Usually don t leave reviews but my experience with Cazillia Audio was great. Mark and his team are extremely professional and took care of my truck in an efficient and timely manner. If you need any of the services they offer, this is without a doubt the place to go.

From initial conversation all the way through final installation, they couldn t have been more professional. Mark a did a great job of listening and recommending options to address my areas of concern. Reese did an excellent job of with the install you d never know anything was done visually but the sound is transformative and EXACTLY what I was looking for at an outstanding price. You really don t need to look elsewhere. Word of mouth is king in 2024 and as you can see, I m just the latest in a long line of completely satisfied customers! Well done, Cazillia Audio!

I have been dealing with Mark since he 1st opened, he always goes above and beyondHe can do more well-rounded stuff then anybody I ve ever met when it comes to electronics along with various other things!! always top-of-the-line no matter what you have done prices are always great!!I would never refer anybody anywhere elseThe most trustworthy place I ve ever dealt with

Mark and his team of qualified installers are top notch and their work speaks volumes quite literally. Very satisfied with the work preformed on my vehicle and motorcycle. Highly recommend and will be returning in the future for further upgrades!

Mark and the team at Cazillia did an excellent job installing a dash cam for me. It works great, they gave me a full overview of how to use it, and they did it all same day. I d highly recommend Cazillia.

Great to work with these guys. Mark was great. Got us in as soon as he could and didn t try to sell me stuff I didn t need. Reece did a great job fixing my speakers and had me in/out in no time. I definitely recommend them!

Best car audio place hands down. Loudest and clearest sounding systems. They do literally everything there. I'm a long time customer and would never go anywhere else. Very professional and would rate higher than five stars if it would let me.

This is a RAVE 5 star review!!!I started speaking with the shop when my auto s pioneer first threw an amp error. The owner spent a generous amount of time talking me through troubleshoot scenarios. Weeks later I had confirmed that the problem was indeed the unit, purchased a new one and was headed out of town when I realized there was no way to install it. Again I called Cazilla and AGAIN they very very generously invited me to stop by to do a quick fix so I could make my departure.Well the quick fix was not so quick but Cazilla worked through it for a couple hours and I swear it s installed better than it had been previously.When I asked what I owed it was more than generous given the time spent and that I dropped into this crazy busy shop.

Could not have had a better experience. Called on a Friday and left a voice mail about getting two new door speakers installed in my car. Mark promptly got back to me and told me to bring it in Monday morning. Dropped it off at 9 and was back at home with it before 3:00. Price for installation was incredibly reasonable.

Mark is the best! I highly recommend Cazillia Audio for all your car audio, alarms, window tinting and anything else they do! I have been taking my cars here for years because he and his team do high quality work. They care about what they do and take the time to make sure it's done right and your happy! I highly recommend!!! My car radio suddenly stopped working and I had no idea where to go to get this fixed. I went to a different place first and those guys had no clue what was wrong with my radio, said they'd have to take it all apart to figure it out, and gave me a ridiculously expensive quote. No thanks! I feel lucky to have found Cazillia Audio by googling where to go next. I spoke with Mark on the phone who listened to me, immediately knew what the problem was, and squeezed me in despite the fact that he was booked up for months. Mark and his team were able to get my car's radio back up and running quickly and for an amazing price. The staff and service there were super friendly and professional. Mark is beyond impressive; a true one-of-a-kind. It makes sense they are so booked up for months. You usually can't get service like this these days. I will always take my car there for future issues.

Mark was very professional and did an exceptional job installing headrest DVD players, head unit and backup camera. We drove the hour and a half because of his reviews and let me say we weren t disappointed. Would recommend for anyone.

Had one of my dash speakers go bad. Mark was able get me in on a Saturday with him having a full schedule. His technicians where quick and efficient. Will definitely use them again.

PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY WORK! If you are reading all of the Cazillia reviews I am sure you have noticed people saying how great Mark is. The reviews are right. That is reason I chose to come here to get an after market stereo system added to my Tacoma. Mark makes sure each customer is 100% satisfied with the work. You can tell Mark is incredibly knowledgeable in his field. I highly recommend Cazillia, now that I found them I would not go anywhere else.

I went here last year to get my jl audio subwoofer and amp installed into my focus st, i drove 45 minutes there and back to get it done. Man was it worth it, mark was super professional, the pricing was very affordable for the install. i wish i went there from the start instead of me trying to install it in my car my self. After it was done it looked like it came out of the factory with that sub. I recommend this place to anyone who asks where to go to get audio related stuff installed for there car.

Mark was very busy but took the time on multiple occasions to talk with me and listen to my car stereo. He recommended I replace the speakers I had installed as an upgrade. I purchased the speakers from him at a very fair price.I couldn t be happier with the sound quality and volume I get from the speakers he recommended!!!I had no idea I could get this high of sound quality at the price I was at.Thanks Mark for the recommendations and introducing me to a whole new level of car audio I thought I could only dream of.

First, I d like to say THANK YOU! Incredible experience and exceptional service. Cazillia was easy to work with, had great communication throughout the process & were very trustworthy.I recently had my Tesla Model X vinyl wrapped, along with a chrome delete, window tint & ceramic coating. They killed it! My car looks fire! It turned out even better than I had envisioned.They listened to exactly what I wanted and made excellent suggestions along the way, while keeping my vision in the forefront, which was so appreciated. There precision, skill & attention to detail was unsurpassed!Mark is a true gem! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to the highest standard! Not only did he fit me into his jam packed schedule while I was out of town, since I would be without a car for nearly a week, he even went out of his way to replace my rear tail light, which had been accumulating condensation on the inside, saving me time & money by not having to schedule a service appt. with Tesla.I can t say enough good things about Cazillia and I will definitely be a customer for life! 10/10 would highly, highly recommend!

Amazing. I showed up there yesterday without any appointment to fix a problem with my Kenwood. Even though the place was very busy Mark came out, took the time to fix it for me and actually explained how to fix it if it ever happens again. Absolutely great. He took his time, was super professional, nice and courteous.Really really appreciate the great service. Didn t even charge me!! Highly recommended.I ll definitely be back. Thank you Mark

Mark has been great to deal with since I first started bringing my car to Cazillia. The prices are always fair and the work has been impeccable. He also helped me out a lot when I had an accident and had to get some stuff uninstalled and moved around -- something that I thought would be a huge headache. He made everything simple and quick. I'll be bringing my cars here for as long as I'm in Pittsburgh.

Mark runs a first class operation. We just got our car stereo upgraded and had a fantastic experience. Mark and his crew are professional, courteous, great with communications, very conscientious, thorough, well informed and did a great job on the install. The shop is clean and well organized and the service is friendly and fast and more affordable than the competition. We highly recommend giving Cazillia a chance to meet your needs.

Very pleasant experience. Had never had any audio work done on a car before, but I told Mark what I wanted and he walked me through some of the basic options. Very patient, very helpful. Managed to find a date, dropped the car off in the morning, and it was done at the end of the day. Everything works fine so far. Would absolutely use them again.

I have been going to mark since 2006 and for them last 14 years Mark has never stop impressing me with all the different ideas that he can put into to your rides. He is professionally and personally one of the best people that I have ever met in my life and I highly highly highly recommend him to EVERYBODY that has been ripped off by other car audio shops as I was many years ago to give him a chance because once you go to him you will never have to look no further. Thank you Mark for all the hard work that you have given me, my family, and friends along theses many years to make sure that each and every one of us had the best outcome and best results on every situation with our vehicles. Everybody that's out there that's not sure about car audio that is reading my comment right now, GO TO MARK I PROMISE YOU THAT HE WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU

Mark and his team installed a backup camera in our 2008 Honda Accord. The work was completed quickly and everything works well. The cost was very reasonable, not a great deal more than what a DIY effort would have entailed and with results which I know are markedly superior to what I could have achieved. A pleasure to do business with Cazillia Audio!

Mark is a fantastic perfectionist, you can see it in all his work. He put a system in our jeep and we love it! He is compassionate and gets excited about his work. That's who i want to all my custom work! Mark, we will be seeing you soon to custom out our Jeep.
