I have nothing but good things to say about Calliber Collision! I got hit by a deer (yes you read that right a deer hit me) in my front driver quarter panel and also did damage to my headlight and front bumper. My insurance directed me to Calliber. Making my estimate appointment was quick and easy as well as making the repair appointment. Bonnie up at the front was so sweet and kind! I had my youngest with me and she directed me to the popcorn station for her and me to the coffee bar! Which I thought was such a nice touch and nothing I ve ever seen at other car repair shops. Then I met Joe who was In charge of my repair. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable and eased all my worries! They had my car finished a week ahead of the estimated time which was amazing! They also had texts sent to update me on my cars status which thought was super helpful! When I received my car back I was blown away with the quality of their work! My car looked better when when I bought it! They also went above and beyond by fixing a dent in my back bumper which was previous damage and they fixed my car door frame that was bent out! I cannot say enough good things about this company! I m very thankful and will be recommending this company to all my family and friends! I will be coming back for sure! I was there for a mechanical issue with my door/window.Everyone was absolutely wonderful and professional from the woman Bonnie who greeted me to Joe my service advisor and Tim who diagnosed my vehicle.The team corrected my issue quickly. The manager Harrison also made sure I was satisfied prior to leaving.Superb customer service and knowledgeable employees!I would absolutely recommend them for all your vehicles needs!

So I love the work that was done on my ford truck Kevin is the best. He was caring on the phone and updating me every week was a priority to him. I needed a lot of work done $17000 dollars worth and boy I tell you it looks like it looked when I first bought it. Caliber is great. They kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and it was finished early even despite the holidays. They are a super communicative and caring group and they want their customers to leave satisfied. Shout out to Kevin for fixing up my vehicle! Would recommend the Caliber crew to anyone and everyone!

Well pleased with the professional service, updates, and work performed. My service advisor Joe Eckenrod kept me informed throughout the entire process and got the job finished ahead of schedule. The rest of the staff I dealt with were also courteous and professional. I have no problem recommending Caliber for your automotive needs.

Got rear ended by someone and got my car fixed up at Caliber. Genuinely the best customer service I ve ever had. The staff were insanely friendly and the work was finished far in advance of their estimate. They even detailed the inside of my car! Definitely couldn t recommend enough

Caliber Collision was the nicest, cleanest body business I've ever used. Everyone I dealt with was professional & informative: Bonnie, Joe, Kevin & Harrison. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. My Jeep was perfectly repaired & spotlessly cleaned and the work was completed early!! Hats off!!

Just wanted to say that working with Caliber Collision on the repair of my car was truly a tremendously, wonderful experience, from start to finish!! Kevin walked me through my whole repair process step by step, giving updates and progress reports along the way!! Not only is the customer service impeccable, the work they do is noteworthy as well!! My KIA looked just as good as it did when we purchased it!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I received text messages weekly about the status of my vehicle. They even dropped my car off and took my rental back for me. Kevin and Harrison were so helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks everyone for all the help!

In reference to Nationwide Claim # 484487-GO sponsored repairs to my 2013 GMC Sierra SLE extended cab pick-up truck, the following comments are in order.Caliber Collision Meadow St $3787 representatives across the shop represented themselves, the company and the craft admirably and remarkably well. Specifically, the front desk team, Kevin Buckner and Bonnie, each provided exceptionally good services, including but not limited to explaining the nature of the damage and its repair, and especially engaging both Nationwide and Enterprise in the provision of their services, at which I felt totally inept. And, to top it all off, while the seven to ten day (including week-end) turn-around time seemed reasonable and acceptable, delivery in five days (including a week-end) took the cake. It s hard to imagine that our engagement could have gone any better or smoother. On a one-to-ten scale I d rate this crew eleven!

Had an unexpected accident on the way to work. The staff helped me get a new windshield installed right away and makes sure my vehicle was safe to drive.very fast service. I was never without the use of my car thanks to the team on Meadow Street.

I just had my car repaired at Caliber Collision on Meadow Street. They did an excellent job! I worked directly with general manager, Harrison. He and his fine staff were friendly, responsive and professional. The repairs came in below the estimate, which was a pleasant surprise. They washed and cleaned my vehicle and had it back to me fully repaired the same day. I would highly recommend their service. Thanks so much Harrison, Kevin, Bonnie, Greg and the entire staff! Staff fought for me against insurance company and really cared about my vehicle repairs. Harrison Purdy the manager of the location is doing an amazing job. Joe my service advisor was amazing and can t forget the warm welcome from Bonnie and the front desk!

Everyone from the moment I walked in treated me with respect and handled things promptly. I even received text updates on the progress of my truck. The man that initially went over the damage before admission of the vehicle and the same man reviewing my truck after repair was professional. I would recommend them to anyone that needs collision repair. Now I have my ford f150 raptor right back how it was when I looked at it new!

My experience today was completely exceptional. The appointment was to diagnose an issue with my vehicles air conditioning.Eric along with the manager, Harrison worked with me to diagnose the issue. They also worked with me on putting together the most efficient plan to resolve my issue.I would recommend going there for all of your vehicles needs. The atmosphere was friendly, professional, upbeat, and extremely efficient!
