I have been using Shadyside service for years and I don't have a single complaint. Great customer service. And cost has always been fair. They are fast, reliable and high quality. And some of the friendliest people. I loyally drive a distance to get to them rather than go to any of the number of places closer to me. Highly recommend.

I can always count on proper and polite maintenance from these workers. Always friendly and accommodating! I take my 2012 yaris there for all of its oil changes and have had a great experience every time.

OEM parts are a little expensive, but these guys do a good job of making sure you order the right stuff and get what you need. I've ordered a number of things from them and always had a good experience.

Need to schedule review in advance, could be more accommodating for simpler less mechanical problems....like duplicating a key
