My spouse and I purchased a vehicle from Baierl Subaru in 2019, and we were recently back to purchase another after ours was totaled. From the first visit, everyone we interacted with made our experience smooth and unfussy. Michael G. always gave a warm welcome at the front desk, and Michael S. walked us through comparing an Impreza and a Crosstrek. We never felt pressured to make one decision over another, and greatly appreciated his transparency. Jordan made the final paperwork very comprehensive, and Ryan gave a thorough overview of all the buttons and gadgets in our new vehicle. We left feeling confident in our decision, and welcome another opportunity to work with these individuals and Baierl Subaru again!

Update:There was an out-of-box failure on one of the parts on my new short block that took a while to diagnose. All the work and replacements were done free of charge until the issue was found and resolved. The loaner vehicles I needed in the meantime were also supplied free of charge, and their interior detailing work is excellent.I also got a better explanation of what was going on when reaching out to the service manager.-------Original review below-------I took my car in for a routine inspection and fuel induction service, which was recommended to me. A day later, the car started idling rough and stalling a day later. The tachometer was bouncing all over the place for any operation other than steady state driving. They could not get my car back in for service for another 1-2 weeks.Once the car did get back into their service department, I was told that the issue was simply due to the "ECU needing reset due to the fuel induction service". They performed the reset and gave me my car back. The engine issues resumed the next day.This time they told me the issue was likely caused by the injectors, so they installed a new set which still did not solve the problem.Next I was told that there was a "noise coming from the engine", that the "tech found an internal failure", and that I would need a new/remanufactured engine in order to resolve this. I did not get any further details on what the issue was beyond this vague explanation.I had to contact Subaru Customer Advocacy and open a case number. Subaru Corporate agreed to pay for a significant chunk of the engine, to their credit. However, Baierl still required me to cover over $5000 worth of labor/parts for an issue that very much seems like it was caused by something they did.For what it is worth, the service representatives are friendly and professional. However, the actual quality of support service seems questionable given my recent experience, and their quotes are consistently lower than the final charges. Baierl seems to have gone downhill since being bought by Lithia Motors.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Always have an amazing experience at the service center here. I drive a lot for work so I get my oil changed about every 3 months. Young and Ashley are super helpful, Ashley even remembered a question I had 3 months ago about detailing my interior and got Joe to come help me. Joe is the man, he is extremely knowledgeable about detailing cars and offers help everytime with a big smile. I bought my 22 Legacy Touring XT here because I got a great deal on it, but I keep coming back because they treat you well and your business matters to them.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

We made an appointment for an oil change, scheduled for 2:00 PM.we have been getting our routine maintenance here for over 1 year. We have always had appointments for routine service here, not sure if they changed the policy or not but 0/10 service now for sure. Drove all the way there and was told they do not honor appointments and it is first come first serve. I wouldn t recommend them for services. Sales process was great getting the Subaru Outback, but I wouldn t get any work done here. A typical oil change can take 2 hours and even with an appointment it is first come first serve. Definitely will not be coming back anymore.Service: Auto maintenance

I had to fight to get my seat heater replacement covered by Subaru. It was the 3rd time my seat heater has been replaced in the 4 years that I've owned my Crosstrex. After getting approval, I then waited 9 months for the part to come in. When notified, I made an appointment to have it replaced. I drove the 1/2 hour to Bairl on my day off, only to find that they sent the part back! They gave me a rental car to drive home, and I had to drive back out to Bairl on my next day off, the following week, to pick up my car. They apologized, then they sent me an invoice for the turnpike tolls acquired driving back and forth to their shop with the rental car ...nice.

Terrible customer service. They would say one thing and multiple times they didn t follow through. They held my car for 2 months and never touched it. Unfair negotiations. They offered me 2,500 for a trade in. Gave me 12 hours to think about it and then lowered their offer to 1000. After spending 4,000 to get my vehicle to pass inspection and it still doesn t work. Completely unfair. Completely unsatisfied.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I had a tow hitch installed and I unfortunately arrived a week earlier than scheduled however they still were able to fit me in! Thanks Young for your superior customer service and for being so accommodating!! 5 Stars to you!

The staff was courteous and professional. Therexwasxa power outage when I was there, and they kept those of us waiting up to date and informed. I got my car back and settled the bill the next day without any problems.

The gentlemen who assisted me getting my car serviced were professional and courteous. They set my expectations appropriately with regard to how much time it would take. It helped me decide whether I would like the option to wait or use the shuttle service.

The service department at this location is frustrating. I bought the car here and have had all service performed at this location. Over the years they keep getting bigger and bigger and try to "streamline" the process but it's counterintuitive/not working. I call the service department to schedule an oil change and they tell me i can't (when someone actually picks up the phone) -- they tell me its a quick service thing. So when i go to get said oil change without an appointment its a 2 hour wait. I try to be a loyal customer but you make it difficult. Sadly i will give my business to another location when the time comes to get a new Subaru. Love the brand just not this service department.

I brought my car in for a warranty repair without an appointment (car had to be towed to the dealership). They provided me with a loaner car, and were able to fit me into their very busy schedule. It took a few days for the warranty company to approve the repair, and Baierl (Zach) called me each day to keep me updated on the status until it was approved. I have had very good experiences at Baierl Subaru and highly recommend it.

Awesome call center at Service department, easy to book a time, simplely drive in with no appointment needed for oil change and tire rotation, quick state inspection check. Safety plastic shields/dividers and obligatory face mask policy! Great all around!

My air conditioning stopped working and I called for an appointment. The woman there would only give me an appointment for over 2 weeks from now. I explained how very hot the car rides were and almost begged for an earlier appointment.Seems they are busy with multiple recalls.Never asked for a favor from this business before, despite having bought two cars there .I definitely will never buy another

They really listen to you. Maddie was excellent when I discussed my battery problem over the phone. Then Zack took exceptional care of me when I arrived for EXPRESS service. Zack also agreed to incorporate a needed H-K infotainment software upgrade while I was there, so I would not have to return in April for my pre-scheduled, separate appointment. Despite the added service, I was back on the road in about an hour. Fantastic!!

I went in for an express oil change, during the multi point inspection they noticed my battery was deficient. Since I am still under warranty, they replaced the battery at no charge. Even if I had to pay full price for a battery it would Be money well spent, not to be stranded because of a dead battery. A big thumbs up for a Baierl Subaru Customer service does come first at the Baierl Subaru.

Terrible experience. The most disorganized dealership I've ever seen. No customer parking, no logic to layout, like models not sitting together and extremely tight driving through the lot. Was told this was typical for a Monday. I didn't go in the showroom due to the mess in the lot.

I waited for my car while being serviced, the waiting room was clean and comfortable. I had a free cup of coffee while I got caught up with my email. I only was there for about an hour and a half.

Baierl has always treated me right, both Subaru and Toyota dealerships. Recent work done on my Subaru was hundreds of dollars cheaper than other dealerships and independent garages. When I mentioned the price difference to the other "#1" dealership, they didn't believe me.Baierl has really earned my trust over the years. I'll continue to use them for car sales and service.

I showed up when service department opened first thing in morning and during a mad rush, I was quickly greeted and car whisked to be repaired. Repairs completed quicker than expected and employees were very professional.
