These folks are the best. Yes they get pretty busy out there but that does not stop them providing AMAZING customer service. Every person who works in the tire center will certainly go above and beyond to help in any way they can. I have purchased tires for our 3 family vehicles from Costco (Robinson) for 20 years. I have never has a bad experience. I will be a customer for ever.

Third set of tires purchased from Costco and never a problem. You'll save more than the membership cost by purchasing tires here. Quick, installed tires and tire sensors all in less than an hour.

Love costco. always great service and prices. However, your web site sucks. I was trying to look up tires. I got the part where it asked for vehicle info or tire size. I tried both. I clicked on "find tires" and it took me to a list of stores. I clicked on that. I never saw anything that said shop now; it never showed me any thing in the way of available tires nothing. it finally came up but I have no idea how it happened. 4 stars for costco, 1 * for the web site.

12/27/17 poor website - too confusing- not sure if I had to purchase tires beforehand in order to make an appointment. Not sure when the tire center opened as it wasn t specified on the website. Tried calling and there was no message- phone just rang . Went to the Robinson Costco when Costco opened and the tires I needed which were on sale were out of stock. 5-10 business days to come in. Clerk wouldn t call the Homestead store to see if they had the tires I needed- she was unfriendly and rude and gave me the number for me to call instead of calling them for me. There were no other customers in the store when i was there. She could have tried to sell me a comparable tire. Went to Pep Boys to get my tires. First time in 16 years that I have been disappointed with Costco- purchased a set of tires from them 2 years ago and was very pleased.

Went to have winter tires put on my car. Forgot wheel lock, went back after retrieving at home. They were able to get the exchange done in a timely manner. Great service on a Saturday!

We love Costco for most things, but we couldn't get waited on in the tire center either on the phone or in person. I tried to shop on line for pricing, but couldn't find the tires I wanted. We went elsewhere.
