I got my car fixed here through my insurance after an accident. Once I dropped off my car they had it done within two weeks. They returned it to me super clean!

They are excellent. They kept me informed throughout the repair process and even prevented my beloved truck from being totaled out by the insurance company. The repairs themselves look OEM straight out of the factory. I'd give them six stars if I could.

Are you planning to take your 2 month old car into a 3 ft deep bog? Probably not, but isn't it nice to know if you do, you've got someone who can restore that new car shine? The folks at City Collision II on Penn Ave did a great job. Even the engine bay is glistening.

I am SO impressed with the work done by the men at City Collision II. A woman hit my car earlier this month and the process to get my car fixed here was so quick and simple - It truly took the stress out of the situation. Not to mention, during a global pandemic - their attention to cleanliness, commitment to the service, and proper distance precautions show how much they care about the health of both the clients and the business. Walking away with a beautiful car after a stress-free process (especially during these stressful times). Will be back!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at City Collision II. I brought my Jeep in for repair after a hailstorm, and Derek and his team were able to completely repair every single dent! Derek and Carl were extremely professional and worked with my insurance company to make sure the claim was handled properly. The best part of all, the repair work only took a few days to complete. If you want the best automotive damage repair in Pittsburgh, go to City Collision II!

Couldn t be happier was in an unfortunate accident with my primary work van. Took it to city collision they looked at right away ordered parts and scheduled me all in the same day. They worked with my insurance and took care of everything from start to finish. My car had some serious damage.. My entire driver side was side swiped by a hit and run! After having City Collision repair it, the baby looked better than new.. She was sparking when I picked her up. The attention to detail was so precise... I recently got a new Mercedes so when I was looking for bumper and fender work, I was very meticulous in my search. I came across City Collisions though online reviews and word of mouth and I can honestly say I could not have asked for a better team. Everyone was very professional, kind and diligent. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and gave me options to my liking as well. They completed the job in the estimated time they provided and even provided me a complimentary detail for the vehicle. Derek, Evan, Jeff and the entire team at City Collision II were great to deal with. They were able to source a piece of glass for my vehicle that other shops were having a hard time finding because of a "global shortage." My vehicle was serviced within a week of making my first call to them. They were professional, timely and performed great work. I would definitely recommend!

The guys at city collision 2 were so helpful and professional. They made the process very smooth. My vehicle was done almost 10 days before The estimated completion date. On top of that, the repairs were great! Can t even tell that my car was ever hit. I also appreciate the complementary detail when I picked up my car, it looked as new as the day I bought it. The staff at City Collision II was great. Our car got hit-and-ran and needed repairs. I find dealing with car issues -- maintenance, insurance, accidents etc -- tedious and stressful, and they made it really smooth and hassle-free. I dealt mostly with Dennis (think that was his name...) and was led through the process clearly and with lots of patience and confidence. They wear their expertise and customer service well! I have been going to City Collision II for years. I will never go any place else. Not only is the City Collision II team incredible, their work is incredible as well. Derek truly takes the time to listen, schedules me in a timely manner, and gets the job done! I trust that my car is in good hands anytime I go there and I never worry. I was sent here for repairs by Progressive after getting rear-ended by someone, but I absolutely would come back here if my car ever needs other work done. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and followed up quickly regarding my questions. All I can say is WOW!!! Very rarely these days do you have such a positive customer service experience, especially when it comes to vehicle repairs. Within a week of requesting an appointment, City Collision II had our truck in their shop to complete the work. Now only three days later, the truck is done and fully detailed. It looks amazing! It is honestly cleaner than the day we drove it off the showroom floor. Worth every penny and then some! Thank you to Derek and the whole team at City Collision II. When my car was hit, I went to City Collision II. When my car was hit the second time, I went back to City Collision II . I hope I don t get hit a third time, but if I do, I ll go to City Collision I. They were professional, customer service was outstanding, and they did a great job. Excellent Customer Service. Every time I need my car serviced for collision or just a premium detail I always receive the best service. They are quick and prompt and keep you informed every step of the way when waiting on parts or if they know something may take awhile for collision services they make it easy when u are going through a rough time with your vehicle. I can t say enough about how great my experience was. Had hail damage (tiny dents all over) to my car and took it here for repair.Very professional and easy to work with. Had a rental car there waiting for me. And it terms of the job done, my car came out looking new! The way they use the magnet treatment to pull out the dents was awesome. Car looked amazing. And to top it off they washed my car and had it ready for me exactly when promised.Would definitely recommend!Service: Body & Trim

City Collision II was recommended to me by multiple people (my car was sideswiped with damage to the front bumper, door and rear door). They were professional, courteous and the car was returned in tip top shape. Hopefully, I won't have to use them for body and trim repair in the near future (as I hope not to be in any more accidents :), but I will absolutely use them for detailing as my car has never looked better!Service: Body & Trim

Every part of my experience working with City Collision was thorough, professional, and helped relieve a great deal of stress. I was prompted to use this repair shop as a "certified" repair place through my auto insurance. At first, I was skeptical of the level of service I would receive. From our first call I could tell I was in good hands. They also arranged for my rental car to be present at the shop when I dropped off my vehicle so I could load my kids right in and drive off. The work was completed in a timely manner and I received a detailed packet outlining the work that was performed. There was more damage to my vehicle that was discovered during the repair and they made me aware of that right away. I got my car back looking great and added on the detail with a wax- which I was also very happy that they offered. How convenient to get the car back with a fresh wax and wash. I would HIGHLY recommend using them for any repair needs. I also was able to return the rental directly to the repair shop (Hertz) and get in my car and drive away. Super convenient. The shop was also meticulously clean and professional.

My vehicle was damaged when someone attempted to steal it one night. I had a lot of issues with my insurance company getting it towed but they recommended City Collision II. I had it towed middle of the night and called them in the morning... they were very professional and knowledgeable. They gave me accurate information and estimated time. Due to the work needed, it was a lot of waiting for a part, and also towing it afterward to the dodge dealership for calibration. It was estimated to take a minimum of two weeks. Being I didn t have good insurance coverage, I explained to them my high deductible and needing to rent a vehicle in order to care for my children. I called nearly every day for an update and to see if we could rush things along lol. These guys put up with me so kindly and professionally, and in the end it was done days sooner than expected! Very good customer service and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

Someone sideswiped my SUV and did some significant damage to multiple sections of the vehicle. City Collision II took care of everything, they were incredibly courteous, very meticulous and were able to get my work done fast. To make things even better, they did an amazing clean up, inside and outside, their detail work made the car look and smell like it was brand new. Wouldn't hesitate to go back to them again or just go and have my car detailed there, they now have a car spa for just detail work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I truly can't say enough positive things about my experience with city collision! You can tell the quality and effort put into their business from the second you walk through the door. It smells amazing, it's sparkling clean, the staff is so friendly, and they even have cold water and hot coffee! I had a minor accident with mainly cosmetic damage and my car looks brand new. They did an incredible job with not only the structural damage but also with the interior detailing. Literally my car looks brand new. I will absolutely be using them again in the future and would recommend their services to anyone!

Our Jeep Grand Cherokee was in an accident where the front hood of the car and drivers side were damaged. Not only did City Collision provide us with a timely and reasonable quote to fix it, they also made it look brand new! They are reliable and good at communicating as well. Very nice and efficient work on my Dodge Charger. I m very very pleased with my car. It looks better than when I first bought it, and I m excited to drive again! What I liked most is how the shop kept in touch with me throughout the process and kept me updated on everything that was happening with my car. They were the easiest auto body shop that I have ever dealt with! Every single person was not only extremely courteous and friendly, they were also completely professional and very knowledgeable. They got my truck back to me an entire week earlier than originally projected and my truck looks as though nothing ever happened. It literally looks as good as it did before I was hit. I can t speak highly enough about City Collision, their work, or their employees! I so love this place that I am almost happy when I have an accident. They are totally professional, friendly and great to talk to. They make sure everything -- from insurance paper work to arranging a rental car to fixing everything that needs to be fixed to arranging everything to my schedule -- is done to my standards. They even provide a seriously discounted professional detailing that makes sure my car is no longer referred to as the "dog hair express." And did I mention - palm trees! (At least in summer/early fall/late spring) And they have great swag. Seriously, your vehicle deserves this treatment, and so do you.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
