Had to jump start my car this morning, and I was worried that I'd need to replace the battery. Auto Zone gave me a quote over the phone within minutes and told me which location had the battery in stock for my car model. When I got there, they tested it for free! They were very busy, but very polite and fast! I had tried calling Walmart and Pep Boys, but Auto Zone was the most helpful with a more reasonable price. I'm definitely calling Auto Zone first next time I have a car concern!

Excellent customer service. The person I spoke with recommended Meguiar's car cleaning cloths over Armor All, the more popular option because- Armor All isn't sealed- Dries out really quick TL;DR he was right.You can't beat good folks with good advice. There's a quote on the back of the package: reflect your passions. Not a bad piece of advice from a wayward cleansing cloth.

We rolled in with a dead battery late in the evening to find a store playing excellent music and a helpful staff. A very nice man then came out into the bitter cold with us and replaced said battery and we were on our way in half an hour, delayed only by how annoying battery replacement is on a Kia.Worth remembering if you're coming down a mountain and your electrical system abruptly starts shutting down!

They're helpful and well stocked but the other day I went to get a belt and the whole crew was out front smoking, which is fine but I had to walk through a cloud of cigarettes smoke before going into the store. Smoke breaks are fine but take em away from the main entrance

It was flooding outside and my wiper blades tore up. The gentleman working was super nice and helpful and changed them even though it was raining.

This is where I shop for the tools and parts I need to fix my vehicle so I may keep offering such detailed reviews. Their stock is plentiful, their store is tidy, and the parts they have found for me in the back have all matched my vehicle every time. They are busy at times, but that is to be expected from a parts store, and they are always kind to their customers as far as I can tell. They offer a paperless service, which I use to cut costs and keep my order details all in one place.

The manager there is really rude and looks like he hates his job and being a manager I expected for him to be professional.Apart from the manager the workers are really nice and helpful but they should get a new manager who really enjoys his job.

Recently had a battery replaced here by the guys at AutoZone, they were fast and very professional. I ever had an issue with another product that they replaced for me, highly recommend.

Jason and Jeremy made our customer experience positive and memorable! They were both very helpful, respectful and made us feel that they truly cared about making sure we were safe on the road. We will continue to come back to this location as long as they are working here. It's employees like these that will make or break your business. I'm sure they both deserve a raise to make sure they stay at this store.

Caught them at the end of the day so that's fair to them. I'd be tired too. I did get exactly what I needed and they provided "guidance" for stuff beyond just the part. I.E. if you're doing a break job get silicon lube for your slide caliper pins...

I stopped in to see if they could install a lightbulb for my driver's side headlight. Mark, the store manager, pulled the part and installed the light in 5 minutes. He refused the tip I offered him. This store has won my loyalty. It will be my first stop for parts going forward. Great service and friendly staff.On my second visit Michael and Carmen used an on board diagnostic device to determine why my engine light was on. They printed the diagnostic report and didn't even charge me. Carmen and Michael are the type of people that make companies great!!

I stopped by to grab a tail light because mine was out. I told the staff member, Jason G, that I wasn t sure what kind of light I needed and not only did he come out to my car and help me figure it out, he also replaced the broken tail light for me! He gave me great tips about greasing the light and tightened the area to prevent water and other things from getting in. He definitely went above and beyond, especially since it was 92 degrees outside! And my dad will be happy that I am not bugging him to help me change it :) Thank you Jason!

This is my go-to store when something isn t working or a warning light comes on.Bottom line is I trust them. They have diagnostic equipment and years of experience. They ve always been willing to step outside, look over the vehicle s issue and offer solid advice.It s also nice when do things like install a battery. Special tanks today to Jeremy, the Parts Manager, who helped me figure an issue with my car.Great service always is appreciated and is a reason why I shop here.

Thank you Mark the store manager my Knight in shining armor you went above and beyond I can't thank you enough for adding oil ,changing headlights and windshield wipers not even accepting a tip and making me a priority . I will definitely be a return customer

This Guy Mike N. He really gave me the Royal treatment. I needed brake pads. He got them right away. Got the right ones. Got me the grease. Made sure I had the harnesses. Everything went super smooth

Went here after going to every other parts store, they are open till 10pm which is great because everywhere else is closed. And Trisha and Jeremy both helped us out tremendously! They were a joy to talk to and would recommend going here all the time!! They know what they are doing!! Thank you again for helping get us what we need :) super friendly staff!!

Always happy to 'get into the zone' at this location. Amazing inventory means I seldom have to order the part I need 'right now'. Staff is very helpful and will find you a variety of the same part without trying to push the more expensive one. The rewards program is great and has saved me alot of money on several occasions.

Jason at the Monroeville store was awesome. I called another location and got incorrect information concerning my battery warranty but Jason and his team honored the warranty and got me a new a new battery in record time.

Went for a tail light replacement. Had a bit of a struggle using their system to figure out which bulb we needed, but got lucky that one of the managers had a similar car to mine. Jay and Eric were a tremendous help and I have no doubt I'll return. Also, open 24hrs, which you really can't beat

I came to the store for a pcv valve at 10:30 pm knowing that the store closes at 11pm and the doors were locked and I could see a kid stocking shelves in the back. I knocked on the door for the next 15 minutes but the kid continued to ignore me and never opened up the store during BUISNESS HOURS

I had to purchase a battery for a Chevy Traverse. Now it wasn't the hardest job, but sure wasn't the easiest. The young man last name Byrd said to me "let's get her done". He was polite, professional and very upbeat. I appreciate someone going above and beyond the simplest of things.

Called the Pittsburg hub and spoke to the rudest manager who wouldn t even look up my order to help me track it down. I will never ever use this company again. They are the most unreliable and have the some of the rudest people I have ever spoke with. I would never never never recommend this business for ANYTHING

Excellent service , professional and polite personnel. I recommend A.Z. to everyone I can when given the chance .I've shipped the Penn hills Auto Zone 99% of the time for my parts needs. I have only had to return a single part since this store opened its doors. Alternator for taurus didn't work after three attempts.
