We had some damage to our Toyota Camry repaired at Centerline. The work was performed in a timely manner, and the car looks great. Just as important, the folks who work there were friendly and courteous. A very positive experience.

Bad place to go for body work.before drop off my vehicle asked serveral times make sure get all parts. Then after dropping off one week later stil waiting for parts and I don;t my vehicle until now. no updates from them. call servals times. no help from them.At the end, they have good jobs and understand customs frustration.Thanks for service.

So it s been almost a year since my accident and repairs and needless to say I have become very unsatisfied with the work centerline did to my car and the more time that goes by the more the horrible work that was done becomes apparent the paint job that was done has become completely noticeable on the side of the car that was not even repaired due to them not blending properly into panels to make it look normal I have made numerous attempts to get in touch and see if something could be worked out to correct and have gotten no response they blended paid from hood into driver fender making the door look absolutely horribleService: Painting

Took my car to this shop for an estimate to be done a submitted to my auto insurance for approval on what parts need to get replaced a what needs to get done. Was approved pretty fast but took almost a month to get on all of the parts. After dropping off my car , it was repaired by the end on the week. I thought that was great timing an the car looked nice when I picked it up. But at Clairton a streets run road my car would not accelerate at all for a few minutes .Then before I got home the same light were back on in my vehicle that were on prior to dropping off four repairs. Was told to bring the car right back . When I got back this shop was absolutely no help. After speaking to my insurance I found out that I would have to take my car to a mechanic. The guy at the body shop was absolutely no help. Would have been nice to know before I dropped off the car that they couldn t do all the work . Absolutely don t recommend!!!!

Top notch work. Super friendly and responsive staff. They even washed and vacuumed my car before returning it to me. Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately for me, this is my second trip to Centerline Collision Clairton. Luckily for me, Centerline did another exceptional job on the repair. Had to get a new bumper for my 2013 Rogue and it matches perfectly. The work itself was excellent. The repairs were done on the day they said they would be. But where they went above and beyond was dropping the car off at our house. Did good body work but they were very dishonest about fixing any mechanical issues. I have been to plenty of body shops over the past 20 years in 3 different states while raising 5 children and can honestly say Centerline Collision in Baldwin was far and away the best experience of them all. Jim and Ron were great to deal with from start to finish. Both were very friendly, patient and informative with all my questions and kept me apprised of status along the way. Minutes after pulling my brand new Honda off the dealership lot, I was rear ended. I was then referred to Centerline Collision. From the moment I got the estimate to working through the process/finding a paint match that I was happy with, these guys were great, helpful, and informative. They are a very friendly staff, very professional. Took our car in on Tuesday last week and got it back on Monday. Jay and Amy took good care of us, everything from getting us checked in to getting the rental taken care of! Our car looks brand new as if nothing ever happened! Not to mention the washed and vacuumed it too! They even removed the sticky stuff that was left on it from the foam protectors that were on our car from the day we bought it! 10/10 would recommend!

Very painless experience to have my truck repaired. The quality of work was impressive (dent removal and paint plus new trim). Each visit was quick. Was convenient to leave my rental car in their lot, and they called enterprise for me.

I took my car to Centerline Collision on recommendation from my insurance company after an accident. From the moment I initially called, the service I received was great. Jim Bevan took care of my case and he was beyond friendly. He was able to explain in detail what all would need fixed upon first glance. He also kept in contact with me and gave me updates as necessary. On top of all that, my car was fixed a week sooner than I anticipated. When I went to pick it up, I was stunned at how nice my car looked! They did a fantastic job. Working with Centerline Collision made an unfortunate and stressful situation so much easier to deal with. Thank you!!

Unfortunately I had 2 accidents in the past 6 months and did not have rental on my insurance . Thank God for Jim , he got the work done in a timely manner and kept the cost down for me. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the repair done well. Both of my cars looked brand new! Thanks to Amy, Brian and Jim for doing a great job!

I got my car back today from Centerline. I am THRILLED with the job they did, it looks brand new! I will recommend Centerline Collision to everyone I know. The staff was great and Jim was absolutely fantastic! He kept me updated with the progress and went above and beyond my expectations. They made it a very smooth and painless process. They make it hassle free by dealing one on one with the insurance company, if one is involved. 5 HUGE stars!

Got in a front end collision with a good amount of damage on a lease vehicle and took it to Centerline Collision Baldwin for repairs. The customer service was excellent throughout, they spent a lot of time and effort getting affordable factory parts for the vehicle, the end result was an amazing looking and well running car, and was done much faster then anticipated. I brought in my Honda CRV after being sideswiped while parked. The quality of the work was excellent. Jim was great to work with from the intial estimate to the final review of the repair. I hope I never have to use them again, but I will definitely go back if I do.

My husband and I took our brand new 2020 camry here to be repaired (we were side swiped by another vehicle). We dealt with Jim Bevon, who was very friendly and went over and beyond for us. They worked with my insurance company to fix my car. My car was ready exactly when they said it would be. I didnt have to wait weeks on end to get my car back either. Staff kept me updated on everything they did with my car. They even drove me to enterprise to get my rental. When my car was done, it looked exactly how it looked the first day l bought it! They explained in detail what work was done to it and answered any questions. I highly recommend them!

My car is back to new after the door was smashed in these guys made it look new again. If i could give them 10 stars i would. They were very fast and very clean. They even washed it up good before giving my vehicle back to me. Number 1 car repair place to go to.Thank you to all the team members from centerline collision.

I have been to many body shops but none compared to Centerline. Jim took care of me the second I walked in the door and made sure my rental was on the way. The work they did on my truck was the best I have ever seen. You cant tell it was damaged. When I picked up my truck it was like when it rolled off the showroom floor. Centerline and Jim went above and beyond and i will continue to come back when i need body work done.

Just got my car back from being repaired and it looks brand new! They made sure we were taken care of from start to finish, arranging for enterprise to meet us at the shop with a rental and pick it up when we were done with it. The team here is wonderful!

took my (BRAND NEW) car to get a simple dent and scratch issue resolved. once entering my car after the repair there was a film of unknown chemicals on the dashboard where my speedometer is. then, i asked them to clean it. subsequently, some scratches were on the glass. they are ordering me a new part and are going to replace the glass:) things happen during repairs and i m happy we could come to a mutual agreement upon how to make it right!
