We have taken our vehicles to Carstar a couple of times. They are always professional, and have great customer service. We all commented on how clean the car was when we got it back. I would recommend Carstar to anyone looking to get repairs on their vehicle.

The whole experience with my car being damaged was horrible. My insurance company had me choose out of about 15 different people and didn t really help much since they don t know which shop is the best option. I couldn t choose because I m not used to having to do this I ve never been in an accident so it was real frustrating ! I just happened to run across CarStar and read the reviews and took a chance. Man Sean and his team are f n dope!!! My car looks sooooo nice!! They took good care of us! Fixed it, Cleaned it, just everything! Faster than expected too to be honest and now it s just beautiful all over again! Thank you guys seriously

Had to have my front bumper replaced. Dropped my car off Monday and it was ready for pickup Friday! The body work looked flawless and so happy that the paint matched perfectly to the rest of my sparkly red car. Added bonus: they cleaned up the inside of my car too !! I had options to choose a place to work on my car per SF and I chose these folks. I read nothing but good reviews about there work. They had to replace my trunk lid on my 2014 Subaru. I bent it up pretty good. They kept me up to date on the repairs and finish it a day earlier. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to have your car fix. They also went up and beyond and clean the inside. I take 3 dogs for walks in it so you can image how bad it was. ThanksService: Body & Trim

Im so grateful for Sean and the staff at Carstar for their excellent work and extra effort in contacting the insurance company regarding my car. Many people have asked me if I am driving a new car and my car is a certified used car from 2014. I made an appointment at the beginning of this year, they keep rescheduling it multiple times, and finally the scheduled time is fixed at today (5/30). Just because I am two hours late to the scheduled time (I was supposed to drop off my car there for the next whole week, so the have the whole week to work on it), they insisted to have me rescheduled again to two month later, which will pass my annual inspection due. I have been waiting for their reschedule for almost half a year, and just because two hours late for dropping off my car, I have to wait another two months. Ridiculous. I will also claim this as an auto repair fraud to the state attorney general's office, to the local consumer protection agency, and also to the Better Business Bureau.
