I purchased 2 headlight bulbs and I was delighted that the store manager (I'm sorry, he told me his name and I forget) installed them for me at no cost. Everyone at the store was super-friendly and got me what I needed.

Good place. Admittedly I usually go to advanced auto as it is closer, but these guys had better prices on a wheel bearing I needed. Good loyalty program as well. Check them out. Follow for more....

I usually have had good experiences at this location. I recently went there to have my battery checked. The gentleman who conducted by battery check was not pleasant and barely acknowledged me when he said my battery was fine as he walked away. He was discussing another employee doing something he didn't seem to like when I entered the store. He did not appear to be in a good mood from the start. I will more than likely go back to this location but will not deal with this gentleman again in the future.

I asked an employee (might have been manager?) for help figuring out what windshield wipers I needed for my car (I am a woman who doesn't know about cars) and the slimeball tried to have me buy the most expensive ones, didn't tell me there were other options at all, only showed me the $40 wipers even after I was clearly stressing about the cost.After I asked questions I realized what he was doing and told him I didn't appreciate it. I live paycheck to paycheck and am simply trying to get by, so yeah that very much upset me.He tried to get me to pay $80 total for windshield wipers, I ended up buying the cheaper ones for $15 total. I dont know if they get commission or what but it was scummy and it really put me off this location and autozone in general. Don't go here if you're a woman who doesn't know about cars, they will try to scam you. I just wanted honest help and didn't receive that at all.

I ordered front and rear brakes and rotors for my vehicle in the package that they offered and had them shipped. The front and rear brakes were fine, the front rotors were fine; however, the rear rotors did not fit my vehicle. I took the rear rotors and brakes back to AutoZone and Scott and Mike were wonderful and helping me replace the incorrect rotors with the correct ones. I would definitely have these guys help me in the future.

Extremely helpful and excellent service. Helped me diagnose why the engine check light came on, and how much parts would cost. Great recommendations on what parts to choose, and helped me put on those tricky wiper blades.

Went here this morning after getting no where with another auto parts place ,Auto zone 's service worker Mike helped me right away fixed my problem and I was all good . And he even came out in the rain to fix my car, Thanks Mike and Auto Zone ,I feel much safer driving back on the road again . Best place Everrrrrrr!

Come here for a replacement battery. Luckily I was under warranty so it cost me $0 since replacing it here 2 years ago.Roland was great and efficient. Tested my battery and checked that I was under the 3 year warranty. In and out in about 15 minutes.Will continue to come back here for my parts and cleaning supplies.

the staff here is made up of RUDE men. they give you attitudes when you ask ANYTHING. one just refused to run a check engine light scan on my car because it s lightly raining and he ain t going out to get wet. and then tried to make me do it myself when i told him i didn t know how. overpriced parts and a rude, disrespectful staff.

I use this location,, great location,, very professional,, the staff is always willing to help,, the parking is very good,, they have a great stock of parts,, great pricing,, very clean store,, aways a lot of staff on hand,, they also have awesome floor selection,,I recommend this location to everyone,,

Update: got my battery swapped here last month. It's been running smooth. Came back for some cleaner to detail my interior with. Really happy with how it's looking :)

Ok...but so SLLLLOOOOOOWWWWW. Seems like they prefer hiring seriously old staff who take 15 mins per customer figuring out the register, or maybe they are chronically understaffed?? .. The store would be fine except every time I'm here there's only 3-4 people in line but it still takes forever to get anything. Today is the same. 5 people in line and it's like 20 mins to get out of here.If you're in a hurry go to Advance in Etna. You can get In and out fast there.

Went there to have my battery replaced. It only took Scotty about 20 minutes from the minute I walked in to when I turned the key to leave. His customer service and expertise made my visit perfect. Thanks very much, Scotty!

The staff was very helpful and as any AutoZone, it has most everything that you would need to do routine maintenance on your vehicle. And if you have any questions, they are usually able to help you make a decision.

I don't know the first thing about changing a headlight. Big thanks to the very kind sales associate who found what I needed and immediately installed it on my car while I was at the store. It might seem small, but that level of service (and allowing me to avoid a trip to the mechanic) earns my customer loyalty all day! Thank you!

I had a great experience at this Autozone and I'll be back. On Sunday 4/25 My fiance and I had been searching for over a week for brake lines for my 2005 Ford Focus. We needed to replace 2 lines and could not identify the parts due to rust weld and damage to the lines. We had been to several locations and no one had been able or willing to assist us. We met Dawn (I believe she is the parts manager) and she was so willing to help and was so friendly. That alone goes a long way with me, but she also happens to drive the same car as me and was able to provide some insight and she understood what we were looking for. She went above and beyond to help my fiance find the parts we needed, the right fittings, and trouble shoot with us. This was the best experience I've had at ANY parts store and I've been to many. She sincerely deserves a raise. She spent probably an hour and a half going back and forth with us discussing, giving suggestions, made a phone call or two to help answer questions. She is an invaluable employee and as someone who works in customer service, I really hope she is valued here. She really was exceptional. She turned our bad week around and we were able to get our brake lines fixed. If you see this, Thank you so much Dawn. Kurt and I can't thank you enough for your help.

First off, got a great price. But that's not why I'll be coming back to this AutoZone. Chris W. was just the most helpful person. He had knowledge of the products and was able to fit together a custom solution for me and my '09 Civic. The quality of service is why I choose a retail location, good job and great work!

With this being a main hub store. Usually just about anything you need is in stock. With that this is my go to place when it comes to late night screw ups. This is the latest part store your able to go to at night. And service is generally quick. Large rental selection. Hand tools are of good quality. And they stand with there warranty on party's

Great customer service! I stopped in pretty late on a Sunday night and Chelsea was super helpful. She got me the wiper blades I needed and installed them for me even though it was cold and kind of rainy out and she was almost closed.

Today my battery died. I got it started thanks to a stranger that helped me. I immediately went to this auto zone and told them I think I need a new battery. I wasn t sure how old mine is because it already had the battery when I bought it used. I knew the battery terminal wasn t good but I didn t think anything of it. The guy that helped me never tested my battery. He let me buy a new one, we put it in. The car never started. Dawn (another employee) noticed we had been out there for awhile. She came over and asked what was going on. I told her my terminal is junk, I need a new one. We go inside, buy the parts and I made the comment, I don t even think my battery is bad. She had the original guy test my old battery. 97% battery life. So it s the terminal that s the issue. She told me they don t typically change these here as it can be a long process and she if she had more guys here to help, she d help me. We were out there for a good 45 minutes. She helped me figure out the problem, find me the right part and she refunded me my money for the new battery. She didn t let me leave until we had my car running. We adapted as we couldn t change the terminal there but we got my car running and I left with only spending less than $10 rather than a couple hundred on a new battery! If you go to this auto zone, please ask for dawn. Oh and today was only her 2nd day there! Such a great help!

I'd like to recommend AutoZone store number 4630 for it's great service with helping me install a new battery in my Dodge Ram. Steve was a great help and very knowledgeable. He is a great asset to the company. He makes a customer want to return and do business again. Thank you Steve.
