Had the best experience at CarShop! Andrew and Collin were amazing to work with and made everything seamless. I was only looking to see what kind of SUV I wanted and has no intention of buying a car that day, but they both helped me find my dream car. Thank you both! Will recommend them to everyone.

Loved CarShop! They helped me find a car that would lower my car payment. They valued my trade in way higher than I thought I would get from anyone! Chuck was amazing and made the process as easy as possible. Love my new car. I like that they aren t paid a commission. He even told us he will treat us like friends and will be honest. Amazing place. Would buy from them again.Update: After 2 months of driving the car something happened. I was driving home from work and the entire car shut off and locked. I had to get it towed and the cops were called. I found Stephen s email via Google and emailed him to let him know. I didn t try to sound like I was complaining or upset, but just so I could vent honesty. I was originally told the car wouldn t be looked at for a few days and I got a rental. After talking with Stephen and Eric, they were able to look over the car that day and discovered my battery negative terminal was lose. They fixed it that day, test drove it the next morning, and I got it that day.Stephen and Eric need to be recognized for all their help. I truly wasn t trying to complain, it s an older car with a decent amount of miles, I just wanted to vent to someone about it. For them to get it looked at quickly and for me to have my car back before Christmas, is more than I could have asked for. This showed me even more how great CarShop is.If you do buy from them and have an issue, you can rest easy in knowing they are your side and will take care of you. Thank you Stephen and Eric so much.

We absolutely loved Carshop, especially the Flintstones car! We just moved to Pennsylvania from Florida and needed to trade the beach car in for a small SUV. Sarah was so helpful, she stayed after she was done working just to help us get the one we wanted. If you re looking for a car, ask for Sarah Walton. If you want one that doesn t use gas, it s sitting in the show room!

Just bought a new car at Car Shop in Robinson today. This was the greatest car dealer experience I've ever had! My salesman, Tyler Williams, is a brand new employee and was on point. He made buying a car simple and painless. It's like he had been doing this for years. Very knowledgeable, patient, and never stopped smiling. I walked in having no specific idea of what I wanted and how much I could spend, and within minutes he helped me establish what my budget was and were we should start our search. Every one of their staff that I encountered was honest and helpful and smiling. I will absolutely be returning for my next vehicle. I highly recommend using Car Shop in Robinson for your next vehicle purchase. And ask for Tyler.

Recently purchased a 2022 Honda Accord. Traded in our 2007 Accord that we bought in 2010 when it was Car Sense. Tanner was enjoyable to work with- friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the process. We re 5 times repeat customers with Car Sense/Car Shop because of their inventory and approach to selling cars.

This is my 4th car that I have purchased at the car shop in Robinson. Hands down the best experience each time. Connor Hoffman at the Robinson store always takes care of us with the utmost professionalism, patience and respect for our schedules and timing. Never had any issues with the service nor the vehicles that I have purchased. Connor is very thorough with ensuring that I always get what I need in a vehicle. Top notch service!

Came in to sell my lease and ended up buying a car from them. Knowledgeable, friendly staff that are helpful and on it. Easy process start to finish and unlike any other traditional dealer I ve been to. Definitely will look to use again and highly recommend.

I haven t purchased a vehicle in ten years and a lot has changed with the process. I took my time with the inventory on the website before contacting CarShop. The process from my choice to walking with the key was seamless. Tanner Malia was my salesman and he was knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend him and Robinson CarShop for your next purchase.

I bought my Durango here this summer. Sarah made it a great and quick experience. I know that I will have my Durango for a really long time, but even if time for us to buy another vehicle.. We will be going to CarShop. Hopefully, Sarah will still be there to help us out.

Keith was super helpful with my purchase. Zero typical salesman tactics. Easy process through everything. Contacted him after I found an issue with the car and instantly got back to me saying to bring it in. I was put in contact with the detail manager Anthony regarding my issue. Anthony start to finish provided me with scheduling, time of completion, and when it was ready to be picked up. Literally the best service i've had ever at a dealership environment. I've worked in dealerships and Anthony has provided me the best service out of any of them. Highly recommend!

Loved car shopping here! Keith Woods was fantastic as were the others I worked with. I had an idea of what I wanted, they pulled the car around, had us test drive it, and we went from there. They answered all my questions and had everything ready to go for me. It was so easy and I didn't spend all day there. The car is fantastic and Keith and the team followed up with me. I highly recommend Car Shop Robinson and Keith!

Since 2020 I have purchased two cars from CarShop, both times working with Jake. The service is outstanding, customer service is top Noche. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything, and Jake would give me his honest opinion when it came to the vehicle I was looking at. I would 10/10 recommend CarShop to anyone looking to either purchase or sell a vehicle.

Just had a wonderful experience at Carshop Robinson! From start to finish the process was enjoyable and smooth! Ava the online chat agent was so helpful in answering our questions. She connected us with Keith, the best sales person we could have asked for! He was so knowledgeable! Not to mention he made the trade in process so easy! Great experience for sure! As a first time car buyer I ve been rejected by so many companies. Every place wanted me in a certain type of vehicle. But then I found car shop in Robinson and they were willing to work with me. They got me approved for what I had my heart set on. I worked with Bryon definitely recommend him if you need a vehicle. They are really reasonable, and understanding. I got a 2019 Hyundai Sonata and I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely go through them again in the future. Didn t wait very long either to get my car took about an hour and a half maybe two to go through the paperwork.

CarShop Robinson gave me the best customer service when it came to looking for a car. I worked with Andrew who was kind and welcoming when I came in. He educated me about vehicles and prices and did not try to haggle or get one over on me. I would recommend you ask for him when going to look for vehicles. Carshop is non commission no haggling place that is best for your first car.

I absolutely love my car! When I went to buy it, they were very nice and answered all my questions. They showed me the car fax without me asking and when I need service, everyone knows me by name and are very professional and make sure I walk out happy!

Hi all I buy my car from Car Shop in Robinson township, and have the best experience with these people. There service my car when need, I get all my oil changes done with them and they all was give me a great price to mix any thing. Love Car Shop. Was happy with my service there and the people work there.

First they carry exceptional used cars. No haggle pricing. Slightly higher then KBB but with that comes a fabulous staff, 4 day no question return policy, 109 point inspection, carfax report, fresh one year inspection. Super friendly. Excellent with my son a first time car owner and buyer at 18. Thanks Tanner for being patient with us and fully explaining the process. A paperwork guru. Ask for Tanner he rocks!

I have always had nothing but the best service here! My last purchase of my Jeep is my 3rd vehicle from here. Scott Martin helped me from the beginning through until almost the end. At which time Sarah Walton,helped with the closing and paperwork. They were both absolutely amazing! I couldn't believe they were able to get me in and out, all in one evening! They were so patient, allowing me to test drive vehicle after vehicle until I found what I love! Sarah has called to make sure everything is OK with my Jeep a couple times and to make sure I still love my Jeep and I really appreciate that. Because of her last call I remembered I needed to call service department to check on a couple issues I had noticed. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they went over all my questions and issues with no problem. I love this place and give them all 5 stars plus!

So let me begin by saying I have bought and sold multiple vehicles and have dealt with a variety of car dealerships as well as private sellers in the past. I wish I had known about this CarShop dealership sooner! I bought a preowned Cadillac XT5 from CarShop and it has been the most straightforward and best car-buying experience I've ever dealt with.I purchased our car as an out-of-state buyer and Connor, their sales manager, helped me immediately from my first call and made the entire process as easy as possible and went above and beyond to get me additional videos of the vehicle as well as the undercarriage and to answer any concerns I had as soon as possible. He was always available to speak with if I called the dealership or sent a text.The dealership was a 13 hour drive away from my location so I ended up flying into the Pittsburgh airport and Connor had a driver from the dealership ready to pick me up as soon as I landed. When I got to the dealership, Devon from sales helped me look over the vehicle and finish up the remaining paperwork for the purchase. Devon was extremely helpful getting me set to go and also gave a great lunch recommendation of a restraunt down the street with BBQ brisket. The car was spotless when I arrived and parked upfront with a full tank of gas ready to go.After I made the the trip back home, Connor took the time to check in with me on his own to make sure everything went well on the drive back. The car ran great the entire 13hr drive home and gave me zero issues. Within a couple of days, an error light did pop up on the dash and when I contacted Connor to ask about it he assured me that I could take it to any mechanic of my choice and they would cover the repair cost under their warranty. It was fixed within the same week and I was reimbursed by Carshop for the cost.Despite the dealership being three entire states away from me, which may sound too much to some, but it is more than worth the trip and their pricing beat what any local dealers had to offer. They also offer the option to purchase online and have the vehicle delivered to you. I plan to purchase our next vehicle with this dealership and with Connor specifically. I would recommend anyone to shop here and to feel confident you're getting a great priced vehicle with great customer service and customer support if you need it.

I needed a new sunroof on my car that was bought 2 years ago. And thankfully my salesman "talked" me into an extended warranty. I had forgotten that I bought it but Eric in the service department reminded me about it. He went through the trouble of looking it up for me and believe it or not ....it was covered! I just had to pay my deductible. Eric and John have been such a help to me and I definitely recommend anyone buying a car.....go to Car Shop!!!

Remarks by Lyle Campbell. This dealership in Robinson was very nice. Bathroom and break area was very clean. The Sales consultant had to ask someone else for answers to every question I asked about the vehicle. For a no haggle dealership, the sales consultant pushed the extended warranty excessively, even after I continued to say no. When you spend over 40k for a vehicle you would expect a full tank of gas. Dock fees are extremely high.

They were very accommodating and listened to our needs. The cars very all in very good condition and the agent and the finance officer stayed back and made sure we found and got the car that best suited our needs, both features wise and financially as well!!
