The team at Bellasario s auto has always been honest and thorough when caring for my vehicles. I ve trusted their service for years - most recently, my trust was reinforced. I took my vehicle there for a second opinion when Monro quoted $1300 worth of work to pass inspection (brakes, rotors, wheel bearings..). The vehicle needed NONE of it. Thank you Sunny for being a mechanic we can trust!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Got into an accident with full coverage, took it to this shop. Tried to give me back the car they "fixed" 3 separate times when there was still major major issues. They claimed they fixed certain parts on my car per my insurance claim and the parts were never replaced or fixed. Months and months of going back and fourth, having to drive an hour to the shop multiple times, having to get SECOND OPINIONS from OTHER SHOPS, to literally walk them through what needs fixed on my car, still end up with a broken car. I'm now coming out of pocket to replace my entire front suspension and having to pay labor elsewhere because after 3 times of them "fixing" my car, it's still completely shot. Can't even get an inspection done because the car isn't passing.. where's my insurance in all this? NO WHERE. Geico has not even tried to help no matter how many complaints I've sent in. DO NOT SEND YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!

A terrific place that took care of me from start to finish. The tow truck driver recommended the place and I'm glad he did. Everything went swimmingly.

Bellisario's was very easy to work with when it came to convenience and scheduling repairs, but that is nothing compared to the quality of work they provided. I had my front bumper completely refinished, and replaced the front grille on my Audi S5 - the end result was superb and I already plan on having any future repairs completed by this shop. Highly recommended, not to mention very competitive pricing.

Had my car towed here after it died on the Boulevard coming off Crosstown. Jimmy looked at it early that morning and got back to me with the work that needed to be done. Very reasonable cost and timely work. My car was ready the next day! He showed me exactly what had gone wrong when I showed up to pick up my car. I'll definitely be keeping Bellisario's in mind for any future car needs.

Kind and professional service here. Took my car for inspection: Keith found a minor problem and instructed me on what needed to be done. He refused payment and just told me to pay him when I come back next time, since the inspection wasn't done this time.Absolutely recommend this place. They will help you instead of trying to make money off of you.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Trustworthy, competent, reliable and friendly. What more could you want in an auto repair shop? Jimmy and Keith are absolutely superb technicians and they tell it to you straight. No upsalrs or gimmicks. both our niece and daughter attended University of Pittsburgh as students and this is the only place we would trust for them to take their vehicles since we lived out of state.

If you're a fan of exceptional body work at a fair price, you have found your match. My BMW was vandalized recently so I began searching for an auto body shop and found Bellisario's whose rating was perfect. I decided to go for an estimate. The owner looked at the damage and prepared a fair estimate within a matter of minutes. My car was ready when promised and looked like new when I picked it up. I highly recommend this business.

Bellisario's provided excellent service. I took my car to them after having trouble finding a shop to fix my wheel bearing. Initially they told me that they were busy so it would take a week, so imagine my surprise when they called me later that day and told me it was finished! They were very friendly, and prices were very fair.

Bellisario's is a excellent auto body repair shop. You can't even tell where my car was hit. I went to several places and they all just wanted to replace parts, which means $$$$, Bellisario's repaired the damage without replacing parts, so therefore saving me $$ and it looks fabulous!! Jimmy is amazing. I had a flat tire. My neighbor pumped it up enough to get to Bellasario's. In, and out of the shop, within 30 mins. So very grateful for their awesome work! Thank you.

I had some insurance work done at their shop on Childs St. (just around the corner from the Blvd location). My car hasn't looked this good in a while! They also took the time to clean the car inside and out upon completion of the body work. The turnaround time was pretty good, too. The front bumper and every panel on the driver's side needed body work and repainting. I dropped it off on a Friday and they had it done in 10 days (one week from the Tuesday after I dropped it off). They even waived the difference between what the insurance company paid and the estimate for the damage. Saved me a little over $100 out of pocket!

Got my front bumper replaced. After being a week late from the originally estimate I got there and they had painted it the wrong shade of white and put it back on the car like I wouldn't notice. It took another 3 days to get the car back. When I did finally get it back my windshield wiper fluid pump was reversed and if I triggered for my front windshield to get windshield wiper fluid my rear would trigger and vice versa. Don't go here unless you have a fancy car. If you look like an average dude with a average car they could give two sh its about you.

I have gotten repair quotes from other places for thousands of dollars, and bellisarios always tells me what the other places lied about, what actually needs to be fixed, and they do great work for a fraction of the price. This has happened to me 3+ times. I tell everyone go to bellisarios, the only mechanic I trust.

Joe bellisario is in the business of robbing people. He is a member of AAA so don't buy it when he says that there is no warranty, he has to have one through AAA. I took him to court and he forged my mileage in front of a judge that I'm sure he knew. He had to get his high profile lawyer to try to stop me as I appealed and pursued him in civil court. It took them over a year to try to stop me. He and his criminal lawyer couldn't do it but finally they did since his lawyer knew everyone and the judge. I cannot believe how they won with no evidence of any receipts of the parts they supposedly ordered when my car broke down the second time after spending 2,300.00 the first time then 1,500.00 the second time in less than 2,000 miles and 5 months later. It was the same part of the engine that he worked on the first time. Many mechanics I had spoken to said it was all BS. When he was cross examined by his lawyer I asked him why, when he was court compelled and court ordered to produce all the receipts for the parts of my car that he had to order, why he didn't have them, he said that they just throw them away after the customer leaves. Isn't that called contempt of court? This guy is above the law I swear. I even think that the judge works for him. I couldn't help laughing all night long after that statement.....and it was in front of a jury too! We went back the next day and I cannot believe that the jury voted his way. I had of all the original receipts and his AAA membership warranty submitted as evidence along with specs to my engine. It's not what you know it's who you know. Oh and the jury was very suspicious too....but that's another can of worms. The bottom line is that he has a system in place to rob you and he is covered by his criminal lawyer so you can't win, because frankly I feel that his is a criminal himself. I loved every minute of suing him. He paid for the damages with time and money spent on his lawyer for little ole me. Doesn't he realize that bad news travels fast in the hair business? He's worried about his reputation when word of mouth is the worst since we can discuss everything in detail? What else do you think us cosmetologists get paid to do? And thank God for the internet to advise people. He has no clue. Our judicial system is very corrupt as well. I found that to be the most disappointing part of it all. Just avoid his place at all costs.....or it will cost you.....no pun intended. Thanks for listening.

Jimmy at Bellisarios is the best. Simply put he is one of the best individuals you will find in Pittsburgh. He takes care of all of my repairs, inspections, and gives truly honest advice for when things need fixing. Truly a great guy and a great friend.

I was visiting Pittsburgh and had car trouble in the snow. Bellisario s was so generous, they squeezed me in and were able to get me fixed up enough to get home. Cannot recommend them enough!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I m from out of town but was visiting my sister who lives in the area. Went to pull out of my spot and my car started making a bad scraping sound. Turns out it was something that was coming off the bottom of my car that was rubbing against the tire, they removed it and didn t charge me. Great people!

Good people. I wanted my brakes replaced and they noticed I could get inspected early. They also informed me I could go 6 more months and then replace the brakes

They have been fixing my cars for the past three years, and as a college student Jim always makes sure my vehicle is safe and correctly repaired. I refuse to take my car anywhere else!!

Terrible customer service. I called to schedule an appointment and was hung up on instantly! I called back again and was able to schedule. The owner was then extremely rude and ignored me on purpose when I arrived. I ve been a customer a few times before but I ll be looking elsewhere from now on.
