Had a minor accident with left front fender and wheel area. Took a little longer than expected because they had found some additional suspension damage which was fine with me. I just want it to be fixed correctly. Noticed the next day after picking it up that they put a new tire on but was the wrong kind. They just didn't realize it was a run flat tire that needed put back on. The tire they put on was identical except for some additional lettering that should've been on the sidewall identifying that its a run flat. Honest mistake. Called them to explain everything and they apologized and told me they ordered the correct tire. Body and paint work on my car looks good and is blended nicely into the hood and driver door.

I love these guys!! From the super patient nice ladies in the front to the unsung hero s in the back fixing our cars, I m grateful and I d advise anyone with anybody work needing repaired on their vehicle to bring it here for repair. They always give me my car back washed, cleaned in and out. Great people!!If my child had a motor in it this is the place I d take her for repair, simply put!

1 The manager is 25 years old 2) gave me my car with a chip in the bumper (new) and when you hit a bump the bumper comes loose (2023 4 Runner) they told me basically oh yeah the bumpers never fit right remember it s kid telling me this . The work is awful. My friends make fun of me.

This was by far the worst body shop experience that I have ever had. I scheduled my appointment 3 months in advanced and show up the day of my appointment to be told I was not in their system. I showed them my confirmation email and they said they could get me in the following week. I requested for them to give me a quote for new tires while my truck was in for the body work. They quoted me much higher than other competitors in the area so I told them I will just go to the shop with the better price. They had some remorse after messing up my initial appointment and they offered to take my truck over to the tire shop once the body repairs were done for me. I gave them the ok and later that week received a call from the tire shop saying my truck was ready to be picked up. I thought this was a bit weird since the body shop never got a hold of me but regardless went to go pick up my vehicle as I was told it was ready. To my surprise I got to the tire shop and the truck did not receive any body work but just new tires. I was furious as this was now the third time that I had to go back and re-rent another rental vehicle because of Cochrans mistakes. I had also requested a tpms sensor to be replaced which was not done, so they offered to do that for me on their behalf after all of the screw ups. Well lone behold I pick my truck up several days later and the tmps sensor was replace but the valve cap was never put back on. I was annoyed but decided since I got the tpms sensor for free I was just gonna find a cap to replace it myself. About a month goes by and my truck was sitting a particular way where I noticed the angle of the wind deflector under the bumper and that it was still damaged and never replaced. I used to love this body shop when it was Critchlow s but now they have really dropped the ball under new ownership.Service: Auto body & trim repair

They cleaned my vehicle for me before returning it, and were very helpful. I will go there again!
