We bought a new Forrester here and had a mixed experience. Our salesperson was great, but the money guy not so much.When we came to pick the car up we had to obviously sign everything and write a check. The finance guy we did it with simply would not stop pressuring us to purchase an extended warranty.The first 3 times we politely said to thank you. Then he pulled up the cars currently in their shop and pointed out that they re all in there for electrical issues that would only be covered by the extended warranty. That was walked back when we said that info makes us reconsider if we should sign at all.He still pressed us several more times until eventually I said we ve already given you our answer multiple times. It s no. We want to sign the papers, give you a check, and leave with our car. If you bring up the extended warranty one more time then we will get up and leave. The car, and Subarus in general = great!

I had an excellent experience. Everything from the test drive to the financing was done with professionalism and care. Patrick went above and beyond to explain all the features and to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle. I love my new Subaru Outback!

Friendly, knowledgable sales person (Karl) was honest and straightforward in his manner. Everyone treated us with respect and kindness. Did not feel any pressure to expedite a deal, which was appreciated. Have already been recommending Baierl Subaru to our acquaintances and we absolutely love our Legacy!

I can probably count on one hand the amount of reviews I ve written, but the experience was that good. I ve always had an amazing experience at the service center and after nearly 11 years of owning my Subaru Legacy, it was time to visit the sales side and upgrade. Michael assisted me on looking at various models and was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I decided on the 2024 Outback Touring and couldn t be happier. Kara on the finance side was also incredibly kind and efficient and answered all my questions. Both got excited with me once the deal was final even though this is what they do every day. When I bought my first Subaru at a different dealership I had a very poor experience so this complete 180 was refreshing. I would send anyone here for service or a new car!

The staff treated me like family. Without hesitation I was provided a loaner vehicle and they fixed my car within 24 hours. Everyone was very nice and understanding, even though we were there so late in the day (like 4pm ) The loaner vehicle was an upgrade. I would definitely recommend the Subaru Outback. Thanks so much, I really appreciated the excellent service!

We had been having battery drain issues for almost 4 years. Subaru sent out a letter regarding this issue and a warranty extension for the DCM module. We were able to make an appointment right away. Our Service Advisor, Zach Blystone was phenomenal. He kept us informed of the testing that the technician was doing and updated us throughout the entire process. Zach asked if we could leave our car a second day so they could be sure that their troubleshooting would solve the issue . In the end, they did a factory reset and replaced our battery at no cost to us. We were very impressed with Zach and his attention to detail and his professionalism. We would definitely recommend Zach and Baierl Subaru to our friends and family.

My start: I came in for my 30,000 check up. Zach made mention that he was sorry about my accident and asked if I was doing better. I thought THAT'S customer service. I sincerely thought what a kind gesture.I missed returning my loaner by minutes. I returned the loaner the very next day, Saturday. I was not charged.I later had to return because I hadn't cleared the back seat. Everything was there. I even found my Bank ATM card that I had no idea I had dropped.I know I drove the staff nuts. They keep cool. Keeping me calm. Great job.

Great service! I love the videos the technicians take to show and explain items that need attention. Advisor was also fantastic as well as the parts employee that helped me pick out my tires. Highly recommend!

I ve always had a great experience here, and this last time the service rep was able to fit me in for other services I hadn t scheduled. The only issue was scheduling through the app, it only scheduled me for an oil change, not the maintenance I thought it had. I recommend scheduling directly with the shop instead of the app.

The service department is not what it used to be. Took my Outback there recently to put on new tires and perform state inspection. Dropped the car off in the morning, and never heard from Zach all day. My attempts to get in touch using several listed numbers (voice and text) went nowhere. Eventually, got hold of Zach the next day (late afternoon) to learn that the car was ready for pickup the day I dropped it off. Apparently, Zach had my cell number mixed up. I did get an initial notification via text right after I dropped my car off, so this seems fishy. Besides, they have my second contact number and the email.What's worse, I found the driver door got dinged, probably while sitting on their parking lot. Moreover, for several weeks since, I had the check tire pressure light come up over and over again.Given all that mess and the fact that the exact same tires were 1.5 times cheaper elsewhere (with installation and alignment, and with better road harard warranty), bringing my Outback to Baierl turned out to be a big mistake.

I really like the brand. They serviced my car pretty quickly in terms of oil change. My only gripe is the guys who were in the service area and asked me twice is the oil change included in my plan. Without being knowledgeable enough to look up my Vin number or name and find that it s fine cause I have the paperwork now in my glove compartment. It is included in the plan. I purchased extra.

Baierl is dependable. Knowledgeable staff.However very expensive. I made and appointment at 8am. It doesn't matter if you bring your car early. If you bring your vehicle and you stay. Most likely the work will get done sooner. But when you leave your vehicle the disadvantages you might not get your car that evening. That's unbecoming and misinformation to a customer. Or lack of information.The company does guarantee its work. My car is clean. I just am uncomfortable with the expense. But I do love the My Subaru vehicle!

Sure, everyone is perfectly friendly and nice and helpful and courteous when you're buying a car. Long term service is atrocious. If they owe you a refund on anything...good luck getting that money back. I cant even get a phone call returned.I've called the finance department multiple times over the past month. Never once has anyone picked up. Left multiple voicemails, and never a call back.Very bad service. Very unprofessional.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Baierl Subaru. They called me at my service time to confirm why I brought my car in. The technician recorded the walkthrough of the inspection and pointed out the problem areas that needed attention. They also provided a website listing what needed to be fixed, the cost, and gave me the choice to approve or decline the repairs. The experience was great.

Baierl is the best place in the Pittsburgh area to service your Subaru, just like everyone says on Reddit. A new car is a big investment nowadays, you can trust Baierl to take care of yours.I had an unusual request for my 2024 Legacy (updating to the latest software, despite no issues or recalls). A different dealership I bought my car from didn't know what to do, but Baierl took care of it quickly. Ziyang was honest, respectful, and knowledgeable. Will be coming back for all my future service needs.

The work was done by the end of the work day. I got a phone call with the results of the review of the car and things that needed to be addressed in addition to the service requested. I approved some and delayed another. When I picked up the car, the service rep went through the things that were and weren t (those that I delayed) done. The rep suggested that the delayed work be accomplished within the next 6 months. Thanks to all involved.

The service was very quick, and the staff members were very courteous. If you are the new Subaru owner, they send you the coupon for 6000-miles check-up, so make sure to bring it along for your service!

The oil change was hopefully ok, but they messed with the tires and the PSI icon has been showing up on the dashboard with different number for each tire and the number fluctuate as we are driving. We never had this problem until whoever messed with the tires. Since the service department did this they need to correct it.

I always have a good experience at Baierl Subaru. Anna VITALE was so helpful. My new phone got synced to my Crosstrek and I was able to get my remote starter re-engaged. I ve already used it. I went in for oil change.

Bought a used Subaru Crosstrek. From them. It always seemed sluggish, when driving it. One day the car wouldn't go. I had it towed to them. They found the problem and repaired it. I had them keep the car, for more than a week. To make sure it was OKEven though the used car warranty had expired. They did the repair for no chargeThe car runs better than it ever did. I am very happy with it now.

Bought a brand new 2024 Subaru crosstrek recently. Not good interest rates right now country wide and I understand that, but I got an email the day I bought the car with a promotion they have going on, it would have cut my interest rate in half. When I asked them about it all they said that it s impossible to change it now. Would have been nice to know this information before signing the papers. They just decided to hide that deal/information from us? A bit disappointed to what could have been a good experience

I left my car the night before the appointment, placing my key in the envelope and wrote that I requested inspection, oil change, and no added windshield washer fluid. I never got the oil change, so I have to go back and spend time waiting for a not-so-express oil change. Also, the auto is usually returned after a car wash not this time. And no text response from the desk guy when I asked about these items.The good news is that the service crew discovered that I needed new wheel bearings before major damage occurred.
