Keith, the representative that helped me was a huge help, and explained every problem I had with my car in detail and showed extraordinary knowledge in his field. The service was spot on and the shop noticed many things that needed to be performed on my car without trying to jip me. I also had my car back in a timely manor. I recommend this shop to anyone whom reads this

I found a flat tire one morning this week, and gave them a call after AAA came around to pump it up, to see if they could have a look that afternoon. They could, found a nail in it, patched it, and sent me on my way about 2-3 hours later. It's the second time they've helped--both times friendly, wonderfully prompt, and completely reasonable price. Everyone in my neighborhood goes there--sorry it took me so long to follow their advice.

Outstanding Business!!These folks never disappoint! You always get solid, rational advice, with clear options and their price tags. All work I've had done there has been professional and reliable. Never an issue, no surprises, and the work gets done in a timely fashion. Bravo!

Had an issue with my check engine and traction control. Was recommended to this place by a friend and I m very pleased with the service. Fast and friendly. They re a little pricey but that s my only issue. Would recommend

This is my second time using Baum Boulevard Automotive. I called them to try to get my car in for an emergency/same-day appointment the day before Thanksgiving as it was making a screeching noise just as I needed to get on the road. They were able to squeeze me in, quickly diagnose the problem, order a part, and fix it so it was safe to drive all by close of business. This allowed me to drive it to visit family hours away. The staff is very helpful. Brett and Ryan at the front desk did a nice job of explaining what was wrong with the car in a way I could understand. I can tell they value loyal customers and are thoughtful and caring with the work they do! Thanks, guys! Will be using this shop for my future service needs.

This place did decent work and showed me pictures of the different issues my car had when I got the safety and emissions inspections done. However, they will nickel and dime you for every penny they can. They charged me $15.00 to put on my new PA license plate (student that just moved) and did not even put it on correctly! A friend that had the proper tools had take the plate off because it wasn't screwed in properly and then put the cover on the rear plate that they never did. Because the wasn't looked at until the end of the day when they were closing (it had been there since before 9 am as I had class), I could not discuss the matter with anyone. It was uncalled for and unprofessional (not looking at the car timely which then caused other issues). This has not given them a good rep amongst the students at a nearby university. I will not be returning because despite it being close, I can't help but wonder what else they overcharged me for.

Having a 10+ yr old car, there's always something to be done - BBA is my go-to place for annual inspection, oil change, and whatever needs to be updated. Their staff is knowledgeable and are friendly and informative, taking the time to explain not only what might need to be replaced or repaired, but the details of why. These guys are wonderful. They were able to squeeze me in to check out my AC. Ryan and Brett were very down to earth and honest. I had a big issue with my AC system and they were nice and clear about what was going on and whether it would be worthwhile to repair it. They really care for their customers and aren t afraid of taking the time to explain what s going on. I ll be going back here for any work I need done on my car from now on.

We had an upcoming vacation trip, but the car was not handling correctly. Baum quickly found the problem and remedied it. I trust them completely after they have always given me great advice. Importantly, cost containment is also always on their minds.

Ryan and Andrew were both fantastic - they kept me well informed as to their progress and any issues that came up, and the process of scheduling an appointment was smooth and easy. I made an appointment after my s/o had gone to them last year (they fixed a serious mess that PepBoys across the street had left her with!), and I couldn't be happier.Baum Boulevard Automotive has very quickly earned my trust and respect, and I'll be a returning customer for sure.

I have been using Baum Blvd. Automotive for years and was just looking over my recent receipt thinking - gosh I love these guys. I needed new wiper blades and my friends were like "don't pay for them to install them, just go to whatever whatever auto place and they do it for free". Well Baum didn't charge me either. And they are always so nice, so respectful, and so honest. They have easy drop off service and even easy pick-up service. They are quick, they are responsive, and their service is excellent (not to mention they always fix my car!) so although I'm not usually a "review writer" for anything, I thought I should write one for these guys. Thanks for always being awesome. My car battery was dead when I tried to leave work one day, so I needed a new one. I thought, no problem since there was a Pepboys within walking distance, only to find out that they "only do service work." I decided to take a chance and walk over to Baum Blvd Auto. Not only did they sell me a battery, they gave me a ride back to my car with it. I can't express how impressed I was with their doing that extra service for me. 5 stars plus...

Friendly, fair, and honest. Towed my junker there after it died in the middle of the freeway and after their diagnostics showed the car was done for, they called a salvage guy to give me an appraisal for scrapping the car. Clear communication the entire time didn t try to nickel and dime me to death or push repairs that I didn t really need/wouldn t be worth the money long-term.

I had a wonderful experience with Baum Blvd automotive. They were able to fit me in a week after I called (other places were scheduled out 2-3 weeks). I am not super familiar with cars, but thought general maintenance needed tire rotation and realignment, however, the guys behind the counter were very knowledgeable about what needed to be checked at what time/mileage for my car, and said that I probably didn t need that service (can you imagine? A car shop that talks you OUT of services you don t need??). They did general annual maintenance, and recommended changes for my mileage, which included wiper blades that are apparently pretty specific to my cars year/make/model. I felt they were very respectful and made me feel welcome and informed instead of demeaned/taken advantage of as a woman dropping off her car. The only improvements I would have is that they only had me down for inspection when I had clearly asked for annual maintenance over the phone, which meant I needed to leave my car overnight, okay, but not optimal. Their lobby also smells like aerosol paint to me? Do not come to this shop! Generally, I have a very bad experience with their service. I had my car serviced at this place last year for the timing belt, it cost me more than $1200. After I drove for about 1 month, the belt connected to the alternator and power steering wheel was sheared off during a normal driving, which put our safety at great danger without the control of the steering wheel. I have to pay to tow my car to this place for the repairs, don t mention the time that I can t drive just before the Christmas! Something was definitely wrong with their repair when they changed the timing belt in my car. I have also replaced the two front joints control arms back in 2017 for about $900, now with less than 20000 miles, one control arm has broken, which can normally last a very long time for about 90000 miles. After talking over the phone about this issue, they let me come to their shop to have a look, but when I arrived, the manager just simply refused to do anything, even look at my car or stand up from his seat! I know it s out of the warranty, but the attitude is just unacceptable! They must have used some cheap and low quality parts but charged expensive repair fees! I will never go to this place and don t recommend anyone to go there!

I have used Baum Boulevard Automotive twice now to service my vehicle and both times have been excellent experiences. Brett does a fantastic job communicating all of the issues my vehicle has in an objective way, and leaves me to decide what I want or do not want. I do not feel pressured to buy services or feel like I'm getting the run around like I have at mechanics before. This shop did a great job on servicing my Subaru, and everyone was helpful and professional. I brought in the car with multiple issues and was contacted by Ryan who provided a thorough diagnosis of each problem as well as a breakdown of the planned repairs. The quoted time frame and cost was spot on and afterwards the car is running like new again, with the check engine light and noises gone. I recently got my car inspected here. The front desk workers were so nice and the technician I checked in with was great. I dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up that evening. They even scheduled me for an oil change. Keep in mind that you won't be able to pick up your vehicle over the weekend.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this shop. I originally took my vehicle here for an inspection. The price was fair, and a sheet was printed out with things that may need repairs in the future.Furthermore, my vehicle had been having an issue with a rough idle for quite a while that no one could seem to fix. The shop agreed to take a look at it to see if they could figure out the issue and called me before performing the repair so I could authorize it - something I greatly appreciated, as I've had shops "forget" to do so before. The repairs were slightly under the anticipated quote and the car has been behaving much better ever since.I highly recommend this shop. Overall, the inspection went smoothly; however, after looking at the bill I noticed several egregious mistakes in billing. After charging for the customary cash grabs: washer fluid, wiper blades, "shop supplies," AND the transaction fee, our bill came out to $38.65. But they didn't stop there! Instead, they charged an ExtrA $60 "labor fee" on top of the "parts fee," plus tax. Note: tax was applied to the transaction fee and the washer fluid was filled beforehand.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I had to get a large amount of work done on the brakes on my car unexpectedly this week, which is a stressful thing to deal with, but the team here made it as painless as it could be. I brought the car in and they took a look right away. Brett was very kind and explained everything to me clearly, and they had everything fixed in 24 hours.
