I went to this shop on a recommendation from a friend and now I m going to recommend them to everyone! They got me in the same week and the pricing was spot on for the job they did. I thought I needed my breaks changed but they told me they were still good, anyone else would have just changed them and charged me. Will absolutely be coming back.

These guys are the best around! My dad and I have been coming here for a very long time, and they have always been very reliable and quick on the turnaround. The one thing I liked the most was how thorough they were with everything and how everything was explained to me. I've been there many times and will continue to support this business because they ARE truly good at what they do!

I left my car there because a very bad noise was coming apparently from the right front wheel. The next morning, Matt called and told me what the problem was and the cost. Later that day they called me when the car was ready which unusually, at least in my experience, a lot of mechanics don't do, they kind of leave you hanging which is really annoying. The cost was a bit below average after doing some research. Overall an excellent experience, I highly recommend Butler Street Motorworks!

Nice staff and seems to be good service but was grossly overpriced. Had to move forward with them as inspection was due but was suspicious and got a quote from another reputable local shop after and it was almost half the price. Seems they re definitely trying to capitalize and overcharge customers based off their location in an affluent neighborhood.

Did get feedback quickly, but I went to take my car for inspection and it failed. I was quoted $1,650 in repairs. My emissions test passed so it wasn t a total waste, but I felt like I needed a second opinion. I took my car to another shop in lawrenceville and was quoted $280.. I am a young woman with little to no knowledge about cars, so if you re in the same boat, I recommend digging in for more detail.Service: Vehicle Inspection

These mechanics have always been the priciest/most expensive auto repair in the neighborhood but they were always timely & got things done fairly quickly & efficiently. However, lately (on past 2 occasions) they've kept my car for 3 days for minor under 2 hour repairs that required no parts. We have been coming here for general maintenance on 2 cars for over 4 years. Matt is always helpful, straightforward, and fair with pricing.I have never felt ripped off or taken advantage of here. They've always been great with our pup and daughter when we've brought them along as well. Highly recommend!

My family will never go anywhere else for inspections again. The entire process was painless, from scheduling availability to the friendliness of staff and efficiency. When one of our cars needed to have work done, we were surprised at how reasonable the pricing was. They really helped us to understand what needed to be done and why, we never felt like we were being taken advantage of for not knowing cars well. I don't even live in Lawrenceville anymore, but I will always go out of my way to get my car serviced with these excellent professionals. Over the years, I've had emergencies that they prioritized with true care. And they've proactively warned me about repairs I might want to budget for in the future. This was my first time using Butler Street Motorworks and I couldn't be happier! We brought my sons car in for an inspection and they walked me though the work that was needed and why it was needed.I will definitely be using them again.

Butler Street Motorworks was recommended by at least 3 different people, I finally got around to listening after a state inspection at the Subaru dealership ended with over 4K in suggested repairs. Butler Street exceeded expectations. Honest service with reasonable prices. Online scheduling was seamless. Overall service, pricing and wait time was excellent. better experience than at mostly all of the local Subaru dealerships.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto emissions testing

I paid 800 dollars for 4 new tires. I heard a noisethe lug nut was stripped.My car is a KIA Forte 5, even the guy told me 800For tires was high.This is the first time I've been disappointed. Been going there for years.Lug nut was fixed by my husband friendbucks was lot of money.Service: Tires

These guys did a very good job on my 2010 Corolla. I took my own parts and the guys never complained or rejected to work cause of it. I will recommend. P.S: The garage mascots (German Shepherds) are nice.

Having car troubles is never fun, but Matt at Butler Street Motorworks went above and beyond to make my experience better. The customer service was wonderful and he went out of his way to make sure my car got what it needed. I highly recommend coming here.

It is rare to find a business with as much integrity. They are in business to get a great job done, not dupe people into services they don't need. I have taken my vehicle in several times because I felt something was wrong with it. I have gotten my baby back without anything needing to be fixed!I see them every year for inspection and emissions and they get me in and out. If you're looking for a garage you can trust, this is it. My wife and I have been bringing our cars here for a few years now because they have always done quality work at a fair price--in fact, they have even gone out of their way multiple times to save us money when they can. Strongly recommend them!

Amazing place! They fit me in within a few days and got everything done so fast. I got my inspection and they told me that my rear brake pads and rotors would need replaced soon, but they didn't pressure me to replace them or threaten to fail my inspection for it. I will be getting them replaced soon, and it will definitely be here. Also, they were done within 2 hours! I didn't expect that!
