I appreciate the fast and professional service we received when our charter bus full of passengers was broke down with an alternator bracket broken. They made short work of getting the materials needed to get the vehicle running. They also gave a cell phone number (which many shops hesitate to do) which helped us show what the problem was so they would be prepared when arriving (instead of chasing down parts after, which saved lots of time) having that number also helped with updates on expected time of arrival. We really appreciate the help. Hopefully I ll never need any road service again but knowing that s not very likely, I ll be saving this number for the future if we have something happen in the Pittsburgh area. Thanks again

I want to leave a good repair for Coleman Repair. It was a very cold night and I had issues with my axles on my truck. I called them, the first they asked was if I was in a safe location and if I needed any warm clothing which I find to be extraordinary kind of them. They showed up a very timely manner and did my repairs as needed in a timely manner as well. I would highly recommend them at anytime for any repair. The service mechanic they sent was very prompt and well knowledgeable with the issues in hand and had me back on the road in my travels in no time at all. I definitely give their service mechanic Dan anA+ rating! By the way, this was 3am. I would to say once again Thank you for your services rendered!!!!Sundaddie INC

This is my 3rd time using COLEMANS. I just don t have the words for what a great company this is.I was in an emergency situation and the service truck showed up within 25 minutesAnd my truck was back on the road in less than 40 minutesOnce again, I had Dan as my technician, and I couldn t ask for a nicer human being or a smarter Technician to explain things to me ! He could tell some of the things he was saying I had no idea what he was talking about but he took his time to explain it to me in a way that I would understand itGREAT GREAT GREAT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!Being that Ihave an older truckThis won t be the last time and I promise you COLEMANS will be my first callFrom the people on here that complain about COLEMANS, they have issues That makes no sense to me because they explain every every single part Their service step by step by stepThere s no way you should be surprised about when dealing with this company. The owner was very knowledgeable. The service technician was very professional and knowledgeable as well showed up exactly when he said he would . They are worth every penny and performed as said . Would definitely use them as my go to service .

First of all the mechanic did great work,replacing starter on my truck fast work,Now Coleman repair was very pricy 1695 dollars for start you can buy for less than 400 dollar at any Peterbilt location..was very disappointed in the cost...I want be calling this company again 4sure..

Great service provider, they gave me their road service call-out cost and hourly rate up front so there were no surprises. They jumped through hoops finding the parts I needed on a weekend to get me back up and running. They stayed in contact with me about cost of the parts before purchasing them and provided some options that were a bit cheaper but required more time down. Overall I am pleased with their service and support. My only complaint would be the weekend call-out fee which was a bit more than I was looking to pay however their labor rate was fair as well as affordable and after everything they did to get me rolling, I was happy to pay their call-out fee. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them if your in the area.

My brakes went completely out on my box truck they went all the way to the floor and the truck wouldn t stop. I have a route that I must keep and stores I MUST service.I called everywhere and they were telling me it would be 2 to 3 weeks before they could get to it (I NEEDED IT FIXED RIGHT NOW! ) I called Colemans. They came right to my truck and had me back on the road within 3 hours.. fast efficient and kept me in the loop. The entire time! I highly highly highly recommend Coleman sThe technicians name was Dan and he was terrific!Was willing to answer any and all questions I had, and take time to explain to me things that maybe I didn t understandI love this place!!!!!!!!

After calling multiple mobile mechanics and shops in Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas, Coleman Repair was the only mechanic that had the right equipment to perform repairs on my Mitsubishi Fuso. They were fast to the scene, friendly and informative about what was going on and had me back on the road that same day.
