Just picked up my Avalon earlier today and I must say that I am very impressed with the quality of the work performed and the communication from Joe P. and staff as the repair work progressed. When I picked my car up, Joe even showed me photos taken during the repair process and described in detail the work performed. The level of customer care provided is at a level rarely seen these days. I can't recommend Centerline highly enough. Keep up the great work!

I've now used Centerline Collision on Willow twice and have nothing but good things to say! Staff was kind and professional during all phone calls, estimate appointment, drop off appointment, and pick up. It was a breeze to work with them and my insurance company, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto body work.

My previous body shop closed and I was frantic when my SUV needed repairs after it was hit while parked in a downtown garage. My insurance company suggested Centerline and after reading the reviews, I had them schedule me for an estimate. I was shocked when I learned that the tech, Tyler, performing the inspection would also be responsible for repairs. You don't get that kind of knowledge from the dealerships or the "chain" shops!During the inspection, Joe also came out to take a look at my SUV. I expressed how irritating it was that the sensor on my back bumper was continuously beeping like I was going to run over an entire playground of preschoolers ever since my vehicle was hit. Joe, being from a Toyota loving family as well, got down on the GRAVEL and was able to pop out the sensor so I didn't have to get driven insane while I was waiting for my repair appointment!Seriously, these guys are amazing. From Mandy at the front desk being so upbeat and ready to chat when I walked in the door to the day I picked up my truck - Tyler offered to stay a few minutes so I could pick up my baby same day - this was hands down the best experience I've ever had with vehicle repairs.Tell your friends! I know I did.

So it s been almost a year since my accident and repairs and needless to say I have become very unsatisfied with the work centerline did to my car and the more time that goes by the more the horrible work that was done becomes apparent the paint job that was done has become completely noticeable on the side of the car that was not even repaired due to them not blending properly into panels to make it look normal I have made numerous attempts to get in touch and see if something could be worked out to correct and have gotten no response they blended paid from hood into driver fender making the door look absolutely horrible

Center Line did an amazing job helping me every step of the way with my vehicle after being rear ended. Matt and Joe kept me updated and informed. I wouldn t take my vehicle anywhere else. They are great at making you feel important and not just another name on a piece of paper. Hands down the best customer service experience I ve ever had.

Vehicle had to come down after an incident where someone hit my vehicle. Talked with Joe through the whole process and he was very understanding with the situation I was in, as was I with him. Car was gone for all of 3 weeks. It seemed like a long time, but it was well worth the wait. The car I received back was driving better than the day I got it. It was almost hard to believe it was still my own car. Was very thankful to have the guys down there work on my car, and cannot recommend them enough!

Had a great experience at Centerline thanks to Joe!! Damage to my car happened months ago (front and back end), but parts were difficult to come by, and he kept me informed the whole time. We waited until all the parts came in so I wasn t in a rental for months. They took less than a week to fix everything up and Joe kept me in the loop! Even went out of his way to find a bracket locally that could have taken up to two months to come in when ordering from the dealer. So appreciative of him and his team and their kindness. I had to have some pretty extensive body work done to my vehicle and the place really came through. This was my first ever experience dealing with all this and they made it extremely easy on my part. I actually went to the wrong Centerline Collision, but they still took me in the same day to give me an estimate where all other places were not able to get me in for an estimate until several weeks later. Everyone is aware of the supply chain issues when it comes to vehicle parts, but they were still extremely upfront about the turnaround time on my vehicle. They were 100% honest with me in the fact that they would not be able to get me in for quite some time, however, I still scheduled an appointment with them and they stayed communicating with me throughout the wait period to let me know when the needed parts had come in. They were extremely professional, beyond helpful and very understanding of the situation I was in. I would definitely recommend Centerline CollisionService: Body & Trim

Phenomenal customer service! Matt J. was outstanding! I never had to call and inquire about the progress. Every few days he would call and leave an update on the progress of the repairs. Centerline repaired my company vehicle after it was involved in a hit and run parked on the street in front of my workplace. We took the vehicle in for an estimate the next day and Joe provided an estimate for the work to my manager by the following morning. The damage was fairly minor but required a replacement of the fender trim which was on backorder. They scheduled my repair for a few weeks later when the part would arrive.When we dropped the vehicle off they estimated and it would take about 2 days, 2 days later it was done and shined up sitting in the parking lot when I arrived looking almost brand new again.They did an excellent job matching the metallic gray paint and I could not find any overspray, fish eyes or paint lines anywhere. They even took care of some of the stone chips in the front bumper for me. The exterior of the vehicle was clean and shiny and the interior was even cleaner than when I dropped it off. Joe and the crew at centerline go above and beyond with customer service and quality of work. I would recommend anyone needing body work done give them an opportunity.Service: Body & Trim

This is the best place to take your car! They do not upsell at all. I came because my bumper was out and they did not charge me at all to fix because they only spent a few minutes on it! Prices are reasonable even if they do take it in. Please ask for Joe! I even came back again and they fixed it another time. They are amazing and take your car here!

This company was wonderful to work with. The customer service was beyond great (meaning that she kept me updated every 3 days about my body repair). I expected the repair time to be at least 3 weeks, it was less than 2 weeks. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company. I scheduled an appointment to have an estimate done on my vehicle which suffered some damage on the passenger door. I met with John. He spent alot of time reviewing the damage, photo documenting, pushing and pulling, asking alot of questions about how the damage happened. We went inside to review his thoughts and discuss next steps. He clearly explained the process and was totally transparent about costs.The repairs has not been done yet so, I will update this post after they are complete.

I definitely recommend Centerline Collision for my repair needs. I was recommended by Dean Honda for two different jobs and both were superior results. I had been in a fender bender, and they made sure every little detail was being done the right way. The color of my car requires extra blending to match, they made sure that was done and included. Their offices are not only comparatively priced, but extremely efficient. I had dropped my car off and forgotten a phone charger in it. When I returned to pick it up an hour later, the door was already off and being re-skinned, the hood was up and checked, and my wheel was already on a truck being shipped in. Also, I just picked up my car and noticed something was up with my door speaker (the door that was hit), I came in and pointed it out and without another word my car was pulled in and they found some small corrosion on a plug. It's cleaned and I'm out the door in no time! Thank you again for quality service!

FABULOUS and OUTSTANDING experience. My 2020 Subaru Forester had a collision with Bambi, had my car only 3 weeks. My car is as perfect today as when I picked it up from the Dealership. Professional staff, METICULOUS work and detail. Joe Pusateri handled all aspects of my repair. I would HIGHLY recommend Centerline Collision to EVERYONE. Can't believe I'm the first to review this place. They deserve serious props. I got into an accident and was assigned a body shop by my insurance. I was told by that shop that it would take almost two weeks just to get an estimate of the damages. Needless to say, I was a little frustrated by this as I wanted my car back ASAP. So I looked into other shops and thought I would give Centerline a shot. Best decision I ever made. I gave them a call and was assured that I could drop my car off that night for an estimate. The damages were assessed the next day, and I was told the repair would take 17 days. Well, they got my car back to me in 10 days, and I couldn't be happier. Thing looks like it just rolled out of the factory. Paint matched perfectly. New bumper and hood look awesome. During the repair, Joe even took the time to give me status updates at his own initiative. This place really has everything you want when you need your car fixed. Quality, speed, and great customer service. I highly recommend Centerline and will certainly be back if I need any more work done.

After a (mentally) painful front end collision, Centerline Collision made the process relatively painless! This was my first accident so I had no idea how much I would need to be involved. It turned out that the folks at Centerline took care of a lot of the hassle for me.Some of my favorite things about my experience with Centerline were the rental program, fast and friendly service, and quality of work. The rental program was simple! Centerline loans cars at their discretion, so if you are under 25 like me you won't have to worry about all the "underage" charges associated with rental car companies. Centerline negotiates with your insurance company to settle the rental fees and expenses.Just as the website says, the best collision repairs really do go unnoticed. The employees at Centerline were understanding of my situation and treated me with the utmost care. When it came time to pick up my car, they had my car pulled out in front, detailed inside and out. It felt like I was getting into a brand new car, it was that simple. Thank you Centerline Collision for your care and quality of service!

I just recently took my car to Centerline Collision. They priced the job competitively. The repair was for a replacement bumper. The car was fixed in one day which was impressive. The quality of the repair was good. The only reason why I am giving them three stars is because they either forgot to reconnect a fog light in the grill below the bumper or it became loose during the repair. When I first became aware of the issue, I called and they told me to bring it in immediately for them to diagnose the issue. To save time, I figured out how to remove the fog light grill myself and reconnect the fog light. It now works fine. Overall, I recommend Centerline Collision.

I'm very happy that I chose to use centerline, they were able to create a quote, schedule the repair date, and even contacted the rental car company for me, all within a short visit. The work turned out great! You would never know that anything has been replaced and painted on my car. The people are very friendly and detail oriented. I will use them again if needed.
