Just had a great experience with these guys! Never have I ever been treated so well after an accident. They towed my car quickly and got it fixed fast! Wonderful customer service from Bill and his team , even went so far to give me a ride home and back from the shop to get my car. The best part is it that my car never looked like it was even hit. Also my car has a rare color called Dragon green and they where able to match it to a T! Seriously impressed and I will recommend them to anyone looking. Also side note the location isnt tricky just park across the street look both ways before crossing and walk up easy peasy.

I got in a accident this weekend in downtown Pittsburgh and Complete Collision showed up and towed my car very promptly and offered to get me a ride all the way to my destination which was 20 miles away. They worked with me to be able to come get my belongings out and worked with my insurance company to have the car paid for and removed. They were very accommodating.

Complete scam! Complete Collision arrived to tow my daughter's car from 7th & Carson St. on Saturday. The woman driver shows up with 4 kids in the truck (already a red flag) She ignored instructions to take the vehicle to the dealer and took it to the Complete's shop. Now they're charging storage fees & a 2nd tow charge to the dealer. They're excuse "we didn't know where you wanted taken' complete lie, it was written on the receipt. Totally unethical!!Highly encourage everyone NEVER allow Complete Collision to touch your vehicle.

Worst experience of my life. Did a horrible job fixing my brand new vehicle and it took him 4 months to do it! I had to have a lawyer threaten owner with a lawsuit to get my vehicle back. $11k later and alignment, hub bearings, tie rod still messed up. Oh and he also took my mudflaps and never replaced them. Total joke!

Bill is a scam artist, became aggressive physically when we tried to get our car back after he did not tow it to the place we agreed and had to call the police to get our car back. Do not use this service

Whoever was driving your company vehicle at about eight in the morning on September 29, 2017 ran through a stop sign and a red light while driving way way too fast past at elementary school while everyone was dropping off their children. Please slow down, you're going to kill somebody's child.

Awful place when it comes to professionalism and time. They are scam artists. Get the receipt in the beginning. They will keep changing price and loose your key to bid time. They needneed to be put out of business.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GET SERVICE DONE HERE, THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY KEPT MY CAR AND WOULDN'T GIVE IT BACK UNTIL I TOLD THEM I WOULD GET THE POLICE INVOLVED. THEN KEPT SAYING THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE MY KEY IS. THEY KEPT CHANGING THE PRICES, THEY LIED, THEY STOLE OUT MY CAR AND THEY KEPT MOVING MY CAR WITHOUT PROMISSION FROM THE OWERS HOUSE TO DIFFERENT LOTS AND DID NOT TELL ME. THEY ALSO WENT BACK ON THEIR WORD AND KEPT CHANGING THEIR STORY. THEY TOLD ME ONE THING BUT WHEN I HAD MY MALE FRIEND CALL THEY TOLD HIM SOMETHING DIFFERENT. THEY SAY ONE THING BUT DO ANOTHER. THE OWNER WELL THE DUDE THAT CLAIMS HES THE OWNER MADE A DEAL WITH ME BUT WHEN I WAS GOING TO BRING HIM THE MONEY HE CHANGED THE DEAL BUT WOULDN'T TELL ME WHY. I GAVE THEM A CHANCE AND THEY TRIED TO SCREW ME OVER THEN GOT MAD BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT THEM TO WORK ON MY CAR ANYMORE, WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! THE ONLY REASON I'M GIVING THEM A STAR IS BECAUSE I COULDN'T POST A REVIEW WITHOUT GIVING THEM AT LEAST ONE STAR
