car at a fair price. Dom was very responsive and easy to do business with throughout my the entire process. I will definitely consider buying a car from him again in the future.

It's been overall a pleasant and fun experience purchasing my MINI Cooper from Dominic. Small lot that's kind of easy to miss (which I did at first), but you're treated to an eyeful of really nice-looking import vehicles when you find it. He has a nice office with a foosball table that kept my 4-year old occupied (a big plus). The transaction was overall smooth and fast. Financing was comparable to my own so I went with the option Dominic offered. If I'm ever in the market for a used import/luxury vehicle again, this is a place I would at least check out first and compare.ADDENDUM (1 year later): in the past year the car had needed 2 repair work done. Alpha Warranty Services, the company from whom I purchased my extended warranty, through Cutuly, denied my claims. In looking at the fine print, they cover certain "major" fixes only and not others (crankcase seal, gaskets, electrical outlet, radio, etc.), exactly the things my car needed fixing. It was frustrating. But, warranty services, like insurance companies, are always a "joy" to work with. Cutuly Auto Sales is separate from them. And in fact, Dominic had reached out to me after seeing my concerns - I appreciated that. All in all, my experience with Cutuly is on a POSITIVE note. With Alpha Warranty, not so much - you just want to make sure you know what they cover and compare against other companies if you have the time.

Dominic was fantastic! We live quite far away from Cutuly Sales and we were having trouble getting there before they close. Dominic stayed after hours two nights in a row to close the sale. We love the Jeep we bought for our daughter who was the one who found it online. I haven t seen my teenage daughter since she got the Jeep. She s been on the road loving it! Horrible service!! Stay away! So many hidden fees and lies. Tried to steal the vehicle I purchased from them. Declined my payment then said I missed my first payment and tried to repo my car! Absolute scammers! Not to mention the short guy who sold me the lemon would not stop trying to hit on my girl. Very disrespectful and unprofessional!
