Yesterday I was visited Bob Hamer's auto and there was kind of noise from my Nissan Altima and He checked and fixed it with in 15 minutes and not to take any money for just small work. Really appreciate his time and honesty because some Nissan Dealer told me you have to change extruder belt and it's cost you $300 , Thank You so much Bob Hamers See you all the time in future for all type of my car services

Stopped in because my hood wouldn't latch and I thought the relay had broken. They took me right away, solved the problem in 5 mins and were very gracious and helpful. A less scrupulous shop might've charged me for a replacement I didn't need. I will be back again, thanks guys!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I wanted somebody to inspect my car to make sure it was safe to drive. The owner, Jim, did not do that. "I was trying to be a nice guy and I shouldn't have," he said when I called him out on the shoddy repair and inspection. A nice guy doesnt charge me $370 to fix a part of my exhaust while breaking a different weld joint in a different area. He was also told to fix my rear drum brakes, which did not get done. Upon calling him out via a phone call he asked me to bring it in again. I explained that it is an inconvenience of finding another ride to work and such. He offered to "have one of his guys ride me to work." No thanks. I got a partial refund without much effort besides his getting mad on the phone. Why give me money back? Because he did a bad job with low attention to detail and now he regrets being lazy.Take your car anywhere else. Read reviews for local. Sometimes convenience is tempting, but I assure you he is not worth the headache.

I give it a 5 because he's not always out the screw the customer. Hey honey does what is necessary he doesn't add on and he is genuinely a great guy.
