I was told not to share the secret of Brunner's garage by the owner, Mike and his receptionist (grand-daughter), for fear of the garage being over run by customers when I said that this wonderful garage should be advertised on the 'Internet and TV. I stumbled upon this gem through Duke's Tires a couple of blocks away in SouthSide. I was in and out of the garage even though Brunner's was short employees just for the day. Now that's professionalism with a 'neighborhood touch'!!!

Had to have brakes and rotors for my 2018 Hyundai, received a quote from 2 other larger named garages and Brunners were way under those quotes! They took care of my car and i was so pleased with my car care there, had them do my car inspection too!! What a great place to have car services done, will definitely be back in the future!! A++++

My husband and I got our car towed here bc of the brake lines. My dad personally called and set up the appointment because he has been a customer for years (and still is). Mechanically, they took care of our car and timely manner. They charged us an exorbitant amount. I was very disappointed bc my dad referred us. I work in the retail world, and you take care of referrals. I wasn't expecting a huge discount, just a fair price. They knew the car was towed there and I feel like we were taken advantage of. Will not be returning.

I had my car in for repair and Inspection. Repair went fine (minor rear side word), however, when I did get my car back I was told my car "passed" inspection but needed new Front rotors.They replaced them without calling, which I had asked them to do prior to any inspection repairs, and the rotors that were on the car weren't even 10,000 miles old, and were sport slotted and dimpled with low dust ceramic pads. They were replaced with some cheap rotors and pads.A couple weeks later (and only a few miles traveled) I heard a grinding sound from my rear brake and came to find it was the pad was worn down to the metal and my other brake wasn't even working (Rust was still on rotor and no new rub lines from the pads). My brake pad should never have gone from "Passing" to worn down so far that its grinding metal on metal in a few miles (and no, the parking brake was not on).A proper repair and inspection shop would have first confirmed the inspection repairs prior to just changing out parts, and at least look at and fully inspected the brakes properly.
