Had power damage to tv from power outage, they came to my house picked it up and delivered it when it was done. Even wrote an explanation saying it was power damage so I could turn it in to the power company for compensation. Excellent customer service!

They kept my tv for two weeks and said they did this and that they put the best parts in to fix it, when i got it back it wasn't fixed the same problem was there and there hours are terrible so its a hassle to bring it back for a third time
