Replaced my bumpers and trim with no issue, the paint job is excellent. Finished my car hours earlier than expected. Finished my plastic trim with no issues, and cleaned my car for free. Absolutely astounded with the service. Would recommend again

Is it okay body shop, that is if you want an unfinished product or one that's not looking so great.I picked up my car yesterday I couldn't look at it really because it was raining, go to look at it today there's chunks of paint missing the absorber horns for the bumper support weren't even painted when they're supposed to be the color of my car. The front bumper is not clipped in correctly and it has running paint down the right side in front of the tire The hood has a bunch of blemishes on it where they repaired I can honestly say I will probably be looking for a new body shop after this very very disappointed.Service: Body & Trim

Do NOT use this shop for repairs. I had read previous reviews on Google which are mostly positive and because they participate with my insurance company for easy service, I chose them. Here is a list of all the problems:1. They misquoted on the first estimate. They didn t do enough research on the vehicle to determine what type of paint was on it and they underwrote the estimate for paint. I m pretty sure this info is included in the VIN.2. They don t communicate. Any communication about my vehicle while it was in repair was initiated by me. Originally this was a drop off Monday, pickup by Friday job. They never called to say they weren t meeting that deadline. I called them and they had a parts delay. I get it. It s a pandemic. But a call would have helped. When I called them this week, they decided the part they ordered (and my insurance company paid for) they decided not to use because they could fix it for less. They also broke a part disassembling the bumper cover. Not sure why I have to pay for that. Annoying. The car was ready for pickup yesterday.3. They added a service for a detail. I found out what was included in the detail (machine wax, interior wipe down, tire shine) and decided to leave it in. The car wasn t detailed at all. Tires weren t shiny. The inside was filthy.4. The work was shoddy at best. Dishonest at worst. The repair of the bumper cover wasn t even done right. It s cracked. You can t repair a crack in plastic. Why they thought that would ever work I don t know. See the pictures for more info. They also did a very poor job painting the bumper (the sensor cover hole is embarrassingly bad). This was a minor repair and they somehow made it look worse. Picture attached.5. The manager, Mike, got my email but never responded. Jonah, the employee I spoke to today, and throughout the process, told me he s only been there since December assuming that was an excuse? My concern was how this was missed in a quality inspection. I mean, it s clear damage. Obviously no one looked at it.6. They bribe people for 5 star reviews by offering a free detail. The card is in your paperwork packet.The shop has agreed to replace the bumper cover (with the part they ordered and my insurance company paid for) and to refund the detail. It s supposed to go back Monday. Todd was the technician who worked on it. If you do decide to use them, make sure you request someone else. I ll update my review if they satisfactorily complete the new repair. Either way, I don t have to pay anyone else. I can take it to another shop and my insurance company will do a chargeback to City Collision for all the work they poorly completed.Services: Body & Trim, Auto detailing

City collision painted my entire black Tahoe and it looked fantastic.They do great work, always considerate, good prices, they treat my vehicles as if it was their own. They also wash our two vehicles every month.When I get the vehicles back I never have to redo anything.More than satisfied.I definitely recommend city collisionService: Body & Trim

I went there because my door suddenly decided it didn't want to open fully which was a pain getting in and out of my car, especially with a sprained ankle, so I scheduled an appointment. I arrived, signed in (the receptionist was very nice) and sat in the waiting room which is very clean and the chairs are cozy. The drinks in the vending machine were upside down which was pretty hilarious to me. After 3 short minutes of waiting, a mechanic with a ponytail came to grab my keys to examine my car door. I forgot his name unfortunately. Long story short, he remedied my issue in five short seconds and I was on my way.

Never got to visit them, but talked about work i needed to have completed for an estimate. Incredibly friendly, and made recommendations of places that could do the work they could not.

While I did not end up having my vehicle repaired at this place, the staff was very sincere and gave helpful insights when they did not have to do it. I would definitely considering coming here again if the situation calls for it.

The attention to detail and perfection of the repair is phenomenal!! The car looks just like new, it s amazing!! . The timeline for the labor was precise. They just went above and beyond what we expected when we picked the car up. The paint was smooth and clean and the tires were shining. The insurance company highly recommended them to us and now we know why. We can also say we highly recommend this collision shop to anyone with confidence! Great job and thanks for putting my husband back on the road in his sharp looking car!

I hesitate to leave a review, I typically take these things in stride but, if it saves someone else the trouble, it s worth it. Do not take your car to this shop. I had relatively small damage to be repaired on my front fender of my car which was, for the most part, covered by my insurance. They did an okay job repairing that damage. The paint color is spot on but the panels are a bit misaligned. To get that repaired, they had my car for about two months even though they told me it d be about 1-2 weeks. Again, in stride, not a big deal for me, I can get around through public transportation and a bike.While in the shop, they called me to let me know my alternator needed to be replaced after diagnosing a mysterious car dying every night problem. That was not a problem when I dropped the car off, but it s a 10 year old car so, I trust they knew what they were talking about and it probably needed to be fixed.After fixing that, I get a call about my stereo system not working. Well, that was definitely working when i dropped it off as well so, that s troubling. They managed to figure out that was due to a blown fuse, which they replaced.When I finally got my car back, there was food wrappers and granola crumbs in the seat of my car. Once again, trying to shrug it off, everyone is human, people eat, mistakes happen, it s fine. I get home, try to pop the trunk. It doesn t open. The damage that was repaired was on the front of the car. Why won t my trunk open. Later the same day, I learn that the controls on my steering wheel no longer work. At this point, I m pretty irritated that I ve taken my car to a shop to get a front fender fixed and completely unrelated parts of my car are now broken.I called the shop and they did offer for me to bring it in so they can diagnose the problem to fix it but frankly, I m afraid of what else might break if I take it back there.Instead, I ve taken it to the dealership for a routine inspection and to check out the damage caused by this shop. They ve found the wiring has been fried for some of the components and it will cost around 1300 to fix.I cannot recommend anyone take their car here for repair. You ll find yourself waiting much longer than they tell you and you ll be spending more money then you would expect.I originally went here because of the reviews but I m realizing that they ask people to leave good reviews, offering discounted services or something. (They did not ask me to do this, I guess because they recognized it was a lot to ask given the circumstances)Maybe look around at other options before bringing your car here.

The entire process through estimate, scheduling and completion of my vehicle were all handled professionally and with ease.My car looks just like when I drove it off the lot brand new 3 years ago. This is the second time in 2 years we have relied on City Collision to repair our vehicle and on both occasions the end result was amazing. More so, the staff is extremely courteous and helpful, it doesn t matter who you speak to they are all professionals.Also both repairs were completed exactly on the promised date. Amazing service. Desk workers were friendly and efficient. All of my questions were answered clearly and concisely. They were easy to reach by phone and email and let me know about my delay as soon as they knew it would happen (a part was taking a while to ship to them). Got my alignment done with them as well. I wasn't happy with the service, I had my appointment scheduled two months prior the service date. The shop called me a week before the service date to confirm that I was going to drop off the car on time, and when I dropped it off, I was told "it normally takes 2 weeks but we are running a week behind so it will take 3 weeks".my car was put in the back parking lot for 3 weeks without being looked at (I can see it on the Ford phone app), so I was driving rental while my car parked for 3 weeks. Then it took another 2 and half weeks after that to get it fixed.when I came to pick up my car, there was a big chip or dirt (about 1/2 inch) under the paint on the drive door that you can see from 10 feet away, luckily I inspected the car before I drove away. they took it back in and corrected the paint problem.it wasn't major accident, a scratch on the drive side took over 5 weeks, I can't imagine how long it would take for major bodywork.Service: Body & Trim

They were absolutely awesome! My car was damaged from a tree, shattered my entire roof, they gave my car back sooner then expected looking like it was pulled off the showroom floor. I've never had the *ahem* pleasure of having my car hit and subsequently needing to go through insurance to repair body work. Our door was smashed in by a moving van while parked. We had options about who to work with through our insurance, and we chose City Collision. They did such a great job! I can't believe how painless the process was. They were incredibly friendly and professional. It took a bit longer than originally planned because the part that came in was not up to their standards. I'd rather wait and have it be done right! My car looks great. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I'll know who to call!Service: Body & Trim

Highly recommend! These folks were quick to give me an estimate. Were very communicative, more so than my insurance company. They repaired the back of my Subaru after I was rear ended. They caught some issues from looking at accident photos and my hatch that my insurance did not. Also, very friendly and covid compliant!

We were delighted with City Collision's careful work restoring our bumper; when Honda couldn't supply a part, they found an appropriate after-market product. We purchased a modest detailing package to accompany the repairs and the car looks great, inside and out. To top it off, the detail service person found a lost bracelet under the seat -- a wonderful surprise bonus.Service: Body & Trim

I was involved in a collision where another driver hit me from behind as I was stopped. The next day I stopped into City Collision and I had a rental car waiting, and was told I would get my car back in 3 weeks. Their work is by far the best I have seen in the city. This was my first time here, and I had a great experience. The repairs done on my SUV were top notch. My vehicle looked totally brand new. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process went very smoothly. They even coordinated with the rental car company so that I didn't have too. My repair was also finished ahead of schedule. My car has been in this shop twice. It's always been a great experience they are very professional and produce high-quality work. They are really good at communicating about the process and met their deadlines. They also cannot bring themselves to take a short-cut. Great at body work, paint and detailing. Went for an estimate after a hit and run in my parked car. I arrived a few minutes early and they got to my car a few minutes early. Waiting area was clean and ample. I was out in about 10 minutes and got my repair estimate. Tyvm Griffith for the fast email as well.

I have been to City Collision twice and each time the service has been great. The front desk employees and estimator was great to work with. They stayed connected with my insurance company on a timely manner and I received updates accordingly. Shout out to Evan who was on point answering all questions I had. City Collision was recommended by the insured insurance company. This was my first experience with City Collision and I have to admit, I was a bit leery as I had never used them before. My front bumper was badly damaged due to road resurfacing that was being done in my neighborhood. I have used other repair shops in the past, however, I have never been treated better or had my repair handle by truly professional and caring employees at any other collision repair center. They replaced my entire bumper, the paint matched perfectly. I was a bit concerned because my vehicle is a 2017, WV convertible with a special color paint, called Habenaro. But, they reassured me that they could match the paint and seriously my new bumper looks like nothing ever happened. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and helpful, they turned this unfortunate accident into an amazing experience. When I picked up my car it was immaculately clean, they didn't miss one square inch of my car, it looked fantastic! I highly recommend City Collision and they have earned my business for life. Thanks to everyone at City Collision!
